Ban was excellent, provided great service and was so sweet and friendly. My wife and I especially appreciated how kind he was helping us get amazing pictures to remember the night with. 09/07/2025: I am leaving this review reluctantly because I am usually a good customer of the restaurant where I have always been satisfied with the service and the quality of the products, but this evening I received cold fries on the tray, the way in which a certain Loïc served us like dirty people by pouring the drink on someone close to me, I was disappointed by the habit of the team member who is not professional without receiving an apology from him next time I hope it will not happen like this

26/04/2025: We haven't had the opportunity to have lunch at the restaurant yet but we usually eat at their place at the Ermont market. This week, John and his adorable wife delivered a superb buffet for our wedding and all our guests enjoyed it (I would even say more than that but we don't have the words...) Everything is prepared with love, it’s homemade. I know Thailand very well having traveled there for more than ten years and I was able to travel there thanks to their authentic cuisine. 🙏

06/12/2025: The castle itself is currently closed to visitors. Only a small exhibition on the castle's history is on display in the orangery. It's a shame that this isn't mentioned on the castle's website.

13/01/2025: We have been frequenting this restaurant for a long time, which changed location some time ago. The pizzas are excellent and more generally all the dishes offered on the menu. The new room is very pleasant even if we somewhat regret the old establishment and in particular its terrace which was more pleasant in terms of location. The staff is super friendly, attentive and the service is fast. I recommend.

08/09/2024: Sad experience. My wife's birthday, I book by telephone, I leave my personal details and my cell phone but cautiously, I nevertheless go to the site and confirm by email. I receive a call asking me to confirm. As soon as I returned, I called back (around 6 p.m.) but no answer. I confirm my reservation again and leave a voice message with, once again, my telephone details. No return. On the said day, it was full and no reservation in my name. It's clumsy and commercially dishonest. For a restaurant claiming to be "of a certain category" announcing a new beginning, it is surprising to see this lack of professionalism and this lack of interest in the customers. I won't come back. If the cuisine is up to the level of the service we can be concerned...

The moments spent are absolutely incredible, exquisite cuisine, with a perfect balance of flavors and respect for the products! The welcome in the room is perfect, in a good mood and with exemplary service. The atmosphere of the room is cozy and the decoration chosen with great taste... In short, if you are looking for an excellent restaurant in Vexin, you absolutely must go there.
