19/10/2025: Nice bar when the weather is nice but nothing exceptional

16/03/2026: We tried Puy Paulin one evening during a weekend. The welcome was warm and we immediately felt at ease. The dining room is clean and the atmosphere is relaxed. The food was good and served without too much of a wait. A simple and pleasant experience, perfect for dinner after a day of exploring the city.

06/03/2026: Thank you! Here I find the atmosphere of Bordeaux city center as it used to be... the service and ambiance are worthy of a top-notch restaurant. The dining room and cuisine are excellent. The waitress was also very friendly and recognized me even though I hadn't been back for seven years, and I had always had fond memories of this establishment.

27/02/2026: Good establishment, Since switching to a broth-based system, the portions have really shrunk… even for the daily specials not listed on the menu. A real shame. It's no longer worth the price for the quantity. Pleasant atmosphere and service.

20/01/2026: Good experience at this place for lunch 🍽️. Excellent welcome from a waiter wearing a cap, who was very attentive and made sure everything went smoothly for the customers, which was very pleasant. I had an artichoke starter and an omelet with Fourme d'Ambert cheese for my main course; it was good but not exceptional! It's very busy, so it's best to book.

12/03/2026: We arrived one evening during the week and received a super friendly and very professional welcome. We were served quickly, and the chicken and beef burgers were excellent, with soft buns and homemade fries. I highly recommend them!

18/03/2026: A quick, impromptu visit to this little restaurant in the heart of the Graves region, in our beautiful French countryside. I'm so glad I stopped by. The welcome was simple but courteous. The service was top-notch; the waitresses were attentive and always smiling. The atmosphere was calm and cozy. The lunch menu is really affordable, and I had a wonderful meal! One small drawback: the serrated knife for carving the meat (I'm speaking as a waitress; customers appreciate a sharp, smooth knife). However, I'm still giving it 5 stars. Well done, and best of luck!

01/03/2026: Frankly, I was very disappointed. We'd been passing by for years, always busy, and had a positive impression of this place. But this time, the snails weren't great, the portions weren't very generous, the service was unfriendly, and the fries were undercooked… In short, we won't be back.

25/02/2026: I had a very pleasant stay at Le Relais de l'Estuaire. The prices are quite reasonable. The decor is truly beautiful; you feel very comfortable as soon as you arrive, and the atmosphere is warm and welcoming. A big thank you to the staff, who were fantastic from beginning to end: smiling, attentive, and professional. We will gladly return with family or even with the company.

04/03/2026: Delphine, Gaël, and their team always provide a top-notch welcome. This lunchtime, I have to give a special mention to the chicken tagine: absolutely delicious! And the daily special also looked amazing (ham hock with olives and mashed potatoes). A perfect combination: super-fast service, generous portions, and prices that make you want to come back.

03/12/2025: A superb restaurant where we occasionally go for lunch. An innovative menu and carefully prepared dishes at fair prices. Thank you to Jeremy (and his fantastic chef) who took over this bistro a few years ago!
