06/08/2026: Never again!!!!! Nothing was right! I asked for ice, and they didn't have any! My sandwiches were lukewarm—between ordering and being served, going through the drive-thru, I waited a little over 30 minutes!!!! FAST FOOD! FAST = quick! Oh yeah, and here's my order: a small wrap, a cheeseburger, water, and a Sprite!!!!! Wow! That's too much! The employees don't even look at you! I had to call someone over because my order was waiting, but no one was giving it to me!

03/08/2026: 45-minute wait for one set menu and a happy meal not a smile, not a gesture of goodwill and on top of that, the fries were cold We'll go to Lunel next time

14/08/2026: I ordered an Oasis with ice cubes, but there weren't any. It had no taste, and there were also black things in my potatoes, and even hair! I'm not even sure my nuggets were really veggie. And the toilet was clogged; it was horrible, like a swimming pool in there!

08/08/2026: Every time, several items are missing from our order, forcing us to double-check. The burgers are dry, the bun is hard, and it's never the burger we ordered that's in the packaging. This is the last straw; I won't be going back there.

23/10/2025: Avoid this hotel at all costs. The price is exorbitant for the service provided. Everything is neglected: terraces, gardens, etc. They even had a Sahil leaf blower charging in the lobby (haha). The reception staff were completely indifferent. The room wasn't heated; I had to ask for a space heater, which they provided... and it didn't work, haha! There was a kettle in the room, but it didn't work either. In short, everything is appalling. It seems to be a certified Logis de France hotel, perhaps from the 2000s, but it definitely smells like a scam: they're taking in guests while waiting to be shut down... I'm going to alert Logis de France immediately.

22/08/2025: Disastrous experience: reservation made and confirmed, deposit paid, and the hotel is closed without any communication. No answer on the phone, the place is deserted and appears to be in a truly questionable state of repair. Absolutely avoid

16/08/2026: Friendliness and politeness must be optional. Unpleasant service, all for a bill of €14 for three simple drinks. There was a time when the terrace was packed; now it's steadily emptying out in favor of other, far more welcoming places.

15/08/2026: Disappointing. The breakfast menu was poor quality, advertised as freshly squeezed juices… from Tropicana or some other brand! The bread and pastries are better at Carrefour! And to top it all off… the waiter gave us an unpleasant and overly familiar welcome… and didn't even take our order properly! Avoid this place! It's a shame, given its beautiful location!

03/06/2026: I ordered a portion of green beans and shrimp. I'm not complaining about the food, but the service. It's a shame to order to eat in and then have your meal heated up in plastic and served on a plate. It's bad for the environment and for our health, since hot plastic releases microplastics.

08/05/2026: Extremely severe food poisoning today, 07/05/2026, from lemongrass chicken. Avoid at all costs.

21/07/2026: I happened to walk past it and it was closed due to administrative reasons from the hygiene department!

09/05/2026: My friend and I were very disappointed. We ordered mojitos, but there was no rum flavor and just a lot of crushed ice, so we were drinking more water than anything else. In the past, it was very good. At €10, the mojito was unacceptable. The fries were dry, and there was a lack of staff. A disappointing experience.

18/08/2026: Visited today without comment. The saleswoman didn't say hello and curtly told a customer to close the door as he entered. She was constantly huffing and puffing, and there were no golden baguettes at 9:30 am... the air conditioning was leaking in front of the counter, and a bucket of water was overflowing... Last week, I bought two batches of baguettes, and three were undersized. This is a recurring problem. It's a shame; I'll buy my bread in Lunel or Milhaud.

11/08/2026: I was extremely disappointed and shocked after my visit today, August 10th, at 11 PM, due to an incomplete €80 order: it only contained drinks, with no burgers or fries! I spoke to a bespectacled manager, Ms. G.G., who was completely haughty, even insulting, and who didn't try to understand who on HER team had made the mistake and refused to reorder. I provided her with proof, the receipt, and even showed her what I had received (the drinks). Her only response was: "I won't reorder your order, as it's not our fault." So whose fault is it? In any case, I will never return, and I strongly advise against it given the very questionable hygiene.

11/08/2026: The worst McDonald's in the Gard region, avoid it at all costs. Nothing is right: the orders, the sandwiches, the fries are often cold and inedible, and sometimes they're even missing items. Hello, wake up! At the prices we pay, it's a disgrace. Management needs to do its job, and quickly! And the cleanliness? Help! 🤮🤢😡😡😡😡😡
