27/08/2024: Subscriber to the competition (for reasons of ease of access), I travel from time to time to come and enjoy this superb boulder climbing gym. A very wide variety of movements and rating levels are offered, which allows you to clearly see yourself progressing. As a bonus, access to the sauna and hammam is included in the entry price, very practical at the end of the session!
08/08/2024: Great room and great atmosphere! A climber passing through Bordeaux, I was very well received by the whole team and their good humor. Very clear explanation of how the room works. I loved the rating, it changes the colors present in the rooms. Thanks again to the whole team, I will come back with pleasure!

18/12/2024: Good morning, Room too crowded, noisy, the kitchen and perfect, for the service they monitor your plate like a general practitioner in a hurry and my companion had the wine sauce from her plate spilled on her dresses by the waiter who will be compensated with a simple digestive. ... I recommend it for cooking only.

26/08/2024: À La Table de Pavie, l'expérience gastronomique se transforme en une véritable immersion sensorielle. D'ordinaire peu enclins à partager nos impressions en ligne, nous sommes pourtant si enchantés par notre passage dans ce restaurant deux étoiles que nous tenons à en témoigner ici. Dès notre réservation, Margot a eu la délicatesse de nous contacter pour connaître nos préférences et créer un lien avec cette table que nous devions découvrir. À notre arrivée, l'accueil chaleureux et attentionné nous a immédiatement fait sentir attendus et valorisés. La bâtisse est splendide, et la terrasse, avec sa vue imprenable sur le village et la vallée, offre un cadre idéal pour savourer l'apéritif en toute quiétude. Benoît et Guillaume, passionnés et attentifs, ont su être à notre écoute et nous ont guidés avec finesse dans le choix des vins, en parfaite harmonie avec les menus. Leur dévouement pour leur métier et cette maison est palpable et fort appréciable. Chaque plat, des mises en bouche aux mignardises, est un immense régal pour les papilles. Les saveurs éclatent, les surprises sont au rendez-vous, et l'ensemble est fort réussi. Pour avoir dégusté la veille une autre table gastronomique, le haut niveau est clairement perceptible tant l'exécution est maîtrisée et chaque bouchée un ravissement. Chaque plat est un voyage gustatif à lui seul. Les moules, l'omelette soufflée au caviar, la tomate et son sorbet intense, ainsi que la généreuse langoustine, nous ont émerveillés. Le riz cuisiné au vin, accompagné de coques, est tout simplement remarquable. Même le pigeon, habituellement loin de nos préférences, a su nous conquérir par l'originalité de sa cuisson et son goût inédit. Chaque membre du personnel, du chef Faramond aux serveurs, a fait preuve d'une gentillesse et d'une attention exceptionnelles, rendant ce dîner mémorable. Retrouver Margot en personne, après notre échange téléphonique, a été un plaisir, et a contribuée, avec le reste des serveurs à faire de ce repas un succès. Nos moindres désirs ont été anticipés, chacun est généreux d'anecdotes et de partages autour des plats et des vins, ce qui est un véritable plaisir. Mention spéciale pour le choix du Sauternes servi avec le fromage. Tout était orchestré pour notre plus haute satisfaction, faisant de cette soirée à La Table de Pavie un coup de cœur absolu. Cette table mérite amplement le détour et une plus grande reconnaissance. Nous y retournerons avec des amis à coup sûr, pour leur faire découvrir cette superbe expérience. Un grand merci à l'ensemble des acteurs pour ce moment suspendu.

18/08/2024: To flee!! The waiter was rude, offering no drinks and sighed when asked to adjust the arrival time of a dish (so that it was served at the same time as the menu). Regarding hygiene, it was even worse: the bread baskets were reused from one table to another. I even saw the waitress, after putting dirty plates in the kitchen, top off the baskets of bread with her bare hands before bringing them to another table. An unacceptable situation. We decided not to eat there.

13/09/2024: We licked our plates clean! My mom said it was her favorite meal in France. They were very friendly and accommodating to my toddler. He then ate every bite! We ordered the duck, chicken, beef tartar like dish, and a round of desserts.
02/09/2024: Great discovery of this year 2022, small, not flashy restaurant with a terrace which offers a nice view 🤩, a welcome and service with great energy and a great smile 👍, a simple but effective little menu which makes the choice easier for you 💯 ... But the surprise is on the plates 🤤🤤🤤 fresh products from the daily market cooked by a young chef who must like to surprise us and delight us with modernity 💯💯🥇 We'll see you next year 😁 Summer 2023 also validated, good regularity in all areas so once again see you next year

12/09/2024: An unbeatable price This lunchtime, the dish of the day consisted of a fried entrecôte. The entrecôte was a steak of very good quality and very tender. The fries, a disaster, the shape was there! But they had softened during cooking. Flabby, full of oil, these pieces of potato were fries in name only. The profession of cook cannot be invented. The fries must be cooked in two successive baths of oil, the first at 160 degrees and the second at 190 degrees, and there you will have real crispy fries.
