31/08/2024: Très bonne surprise pour moi. Je ne m'attendais pas à une telle qualité des plats. J'ai particulièrement aimé la raviole aux champignons, le thon était très bon aussi. Des goûts super, fins, équilibrés. Des assiettes bien servies. Un service agréable, peut-être un tout petit peu trop lent à mon goût entre les différents plats. Un bel endroit aussi. J'y retourne dès que je peux !

24/08/2024: De l'accueil à la sortie en passant par le cadre magnifique, tout à été parfait dans cette soirée au 4ème mur. L'equipe est top et à l'écoute du client, les plats sont succulents, ni trop copieux ni trop peu, juste ce qu'il faut. Tout est fait pour passer un très bon moment. Même l'addition que l'on pourrait penser élever dans ce genre d'établissement surtout portant le nom d'un grand chef est dans la norme. Une très grande découverte et une soirée à renouveler et à recommander.

27/08/2024: Personnel froid et peu souriant tant au service qu’à l’encaissement. Notre fils avait pris un plat : Mac & Cheese… des pâtes avec du cheddar : écœurant ! La serveuse a ramassé l’assiette sans se soucier de pourquoi rien n’avait été mangé pour remonter l’information en cuisine. Sommes déçus, nous ne reviendrons pas.

21/08/2024: Disappointing stop on way home from Bordeaux airport. Busy, but I've no idea why, if the standard of my Mac n Cheese is anything to go by. The supposedly cheddar cheese sauce was dreadful, practically tasteless, congealing on the macaroni which was cooked but not seasoned. The Tarte Flombée ordered by my wife and daughter were poor, but just acceptable. Smiling, quick professional service.

16/08/2024: Ni fait ni à faire... nous sommes venus pour dîner , 2 personnes.... Le restaurant est loin d'être rempli, accueil sympathique. nous avons attendu 1h20 entre la prise de commande et le service d'une entrée. Pas de carafe d'eau servie (demandée lors de la commande), heureusement on peut se rabattre sur les couverts et la serviette déjà disposées avant notre arrivée... Quelle surprise de voir 5 membres du personnel chanter joyeux anniversaire pendant que des clients attendent accessoirement d'être servi. Nous sommes partis, suivi du couple qui était à côté de nous. La restauration est un métier qui vous est tout sauf familier.

02/09/2024: Disappointed, I didn't have the impression of being at Auchan but of a refurbished and not very welcoming Casino. What's more, I snagged and tore my skirt at the checkout on a bar that was sticking out. Dead gallery. I won't come back

31/08/2024: What was better Casino… Really disappointed disappointed! The shelves are arranged haphazardly, every time I go there it’s almost empty. The employees are not smiling. The very unpleasant cashier gave me the receipt and said goodbye, without even looking at me and I had to remind her that she didn't give me my change. (7 euros anyway). And she says to me, oh well, didn’t I give you change? Well, look on your screen, you will see that it must be indicated. Especially given the prices which are not cheap! It doesn't look like an Auchan at all. How expensive is that! I won't go anymore.

27/08/2024: We arrived well after check-in and our room was not ready, so Maya who is simply wonderful provided us with free drinks at the bar, then upgraded our room once it became obvious it would not be ready. Despite a pretty bad hick-up that left a pretty bad taste in our mouth, Maya simply went above and beyond, even taking the time to write up some great suggestions for places to stay and check out on our road trip. Very much appreciated! After some reflection I adjusted my review, and added a few stars. This is really a very nice hotel, and it could not be more centrally located, especially for a visit to the Christmas Market

23/08/2024: Problem with the rooftop in the middle of the afternoon. Obliged to ask for the card! After 30 minutes without seeing anyone we left! We did, however, enjoy a beautiful view! Free! Really not up to the standard displayed

20/12/2024: Dès l'accueil on est mis à l'aise. Le chef Gallacher nous a régalés avec le menu découverte et ses vins en accord. Tout était parfait.

19/12/2024: Encore un très bon moment dans cet excellent restaurant. Cadre très agréable, service sympathique, plats originaux et belle présentation. C’est si bon qu’on aimerait bien sûr un plat principal un peu plus généreux, mais le rapport qualité-prix reste remarquable !

16/08/2024: Restaurant très agréable. Super accueil par un jeune serveur et un petit repas plutôt bon dans l'ensemble. Tartare et frites.. peut être pas assez mais tout était bon. Le jeune serveur était très pro, un bon point. Prix bien adapté. Rien à dire !

27/07/2024: Pas top, repas excessif niveau tarif pour 3 nous avons payé 93€. Les assiettes ne sont pas plus garnies que ça. Service assez long. Dommage.

21/08/2024: Very very satisfying experience. Warm welcome followed by impeccable service. The menu has many choices which is a very good point. The food was excellent, not to mention the very affordable prices for such good quality! I highly recommend this restaurant, a big thank you again to the waiters and the waitress for this very pleasant evening!!!

20/08/2024: I had a great time in this little restaurant, nestled in the heart of the old quarter. The prices are very affordable, with several options for less than 20 euros. I particularly appreciated the homemade fries, offered with each dish, which made the meal very filling. You can also ask for more fries as they are free. The welcome is warm, but service can be a little slow at peak times, as there is only one waitress. Despite this, I recommend this restaurant for its authentic atmosphere and tasty dishes.
