28/09/2024: Nous avions l’habitude d’y diner en terrasse lors de nos séjours à Uzès.
Cette fois-ci, le mauvais temps nous a contraint à manger à l’intérieur.
Même si le plaisir était différent, cela reste un bon moment.
Le personnel est très sympathique, les plats délicieux et le cadre agréable.
Aucune réserve.
11/09/2024: Die Küche ist weder französisch noch international, sondern indisch. Überteuert. In Uzès gibt es zig viel bessere Lokale. Wir waren einmal und nicht wieder dort.

21/11/2024: Hotel that has seen better days. Attention elderly people because it does not have a lift. Well located near the highways but not in the center. Nice place with pool and terrace. Friendly service that helps carry bags and does what it can, for example with the air conditioning the heating only worked at 27º and they had to put in a standing fan. Little light in the room (one of the lamps, melted) and the TV in a cupboard. A good breakfast buffet in a nice space that would be even better if they removed the TV. Parking inside the hotel area but not guarded.

I recommend it, my reservations are obligatory.

04/11/2024: We had an absolutely pleasant evening. From start to finish, the servers welcomed us with professionalism and a big smile. A big thank you to Yolande, the manager who makes this establishment essential. The setting was definitely idyllic and the dishes were fine and delicate. We will return with the greatest pleasure. We have family in the area and we recommend it and will recommend it to all our friends. See you soon.
20/10/2024: Welcoming place at first glance, very nice little place BUT because there is unfortunately a BUT a deplorable welcome from the staff, almost never seen in the restaurant business. A waitress close to the canteen lady, who whispered when we arrived. A very long service, more than an hour and a half, the menu split in half. As far as bland and tasteless food goes, it was meh. I understood that they were short-staffed but I don't think that justifies this lack of professionalism. Too bad because there was a waitress who remained smiling despite everything, well done to her. However, the setting remains idyllic. We will definitely not return. Thank you very much. 🍠

02/10/2024: The quality/price ratio is unbeatable and the meat is very good. The welcome is pleasant. But I have two small drawbacks. Red wine in the fridge: no, no and no! And, finally, why put people who eat alone after leaving the toilet?
27/09/2024: A meal with dogs who barked non-stop, with no reaction from those in charge of the establishment. And also a frozen prime rib...to be avoided!

26/11/2024: Really the worst pizzas I have eaten in my life CATASTROPHIC call at 8:00 p.m. for 2 pizzas not ready before 10:00 p.m., I show up the pizzas are still not ready the young girl who answers the phone argues with the pizza chef in front of the customers, and the “pizzas”, ultra thin and dry dough 15kg of flour, almost non-existent topping. First and last time.

06/01/2025: First time and last. . . Received the aperitif after having received the dishes... the hamburger had the bread charred... the fries salty like never before... which I don't understand at all because we don't salt a customer's fries... pay for that... pfff
06/01/2025: Yesterday we had a service to deplore, we had the plates of having our aperitifs, fries too salty, meat not cooked enough, full of nerves!!! 100€ for 4 people it's shameful to eat food that I won't even give to my dog

We ate there yesterday and we were sick all night!.. the entrecôte was full of nerves and the mixed board (nothing to do with the photo) was with OVER-made cheese + mold and the eco+ type charcuterie was a little viscous + everything had an aftertaste of the fridge I don't know if you know what I mean ^^) and all with unsalted butter! A heresy for the Bretons!
Given the reviews and the rating we didn't expect that at all! Could there be savings on product quality? Or a change of ownership?
In short, don't go there.

28/09/2024: Accueil convivial, pizzas excellentes, garniture généreuse et servies dans la bonne humeur. A refaire sans aucune hésitation. Une bonne adresse 👍😍
28/08/2024: Après plus de 26km en randonnée entre Camprieu et le mont aigoual, il était tout naturel d’aller manger à « l’Aigoual ».
Le restaurant est plutôt mal noté (à ma grande indignation). De prime abord, la terrasse est agréable, peu bruyante, proche du parking pour garer le véhicule motorisé permettant de se déplacer de manière rapide et aisée.
La nourriture est bonne, un peu cher mais ça va.
Également, excellent choix de playlist. En effet, Calogero, c’est super.
Je recommande et vous méritez de détrôner votre rival: « l’Auberge du Bonheur ». Merci pour ce repas.

Starter and dish of the day are sought after, homemade.... and they were kind enough to keep the dish for me, from the daily menu, by warning them.
A terrace is surely pleasant on sunny days.
In short, don't hesitate any longer... regulars know it!

11/08/2023: Ne hésiter à s'y arrêter pour déjeuner. L'accueil y est très sympathique. La climatisation appréciable. Le repas est copieux et de qualité ( vraie vinaigrette, frites maisons excellentes).
Et le prix pour cette qualité de service est imbattable ! Je sais où m'arrêter à Salindres la prochaine fois. 👍
