21/09/2024: Stopped for a drink in early afternoon. There was a notice telling people who wanted to sit outside, to see the bar for service. I did this, they said they would come out to take the order. Over ten mins later, someone came. The drink was overpriced and the service was indifferent. A shame, because it’s a good location.

17/09/2024: We got into Bordeaux late afternoon - starving. I’m happy I did not read the reviews before we dined here. They were pretty bad. Perhaps they have improved although the service was slow. It was the only place we found there were no smokers. The food was great. The nicoise was an ample portion of fresh crisp lettuce, the peppers were a nice touch. The tuna and white anchovy were fresh and tasty. Our friends ordered a cassoulet with mushrooms & chicken with magnificent sauce and a salad with a giant bowl of Brie and French fries. Not my type of dish but she totally enjoyed. The St Germaine spritzer was the best I’ve had this trip.

01/12/2024: Sale of product with expired DLC. Coming today, December 1st. Being passing through. I ask for 3 chocolate mousses. What a surprise when I arrived at my house, expired chocolate mousse. I call them. And I explain it to them. The only thing I'm told is that it's a date error, they were delivered like that. I have no proof of what she is telling me. It doesn't offer any gestures, nothing. I was bothering her because she had a client and had to hang up. At almost 10 balls the 3 foams are pitiful. I absolutely do not recommend.

07/12/2025: The restaurant was very clean, the food was delicious, and the waiter who served us was very friendly. We were served promptly, and the food arrived quickly. We also recommend the wines on the wine list.

05/12/2025: Currently on the terrace, I would like to thank and congratulate all the staff who are so pleasant and smiling, this is rare in station cafes!

08/09/2025: Excellent mussels served with several sauces and a great welcome as part of a biker rally, thank you, it was nice and more than reasonable in price.

29/08/2024: Tasteless aperitif or cocktail, more water than alcohol Lamb tagine served in a very beautiful earthenware dish as tradition dictates but as far as the taste of the tagine dish is concerned, the dish is neither salty nor peppered, no spices, whether the meat, the vegetables, even the semolina, everything cooked to perfection. water without any flavor. Sadness for an oriental dish which should be spicy. To my observation with the waiter his response was that some customers don't like too spicy!!!!! So I abstained from dessert! It's expensive for not good!

08/09/2024: Very good tapas with a glass of exotic white sangria on top! The view of the lake is very appreciable.

27/08/2024: Only the place is nice facing the lake. Board of tapas ordered for €16, a board with four tapas is still a lot to pay. Burrata salad should be avoided: frozen burrata, bland tomato and a lot of green salad. Very long service.

15/09/2024: We had dinner at Ricardo's 2 evenings ago. We usually go there at least once a year. The service was good. We were disappointed by the quality (taste) and quantity of the two dishes which were really average. So not to be avoided, but the price range is a little high compared to the food served.

18/09/2024: I came to eat one evening a few days ago with my family, we were warmly welcomed by a waitress in training who was professional and friendly throughout the evening, plus our dishes were all good, I recommend this restaurant !

31/01/2026: It took 30 minutes to be served at the drive-thru, for a meal deal and two ice creams so the meal would be cold and the ice cream melted! Everything was ready, but there was no one to serve!

31/01/2026: A 10-minute wait at the drive-thru to take my order, even though no one else was there. Then another 10 minutes to serve the car in front, which had only ordered one ice cream. Unpleasant staff.

25/01/2026: The reviews are a bit harsh, I think. The only people who need to rethink their behavior are the families who think Flunch is a holiday camp where anything goes for their kids. That said, a big thank you to the gentleman in charge of drinks and ice cream; his smile and good humor were quite unsettling for grumpy Parisians like us 😂 Likewise, thank you to the security guard, who quickly noticed we were confused by the self-service kiosks.

24/01/2026: I arrived at the Flunch checkout at 8:20 PM and waited until 9:40 PM for an employee to come and ring me up. She was chatting with her colleague at the entrance, and not a single word of apology. Then I ordered pasta bolognese and asked for grated cheese, but the person told me no, they didn't have any... Luckily, a man next to me said, "Wait, I'll get you some..." He was in a hurry to clean up before leaving work because he served me wearing gloves he had just touched the dishes with... A terrible experience.

15/10/2025: Hello The shower station has a 2 euro charge, but it's a shame that it's dirty, as are the toilets. After reporting it to the cashier, the only thing they did was charge the next person and give them the keys to the shower without cleaning it.

08/09/2025: We filled up with gas yesterday. The meter showed €100.20. They charged €200!!!!
