29/08/2024: Resto en pleine colline, au calme, on n'entend que les bruits de la nature, un vrai bonheur. L'accueil et le service sont à la fois chaleureux et très professionnels. Cuisine traditionnelle vraiment excellente. À découvrir absolument !
19/08/2024: Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Carole. Le cuissot, laserveuse au top..très attentionnés ! Ambiance familiale dans un écrin de verdure.Au calme. Plats bien servis et faits maison.

Having come a year ago, I was disappointed this time by the cuisine. Of course the place is magical, the setting, the atmosphere and the service tops, but that does not justify prohibitive prices. The leader has fallen asleep on his laurels. 2 empanadas for 22 euros, the accompaniments extra and a tiny non-homemade chocolate cake for 14 euros, no it's too much!

Then Provencal veal sauté.
Ice cream and coffee.
Everything very good and plentiful at a reasonable price.
I highly recommend.
13/07/2024: Lunch on Friday July 12 with friends (4 people).
We were “pampered” from aperitif to dessert.
Each dish was unanimous both in its quality (fresh product, excellent sauce, perfect cooking, etc.) and in its presentation. A presentation of each dish worthy of a starred restaurant!
The service and welcome are also perfect and very friendly.
To recommend and for us.... to do again without hesitation.

20/09/2023: Hotel nicely located, very close to beautiful beach. But at the busy main road where noise is an issue. But since we didn't waste time to be anywhere But on beach, it was not a problem. Good breakfast. Terrace was a plus to dry towels. Some missing floor footing tiles and peeling paint didn't bother us much. Except that room was very clean.

29/11/2024: I was able to privatize the Break to celebrate my birthday in the presence of my family. The team was very proactive in choosing the menu (an aperitif dinner), very responsive and dynamic. The evening took place in a good mood, we ate well and laughed a lot, with the possibility of adapting the room according to our needs and installing our decorative elements there. Thank you for welcoming us with a smile :)
13/11/2024: Very nice place, fair price, fast service, we eat there regularly during our business trips. Never disappointed, I never give the maximum rating because we can always do better, but it's cool, really
Only downside, no parking, a bit of a hassle depending on the time, but that's really the only downside

10/12/2024: Ma compagne et moi même sommes venus manger dans ce restaurant les serveurs sont très chaleureux et aux petits soins, côté restaurant nous avons commencer par un plateau de fruit de mer, rapport qualité prix très bien, nous avons pris un homard servis avec des spaghettis à la bisque généreusement servi, produit frais garantie ! Je recommande et ne manquerai pas d’y retourner
11/11/2024: 14h30 nous avons voulu prendre un verre. Personne n est venu à nous. Je me suis déplacée au comptoir pour commander. Il m à été répondu qu aucune boisson n était servie... nous sommes des locaux et cette réception ne nous donne pas envie d y retourner pour manger

28/10/2024: Peu importe que ce soit une véranda, on oublie vite en regardant la mer...et l'assiette ! La table est belle, à l'image de la cuisine qui l'accompagne, raffinée, originale, avec de très belles présentations.
Un gros bémol néanmoins : les entrées sont arrivées alors que nous avions bu la moitié de nos flûtes de champagne. Lorsque nous avons demandé de les ramener en cuisine jusqu'à la fin de notre apéro la serveuse nous les a retirées avec un air très sec et pas un mot.... ça gâche un peu l'impression !! Sans cela, nous n'aurions sans doute pas remarqué la coupelle vide d'huile d'olive restée sur la table, l'oubli de la question concernant la cuisson de l'agneau (heureusement, nous l'aimons rosé)...
Ce manque de courtoisie et de professionnalisme est bien regrettable pour le chef car il laisse un goût amer qu'il ne mérite pas, et qui n'est pas acceptable dans un établissement de ce genre. La note de 4/5 revient donc au chef, que nous aurions pu noter 5/5.
04/10/2024: tout d'abord excellente table (menu végétarien exceptionnel). MAIS...
extrêmement déçus par le cadre et l'environnement du repas. même si la propriété est superbe, tout change lorsque l'on entre au restaurant.
diner dans une véranda atmosphère froide, toiles d’araignées au plafond, transat et parasols entassés au fond de la salle visibles car baies vitrées... musique grésillante et entrecoupée d'interruptions sur une enceinte portable de mauvaise qualité juste dans notre dos.
la salle de bar que l'on traverse avant d'accéder sert en fait de salle de desserte pendant le repas, très bruyant et gênant, tout est entassé, assiette vidées bruyamment, menu en vrac, le barman fait son inventaire pendant le repas?? toilettes : déco type Ikea.
au total même si la cuisine pourrait légitimement prétendre à une reconnaissance, le Michelin ne décerne pas 1 étoile sans prendre en compte l'environnement et la qualité de l'expérience. Ce n'est pas du tout gagné!

21/09/2024: There were 6 of us who came for dinner in July.
The unanimous observation is overwhelming.
A terrace open to the national road which crosses the city.
You are accompanied by the deafening sound of trucks and cars passing 2 meters from you.
The scents of diesel and gasoline fill your nostrils and lungs.
The decor dates from the early 1970s.
Lighting from the same period, with an old lamp placed above a gas pump.
Above you is an outdated tarpaulin.
Welcome to the Auberge de la Môle.
You've come to the right place if you like mediocrity!
The evening card is €70, exclusively in cash, because the house does not accept credit cards, obviously you are in 1970.
Terrines and other duck mousses are worthy of the industry.
You will find better in supermarkets
Let's move on to the starters and main courses:
A salad made with tasteless tomatoes, accompanied by mushrooms and 3 pieces of crayfish, knowing that a crayfish salad was announced as the suggestion of the day.
Or, a flavorless salmon quickly placed on the plate...
The meats were OK, nothing more.
Desserts arrive, a chocolate mousse, milk... sacrilegious and mediocre.
A crème caramel served in a dish already a third full!
The top waiters, like the restaurant, persist in serving us water in wine glasses.
If you want to visit the kitchen, it's simple, just go to the toilets located upstairs.
In this case, you will be forced to cross the kitchen and see the disaster firsthand.
None of us will return to this place.
To definitely avoid.
17/09/2024: The Auberge has been one of my favorite places in the region for decades. The atmosphere is unique and so wonderfully authentic. A nice contrast to the same old restaurants in Saint Tropez and the surrounding area.
The cuisine couldn't be better or more classic. The food is always freshly cooked, good basic products, beautiful braised dishes, wonderful homemade patés, homemade desserts, classic and very good cheese selection.
The wine selection is also something special. In addition to classic varieties, you can also find special wines from almost all regions of France.
The service is always very friendly and competent and most of the waitresses and waiters have been there for years.
It's just a shame that this wonderful oasis is closed between the end of October and Easter.
