11/11/2024: Sommes venus à la marmite de Pierrot sur Capinghem. Bon accueil. Déco estaminet dans lequel on se sent à l'aise. Apéro americano généreux et bon. En entrée, museau de bœuf bien préparé, puis escalope de veau à la crème, frites salade. En dessert, pas d'accès aux crêpes suzettes si on n'est pas deux (dommage car elles ont l'air si bonnes). On a pris un éclair au chocolat géant. Cuisine goûteuse. Service efficace car la salle était bien remplie. Bonne ambiance.

17/10/2024: Tout bien, tout sympa, cadre agréable et bonne cuisine régionale, mais il y a trop de sel dans l'addition, dommage .....

18/12/2023: Cet hôtel ne mérite pas 4 étoiles (ni sur sa façade ni dans ces avis). Les équipements ont vieilli, le petit-dej est très basique, et surtout ils se permettent de mener de grands travaux pendant la présence des clients et ce dès le matin. C'est un défaut de professionnalisme et de respect inadmissible pour un hôtel qui se prétend de cette gamme. L'hôtel est en transition entre Crowne et Hilton, soit, mais alors il faut le fermer le temps des travaux et assumer le manque à gagner. Je n'y retournerai pas, quelle que soit la chaîne dont il fait partie.

16/12/2023: Assez déçue de cet hôtel testé pour une nuit lors d'un déplacement professionnel... Les + : localisation proche des gares / la literie / le petit déjeuner. Les - : chambres vieillottes et vétustes qui méritent un bon rafraîchissement (surtout la salle de bain). Si j'ai bien compris, l'hôtel a été racheté et devrait être rénové... ce qui est nécessaire !

15/09/2024: We went to eat in this estaminet on the first evening of the sale. There was therefore a special clearance menu but nothing had been indicated on the site when booking to warn us of this, which was disturbing because I personally could not eat anything (allergy to seafood + does not eat de Maroilles)… The waitress then suggests that I take a hot platter with “onion rings, chicken tenders, cheddar and squid bites” with salad. Although there was squid, I decided to take it out of spite. What was my surprise when I saw that there were 3 salad leaves and that in fact there were not onion rings but cod acras!! I asked two other waiters to confirm to me that the fried rings were really with squid to avoid eating them, neither of them knew how to answer me, so they sent me away without even going to ask in the kitchen... What a lack of professionalism! I'm not even talking about the things in the dishes that I was able to eat that were just not good... In short, I ate almost nothing, very disappointed

30/08/2024: Nothing from an estaminet, welsh lover, today I ate a slice of ham and a toast bathed in oil Only 4 dishes available on a menu which nevertheless includes around ten Waiters who speed up the service as if they were in a hurry to finish their evening, nothing surprising when we note the presence of only 10 customers for a Friday evening. At least think about weeding your facade, this will allow a few customers to make the mistake of entering there. I hadn't planned to comment but since you don't even ask us if our evening went well, this is where I say it. Good luck to you see you soon on M6 in nightmare in the kitchen.

28/09/2024: Very good restaurant, we ate very well, the dishes were tasty, the fries were good. Nice staff. We had the tagliatelle chorizo ​​scallops and Obelix beef skewers. Good value for money. The only negative point is the somewhat “old skool” decor…

01/04/2024: Première expérience dans ce restaurant au milieu d’un écrin de verdure ( nombreuses baies vitrées qui donnent sur le golf de brigode ). Menu raffiné à 34 euros ( entrée , plat et dessert) . Tout est fait maison avec des produits frais et cela se sent. Mention spéciale pour le gigot d’agneau confit qui fondait en bouche. La mousse au chocolat était un délice. Pour parfaire cette expérience il manque juste du pain à la hauteur du reste de la cuisine ( la baguette était fraîche mais classique ). Le serveur est très agréable et réactif. À renouveler dès les beaux jours pour profiter de leur très belle terrasse.

28/08/2024: The setting is nice, the food is basic but ok although I found the chicken I ordered a little dry. A goat's cheese tiramisu which is in reality a simple mousse and a mocha ordered to end up with an espresso, it would have been better to tell us that you don't make mocha. Personally I won't go back there.
