20/08/2026: We were a little disappointed with our experience at this restaurant. The food was quite good, but the portions were small, especially for the children's menu: two tiny pieces of breaded chicken and a few sautéed potatoes. Our 8-year-old daughter was still hungry. For us, the meat was good, but the sautéed potatoes were far too overcooked. The tiramisu was dry, and the ladyfingers were barely soaked in coffee. It's a shame for a restaurant that has so much potential.

19/07/2026: I just got back from this place where I had dinner with a group of 25 for a birthday celebration. I grew up in the area, I'm a chef, and I live in Paris. €35 for the set menu is practically highway robbery for what was served: - Salad served without dressing, unsorted lettuce leaves, foie gras on toast as hard as a rock, clearly not fresh, and the portion size needs to be reduced for the price. - Half a duck breast was overcooked, probably cooked in advance. The new potatoes were boiled and then roasted, but the cooking was poorly executed, resulting in a mediocre, mushy, and mushy dish with no crispness. The sauce tasted good, but it was clearly store-bought, which is a shame. - Some of our guests had ordered flank steak, which had also been cooked in advance, making it incredibly tough. - A strawberry tart that could only be homemade given its poor quality; no industrial producer would offer such a low-quality product: a shortbread crust as hard as a rock, tasteless pastry cream, and instead of fresh strawberries, strawberries in syrup, all covered in cheap, canned whipped cream. Have the culinary standards of the Hautes-Pyrénées region truly sunk this low?

17/06/2026: I'm not usually a fan of couscous, but this is on another level—succulent, exquisite, the very fine semolina is so good, and the ingredients are served separately for those who don't like everything. I highly recommend this little restaurant.

09/08/2026: The food was very good, and the service was efficient and friendly. I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5 because of the high prices for this type of restaurant. Very convenient for visiting the museum and the cave.

22/08/2026: The food was very good, but the service was appalling! Two and a half hours for a main course and dessert, admittedly very good, but basic. The waitresses were throwing ice cubes at each other and insulting one another instead of taking orders! Even when we came to take our order, they forgot part of it...

14/08/2026: Bad experience. What a shame. Nice place. Good beer. Nice decor. Well done. But the customer service was terrible. No welcome whatsoever. And when you call a waitress and say "excuse me," they talk down to you... "You didn't even say hello!" They're polite, they apologize, but the bill isn't finished... and then they remind you bitterly when it's time to pay. We were supposed to come as a group of 10 that evening. Disastrous. No sense of customer service. In short... we went to another bar.
