That... it's a restaurant... everything is perfect, the setting (super warm), the welcome (what a pleasure to be welcomed in this way), the quality (all the products are wonderful, perfect seasoning, wonderful meat, dosage perfect dishes,…), the quantity (impossible to be hungry when leaving), the owner's wine is great, the desserts are to die for,… I simply regret not having had the courage to take the caramel waffle as second dessert 😂😜😜😜 Belgians😜

It was delicious!
Little touches even in the toilets 😉
Our only regret: not living in the area to come back more often and try the menu which changes regularly 😊

Accueil et service de grande qualité, tant par l’amabilité que le professionnalisme. Mets délicieux, vins à l’avenant, pour un rapport qualité-prix remarquable. Hautement recommandable.

Nul doute que cet établissement doit faire partie des Bonnes Tables de Tarbes.

17/09/2024: A little surprised by so many rave comments... The welcome is obsequious (and contrasts with the very unfriendly, even aggressive signs in the photo) and the pompous descriptions of the dishes. The cuisine is correct, without being exceptional, the dishes are cooked and fresh. But hey, these are children's portions! This is surprising since the raw materials are not the most expensive: currently, chine and bonnite. Between 80 and 100g per person, no more.
Personally, I don't go to a restaurant to be hungry when I leave!
Price-wise, a little expensive all the same for a weekday lunch menu and coffee at €2.10: worth tasting!
In short, more than mixed opinion.

08/09/2024: Calidad-precio inmejorable. Es una pizzería pequeñita con mucho encanto, el personal es súper amable y las pizzas auténticas, una masa bien trabajada y bien cocida. La lasaña también muy rica. Tomamos botella de vino a muy buen precio también. Hice la reserva por email sin problemas. Salimos a unos 12€ por persona. Muy recomendable

29/08/2024: Passing by by chance after a hike, it was a very nice surprise for lunch. We had a blast! The meats were excellent and cooked perfectly. The quantities were more than generous, ideal after a big effort. And the service was perfect!

Very warm welcome. Perfect room. Friendly and excellent evening meal. No noise during the night, silent. Hearty breakfast. Simple midday snack but sufficient for our getaway to the Pic du Midi.
Environment of the Gite pleasant and exotic on the edge of a small being, at the foot of the mountain. Obligatory and recommended passage for those doing the GR10.

04/09/2024: We arrived late and the restaurant was full but they offered us to eat in the lounge on the sofas. It was actually super comfortable! We were very well received, the lady who served us was extremely kind and we ate very well. Original and very good dishes. We recommend without hesitation!
