10/03/2026: Warm welcome, the owner is friendly! The pizzas are very good, cooked in a wood-fired oven, and the service is very fast. The location is great, and the dining room and tables are lovely. For two people, it costs just under €50, which is very reasonable. I recommend it!

20/06/2026: An excellent restaurant with a well-balanced menu. The location is peaceful, with a lovely shaded terrace and tasteful decor. Special mention goes to the original blueberry dessert with its exceptional whipped cream. The coffee menu alone is worth the trip.

13/06/2026: A fantastic find in Brantôme! We had a wonderful time at La Récré Gourmande. The food was delicious, carefully prepared, and of excellent quality. The welcome was warm from beginning to end. A special mention goes to the owner, who took the time to chat with us after our meal. This thoughtful touch was greatly appreciated and demonstrates a genuine passion for his work and a genuine concern for his customers. He was very kind, helpful, and friendly.

03/06/2026: There were thirteen of us for a seven-day stay at the hotel. It's a place that's becoming increasingly rare. The management and staff are always attentive and helpful. Everything is well-maintained and clean. Dinners and breakfasts are of very high quality. Nothing to complain about, only good things to say. Unbeatable value for money. Well done and thank you.

26/04/2026: A superb welcome, nothing to complain about. The staff are extremely friendly and gave us a fantastic itinerary for our holiday in the region. The pasta was very good, and the other specialties, like the grom ice cream and the cannelloni, were delicious. Thank you again for the recommendations; we had a wonderful holiday and a very good meal in Périgueux, with everyone eating their fill. This establishment welcomes dogs!

The welcome is warm and the service impeccable. The pizzas are excellent: perfect crust, generous toppings, and quality ingredients. A place to recommend without hesitation.

15/05/2026: A good restaurant, the food is tasty and plentiful, with a special mention for the foie gras. The wine list is extensive and the setting is pleasant. Our only complaint is that the desserts didn't live up to the other dishes; the chocolate fondant tasted mass-produced and the floating island lacked any caramel flavor. Finally, the price is high considering what the restaurant offers. Despite this, it's a good restaurant where you can eat well in a pleasant atmosphere; you can go there, you won't be disappointed.
