19/09/2024: Visiting the museum at Narbonne we thought we had missed the lunchtime service but managed to find this super little corner resto which had a great choice of menu served all day. Tuna tataki and chicken salad were ordered and both very delicious. Staff were attentive and all in all we were very pleased.

17/09/2024: The end of the world was privatized for the wedding of our son and his partner. It is an incredible place with an exceptional view of the Pyrenees. The whole team was great. We had an unforgettable time in this extraordinary space in the middle of the Black Mountain. Thanks to the whole team from all over the world!

13/09/2024: The Au Bout du Monde campsite has an alternative charm. However, some of the parking spaces are neglected and unkempt. The sanitary buildings dirty and outdated. The hosts are nice and the farm is great for children.

21/08/2024: Having used a smart box, our dinner was prepared directly by chef Julien. His choice was wise. A delight! A great presentation. Pleasant and fast service provided by Alexandra. A very good time. Thank you for your welcome. Being regularly in Aude, in Gruissan, we will come back.

16/08/2024: A treat, I would only like to talk about the restaurant where we ate. First we arrived at 11.50 attracted by the menu located outside, we were received by the owner (who does the service) the latter had not finished eating welcomed us with kindness and quickly got rid of her covered to seat us. It was by rereading the menu once we were seated that we understood that the restaurant service begins at 12:15 p.m., so once again thank you to her. And what can we say about the dishes we tasted! A treat… worthy of a star, the quantity more and the price less! Taste presentation, our taste buds still remember it. The four of us were unanimous and won over. Well done and thank you to the chef (the boss), what a pleasure!

03/09/2024: Tirou, it's over. It is no longer Mr. Visentin who is in charge of the kitchen and who offered an extraordinary 100% homemade cassoulet. Now, the MT workshop subcontracts a cassoulet from Maison Escudier (according to the waitress). If this remains correct, we are far from what we tasted at Tirou; it's just good but far from exceptional... The house has lost its charm, the animals have left the garden. It's a shame, it was a nice stopover on the way to the holidays, I will look for another house during my next visit to Castelnaudary.

05/09/2024: This restaurant has always been great except on our latest visit. After a very busy weekend for tourism, we visited during the week and they had run out of their signature dish (Moules Gratinee). Quite disappointing
