20/09/2026: A very disappointing experience, especially regarding Laura's service. Upon arrival, we were told we would only have 1 hour and 30 minutes to eat. Needless to say, we immediately understood that we couldn't linger… One dish was then forgotten, and even though it hadn't yet been served, Laura came to ask us to order dessert. About 30 minutes before closing time, she came back to tell us that the kitchen was closing, even though our dishes had just been served. The menus were even left on our table during the meal. Throughout the entire service, we clearly felt that Laura was in a hurry to finish her shift and leave. We understand that there are closing times, but when you take on customers, the least you can do is allow them to eat without constantly pressuring them. We came to the restaurant to enjoy ourselves, not to eat against the clock. A very poor service experience.

19/09/2026: We came this Saturday evening because we were passing through for Cider and Dragon. We were greeted by a smiling and energetic team, who were on top of everything to ensure excellent service. Very good beers and generous portions. We recommend it. (PS I made a very cute burger out of modeling clay)

27/09/2026: This place is a great find! The crepes are generous and hearty! The atmosphere is pleasant, the service is quick, and the prices are very reasonable. Plus, the manager is very friendly. A must-try! I'll definitely be back because I have the chef's parfait to try 😋

09/09/2026: Excellent meal. A generously filled Breton galette served with a salad, and a gourmet coffee that lived up to its name. All for a very reasonable price. The service was quick, friendly, and always attentive.

24/09/2026: Annoyed is the best way to describe the staffs approach to service. Our simple questions were met with curt responses. There seemed to be a sense that they can’t wait for customers to leave so they can fleece the next table. Overpriced food that is mediocre, bland and sloppily prepared. Asked for tap water along with our champagne and were served and charged 6.50 for an already open bottle of Evian(was it tap?). 43.00 for a tiny beef filet and overcooked vegetables with cold wet fries. The galette was a sloppy mess. This place is a real disappointment. They have a captive audience from tourists and it shows in their service, pricing, and menu. We wanted to like it - it’s a great location - but we won’t be back and you should not go.

21/09/2026: Person who seated us wasn't particularly friendly; she just pointed to a table. The duck I had was OK, but my wife was unimpressed withe small serving of sea bass. Atmosphere seemed a little stuffy.

21/08/2026: Excellent little Slavic/Ukrainian restaurant with all the classics (kholodnik, pelmeni, varenyki, chicken Kiev, Medovik for dessert) where everything is made by the very friendly owner. Vegetarian options are available. Ideally, many more people should discover this restaurant so it stays open as long as possible; it's a great option between Rue St Jean and La Prairie and a welcome change from the same old mediocre burgers served in the soulless brasseries of downtown Caen. Plus, the street is quiet, making it a good place to take the family for a warm, delicious, and unpretentious lunch or dinner.

08/08/2026: I highly recommend this restaurant! Everything is homemade and served in generous portions. Irina is remarkably welcoming and friendly! Perfect for discovering Slavic cuisine.

24/08/2026: Unfriendly staff, food not warm, only the starter was okay, they don't know the difference between a scoop of ice cream and a crème brûlée, had to ask ourselves if we could get a napkin.

23/08/2026: The lobster menu at €86 per person is outrageous. You leave the table far from satisfied; the portions are ridiculously small. We pointed this out when paying the bill and didn't even offer a gesture of goodwill. We'd been eating there regularly for four years; this was the last time.

07/09/2026: Avoid at all costs… First time in my life I haven't finished a meal! And yet I love to eat! There were three of us and none of us could manage to eat these mussels and fries… Indigestible, bland, frozen parsley… What a disappointment!

03/09/2026: We were a little disappointed with the value for money. The place is nice and welcoming, with a lovely view of the harbor, and the waitresses are very friendly, efficient, and helpful. However, regarding the food, we found the fries to be far too greasy, and the Camembert was barely noticeable in the mussels (the sauce was watery at the bottom of the dish). The same was true for the Camembert burger; there was another overpowering flavor, like mustard, which masked the Camembert. The €19.50 and €24.50 set menus were tempting, but ultimately disappointing, and we were surprised by the price of the diabolo (syrup and lemonade) at €5. Unfortunately, we won't be returning to this restaurant.

31/08/2026: The waiters are extremely busy, as the brasserie is the only one of its kind and is packed. The food served is very disappointing. It did, however, allow us to avoid going hungry at lunchtime.

19/08/2026: A bar and restaurant offering simple but tasty cuisine. Good value for money in Deauville. However, remember to book in advance during the summer months.

23/09/2026: After reading the reviews, our expectations weren't too high. But since this was one of the few restaurants open, we decided to take the gamble anyway. And what a surprise! A nice spot by the water, friendly staff (even towards us as tourists), and delicious food. The food was of a higher standard than you would expect from a place that also sells pizzas. We had the foie gras and salmon tartare as starters. Delicious. The burger was top-notch, good quality. I've had worse Steak Tartare in fancier establishments. The desserts were huge! Highly recommended.
