The Welsh rarebit is incredibly good (although a bit small 😜), and the atmosphere is also great; despite being busy, you don't need to shout to be heard. I highly recommend it!

The room was spacious, the bedding was comfortable, and the view of the lake was superb. I highly recommend this hotel.

25/04/2026: I returned to the restaurant, enjoying a peaceful weekend. I savored a view of the lake from the shaded terrace. A natural atmosphere and attentive staff. I reiterate my 5-star rating. The madeleine cocktail was a delightful discovery. For my starter, I had plump, pearly scallops cooked to a perfect pearly sheen—simply superb, especially with the vermouth reduction. My main course was monkfish tail risotto with carrots and thyme. Dessert was a generous pistachio crème brûlée—a true delight. Never two without three!

27/06/2025: A truly special moment. While searching for a restaurant to celebrate my birthday, I stumbled upon this place. The welcome was perfect, the dishes succulent and beautifully presented. A wide selection of dishes made with only fresh, expertly prepared ingredients. The cooking was flawless, and the sauces and side dishes were perfectly balanced. As a chef myself, I can assure you that the chef and his team will undoubtedly delight your taste buds. It just goes to show that sometimes things happen for a reason. 25/05/2026: We arrived by motorcycle, without a reservation, for the second seating. We were greeted with a smile, given a table (for two), and served quickly. The mussels were delicious. The beer was also good.
