05/08/2026: Great, very typical restaurant.

03/08/2026: A very nice setting, a typical estaminet (traditional Flemish pub). The only thing we could regret was that the dishes weren't brought out at the same time. Some people had almost finished their meals while others were just receiving theirs. We will return.

The store is "closed" at 4:08 PM, even though the collection window is from 4:00 PM to 4:30 PM and the establishment usually closes at 4:00 PM... And when you contact them, they don't even seem surprised and claim the order was cancelled, which wasn't the case...

19/05/2026: Caution. There are two Orient Express restaurants located directly opposite each other. We went to the one called "Poulet Braise." We checked their website beforehand and chose our dishes. Of course, we ended up at the one whose menu wasn't valid. A shame. But we still found something on the menu of that restaurant. The portions were generous and good. The service was also friendly and helpful. Full marks. The ambiance could use a bit more style. Very good value for money. It would be great if the owner could clarify things on Google beforehand.

10/05/2026: The meat was cooked perfectly and was delicious, the fries were perfectly crispy, the salad wasn't dry and was incredibly tasty, the drinks were super cold, and the welcome was fantastic – it was a delight! 😋

18/06/2026: A warm welcome awaits you, and dogs are more than welcome. The menu is excellent. Their hedgehog dessert is delicious. The setting is magnificent.

20/07/2026: A wonderful experience. This was my second visit (the first time was for a wedding anniversary) and this time for another birthday. The staff and the owner were very friendly and always asked if everything was alright. The atmosphere is truly mountainous. The meals were very good. It's a shame that it's not possible to leave a tip when paying by card, as they don't have change.

19/07/2026: A truly delightful experience, with very friendly and welcoming service. We were greeted with great care. The meal was excellent; the raclette and fondue were superb, especially for July! I highly recommend it. And thank you for the delicious dessert.

19/07/2026: Discovered by chance, but an absolute highlight. Superb quality and excellent service. Great value for money. We had lamb and duck, which was absolutely delicious. We followed it with a cramble apple for dessert – it couldn't have been better.

24/07/2026: Rude, not recommended. I sat down at a terrace that was mostly empty but slowly started filling up. I sat down at the table. The waitress ignored me for quite some time. In the meantime she was serving everybody else but finally she turned up and she told me she wouldn't take my order. Then she said he table was reserved so I moved on to another table in fact all the tables were reserved. There were no signs, no nothing. In fact people we seating themselves. In any caseshe could have told me at the first point when I sat down. I had a really uncomfortable experience.

27/08/2026: Cheese heaven! The dishes are both excellent and hearty, at affordable prices.

17/08/2026: We were very disappointed with our experience at Le Broc restaurant (Place de Béthune, Lille). The waitress wasn't very pleasant. The egg cocotte with truffles was really not very good, quite uninteresting... but the worst part was seeing a mouse wandering around in front of us during our meal. The hygiene was truly unacceptable. We left before dessert. We won't be returning and we do not recommend this establishment.
