12/06/2026: Best crepes we came across, fresh and high quality ingredients - (chocolate, butter, lemon etc)! Galettes also looked great compared to what we saw elsewhere while on holiday in the region and meant to try, just ran out of time.

19/04/2026: At the end of April, the atmosphere was absolutely fantastic. The dishes were beautiful and delicious; if you're in the area, this is a great place to eat, especially in the evening to enjoy the terrace and the ambiance with its soft lighting. The prices are quite reasonable, with several set menus at different price points and excellent service. The village itself is also worth a visit for a leisurely stroll after your meal.

17/04/2026: Small menu which I liked, however food was a little disappointing as we had heard such wonderful things ahead of our visit. We came twice. Staff were lovely every time.

02/07/2026: We cycled into Le Bugue from Les Ezyies looking for a lunch spot, came across Le Pha, wow, great spot, terrace overlooking the river, rustic charm, order the perigourdian salad, swans swimming past with cygnets. Everything was amazing, service Great, highly recommend.

11/06/2026: Great place! I stopped by in the afternoon after exploring the city. I didn't get a chance to try the lunch menu, but everything is homemade by the owners. Their iced tea is amazing, as is their carrot cake. They were very charming and welcoming. They're open every Sunday as well as some weekdays. Feel free to call to confirm ☺️ They also accept lunches with or without a reservation. I highly recommend it and hope to return someday, even though I'm not from the area!

21/05/2026: A tea room/restaurant where customers are transported to the wonderland of Alice and the White Rabbit. We each ordered gazpacho, a jar of cassoulet for one, a jar of Thai vegetables for the other, and for dessert, a tub of salted caramel ice cream and a slice of carrot cake. A real treat served on very English-style china! The service was simple, efficient, and very pleasant. We had lunch inside in a room that was nice and cool despite the heat outside. Besides the ambiance and the quality of the food, we enjoyed the background music (English pop) while we continued our conversation... In short, a very pleasant time... to be repeated... Thank you!

14/05/2026: Private dinner for a birthday celebration, 27 people. The meal was exceptionally excellent, with generous portions and very original dishes. The value for money was outstanding, including wine. The staff was very professional and friendly.

14/10/2025: Out on our bikes travelling around Sarlat... Found this little GEM PIZZA SHOP. Pizza was made all fresh...owners were lovely & very accomodating, made us feel so welcome, i had a beer, wife had a glass of wine. we had the 13in to share Marianas Pizza, Oh my gosh was it good. It looked and tasted amazing.... Looked at the good rating on google....so glad we came here. Would definitely recomend a visit for fresh quality pizza

19/05/2026: A beautiful house in the historic district of Sarlat, and above all, a wonderful restaurant to discover. I loved the sweetbreads, the cassoulet with duck confit and porcini mushrooms, and of course, the beef with pan-seared foie gras. I didn't eat everything, but I sampled dishes from my neighbors' plates. I highly recommend this restaurant for the quality of the food (both the ingredients and the cooking), the attentive yet discreet service, and the typically Périgord setting. I will definitely be back.

17/05/2026: A very good restaurant; the dishes are excellent (duck breast, pan-fried foie gras). The atmosphere and setting are very pleasant in this old building (stone walls, exposed beams, etc.). The prices are reasonable.

29/05/2026: We had lunch at this inn today and received a very warm welcome; a gentleman immediately brought us water for our dog. We had the €27 set menu: foie gras, duck breast, and strawberries—everything was delicious. We highly recommend it.
