22/09/2026: Exceptional, it is just for lunch open, 6 days a week! Very delicious homemade food, no menü cards, its dish of the day, with appetizer/main course/wine/dessert/espresso. The owners are very nice, we almost ate there every day. Its full of French residents who are eaten almost daily there, also prices are great!! Make a reservation, otherwise no tables available! We def. recommending this nice family owned Restaurant :))))

30/08/2026: Incredible. Approach quietly and observe. Coming from the Périgord region, my wife and I sat down at an outside table and watched. At 6:50 pm, the village gathered around Le Centaure, which we had discovered by chance. First, a table of elders, then a table of regulars, including the market gardener, the winemaker, and others who supply Le Centaure with excellent produce. At another table sat the owners' family. Then, at a final table, some village children. Little by little, teenagers arrived to pick up takeout. It seemed as if the entire village had come. The woman who greeted and served, always rushing about with a smile, was kind enough to take the time to answer our questions: "Is this a summer gathering, or is this the daily routine of your restaurant?" It was the daily routine. The elders came every day for a drink. The other tables were also filled with regulars and travelers passing through, like us. What were they looking for besides the pleasure of being together? We understood: the warmth of the staff and the quality of the food. As for us, my wife and I enjoyed, among other things, a truly exceptional Aubrac beef tartare, all for a remarkably reasonable price. So if you're reading this, make the detour to enjoy this wonderful restaurant, the kindness of the entire staff, and to experience the whole village coming together around this unique magnet that is this restaurant. We promise, if we're ever back in the area, we'll make a discreet detour to enjoy all of this. Just one thing to say: thank you for this fantastic evening.

23/09/2026: The set menu (starter, main course, dessert) was bland. Neither good nor bad. Slow service. The guy on the terrace was unpleasant. Only the location is nice. Good for a drink, but not for a meal.

07/08/2026: We stop at this restaurant every year on our way to our holidays. We loved the concept of this counter-style restaurant. Every selection on the menu is excellent! 02/09/2026: We stumbled upon this restaurant completely by chance, and what a pleasant surprise! The menu is simple, but everything is homemade and, above all, absolutely delicious. It just goes to show that you don't need a Michelin star to offer excellent food! Special mention goes to the burger, which is clearly one of the best I've ever had. The owner is also very warm, friendly, and welcoming, which makes the experience even more enjoyable as a customer. A fantastic place that we're thrilled to have discovered by chance and that we wholeheartedly recommend!

18/09/2026: This restaurant has tables outside on the sidewalk and inside. The service is quick and very friendly despite the crowds. The food was of very good quality. The salmon meal salad was even exquisite! The desserts are delicious and not expensive. Very good value for money. This restaurant is highly recommended!

16/09/2026: Welcoming, pleasant, and the music was very enjoyable.

29/09/2026: Chosen on a whim, what luck! A warm, almost familial, but friendly welcome. The staff are very sociable. The only slight drawback was that we received our starter and hot main course at the same time. This wasn't a big deal since the starter was cold, so it didn't bother us. There were a few minor communication hiccups, but mistakes happen, and life is good. On the other hand, I was pleasantly surprised by the speed at which the dishes arrived, and by their delicious taste. I recommend it. The prices are reasonable considering the current economic climate.

24/09/2026: We had the brandade which is delicious with nice pieces of salted cod you could actually taste compared to some other brandades I’ve had in the area.Also had the local bull stew sorry can’t remember what it’s called, but melted in the mouth in a delicious gravy with creamy mashed potatoes accompanied with a chilled glass of red wine recommended by our server.Friendly welcome and lovely staff with a view of the magnificent temple also reasonably priced.Didn’t try the dessert but there’s always next time.More power to your elbow as we say in the UK

25/06/2026: We trusted the reviews and we didn't regret our choice. Very welcoming. The three-cheese and Cévennes pizzas were excellent. The crust wasn't too thick and was perfectly crispy. Don't hesitate.

18/09/2026: Pleasant terrace, prices far too high, friendly staff, but you get the feeling the kitchen is struggling to keep up. Parking is available nearby near the market square; however, despite my disability card, I received a €35 fine. This means that this municipality, practically unique in France, fines disabled people, unless the municipal police are being overzealous.... Nevertheless, my lunch under the linden trees was pleasant.
