13/04/2026: We come from time to time and are never disappointed! The atmosphere is refined and chic, and the staff is pleasant and professional. On sunny days, the restaurant offers a lovely hidden terrace in the inner courtyard. An Italian menu just the way we like it, accompanied by a fine selection of wines that pair perfectly with the delicious cuisine. A wonderful place in old Périgueux, a stone's throw from the basilica.

05/10/2025: What can I say? - Well-located for sightseeing without traveling too far. - The table d'hôte experience offered at this establishment allows you to meet people from all walks of life and have a great time. What's more, the food is of very good quality. - The owners are very welcoming, available, and attentive. - The cottage is pleasant and functional (the only downside is that the terrace isn't on the same level). - And +1 for Welcom, who barks quietly to be petted! It's impossible to resist him given his cute face! We recommend this place without hesitation after spending a week with family this summer at this Dordogne establishment 👍🏻

12/05/2026: What a tranquil stay away from everything. The hotel is more like a small village of separate buildings on a secluded, woodland hillside. Delightfully quiet and peaceful. The staff are extremely welcoming and serve complimentary, home made canapes with your drinks. The restaurant is really excellent. The cooking style is homely rather than 'haute cuisine' and everything I ordered was really delicious. There is a complimentary amuse bouche and the foie gras de canard was the best I have ever experienced. A large tranche en bloc and absolutely perfect. Heaven on earth. I then had the game stew which was superb. Finally a crème brûlée which was sumptuously rich and velvety with exactly the right thickness of caramel on top (not the thick, hard shell you usually get). A coffee and a poire Williams to finish made for a really lovely evening. Thank you all so much for doing a marvelous job of making this Englishman very happy indeed.

11/05/2026: A truly magnificent place, peaceful and with a beautiful atmosphere. The view is breathtaking and relaxing. The staff and owner are charming, as is the masseuse who gives excellent massages. We had dinner and breakfast there, both of which were perfect (succulent sweetbreads, trout, etc.). Nothing to add except to let yourself be carried away by the charm and tranquility of the house.

29/04/2026: A remarkable location, seemingly lost in the middle of nowhere, which is part of its charm. Excellent food. Professional, attentive, helpful, and always considerate staff. Spacious room with excellent bedding. We will be back.

12/05/2026: The manor is a magical place, secluded from the world, ideal for recharging your batteries. You'll be soothed by the beauty of the surroundings. The rooms have character, the bedding and pillows are very comfortable, the staff is very welcoming, and the breakfast is of superb quality, from still-warm bread to pastries, not to mention cherry jam or the excellent fresh fruit salad, as well as the many cheeses—a delight served in the beautiful dining room of the gourmet restaurant in front of the fireplace—a truly blissful experience. (To complete this moment, all that's missing is a minibar and a coffee machine in the room, and after a day of walking, a larger television would be welcome, as well as a bar to enjoy the magnificent views outside.) It's truly the perfect place to enjoy this magnificent region 😍

10/05/2026: A wonderful experience, very good. The raspberry jam, the foie gras, the duck—all excellent. Returned in May 2025, still just as good.

31/03/2026: A wonderful family visit on Saturday afternoon with a truly exceptional welcome. Product presentations, tastings, and highlighting of specialties, all delivered with passion and kindness. The only problem... everything is delicious and it's hard to choose! Home delivery is available in vacuum-sealed packaging, and they provided explanations for storage and cooking. Everything was fantastic, thank you so much again! A must-do, and I'll definitely be back!

26/04/2026: Perfect experience!! We stayed here as a couple for one night/two days. All the staff are extremely kind, welcoming, and attentive. Special mention to Sébastien at reception, who is absolutely lovely. We also had dinner there and it was delicious. Breakfast was also excellent. The rooms and the rest of the premises are impeccably clean. The indoor pool is superb, and the spa area (jacuzzi/sauna) was also very pleasant. Large parking lot with charging stations available. The hotel has been recently renovated and is very beautiful and charming. A place worth returning to!
