13/01/2025: The first floor where I stayed is damp and unfinished. In addition, the treatment of one of the managers was rude and unprofessional. The other floors may be better, but my experience was disappointing. I had a reservation for 3 nights and I had to leave on the first day because I was already starting to feel sick to my throat due to the smell of mold. When he saw that I only paid him for 1 night, he grabbed my arm tightly to hold me back! Terrible experience The first floor where I stayed has humidity issues and is unfinished. Additionally, the behavior of one of the staff members was rude and unprofessional. Other floors might be better, but my experience was disappointing. I had a reservation for 3 nights and had to leave after the first night because I started feeling unwell with a sore throat from the moldy smell. She grabbed my arm tightly to stop me for leaving as she realized I was paying the night. Terrible experience.

25/11/2024: The owner of the place, who is alone in managing her hotel, does her best to satisfy her customers and inform them about masses and everything there is to visit. Her restaurant had to close during COVID, so she really needs you. Have a breakfast for 5 EUR and you will be happy. It's not great luxury, but the manager is very endearing and really does her best to satisfy us. Very beautiful place for a pilgrimage to Lourdes where we follow in the footsteps of Bernadette, very poor. Like her, we can live modestly but in fraternal communion for a few days. Let us know how to forget our comfort during a stay which is intended to be intended for prayer and the conversion of our hearts and our bodies.

10/09/2024: Apres un long trajet par autoroute nous decidons de nous arreter au mac donald a lannemezan a 20h le dimanche 8 septembre 2024 bien nous en a pris car arriver au restaurant un employé viens nous dire qu ils ne pouvait plus servir de repas du tout faute de marchandise au drive et en restaurant c est pas la premiere fois que je vois des dis fonctionnement a ce restaurant je suis client regulier et je suis de plus en plus déçu c est bien dommage surtout quand on s apelle mac donald et ils savaient tres bien aue ce week end la il y avais du monde de prevu a bon entendeur

08/09/2024: Fermé un dimanche soir, à 20h pour quelles raisons ? Dévalisé de frites. Le stock ne doit pas être bien grand. Déçue, à éviter

Person was very friendly but pretty sure we got overcharged and scammed and paid over 12 euros for our coffee since we never saw a menu or pricing or received itemized receipt. Also was told to come indoors to make the payment and get my change. Do not recommend it and wouldn't go back.

16/12/2024: Several times I order online and several times someone forgets or doesn't put what I ordered, I got uncooked fries, I asked for ice tea, it wasn't good at all. ice tea we would say apple juice more than cut with water. Without forgetting the points gifts, Given the price it would be good to be careful.

15/12/2024: Ordering a mcchiken without salad and receiving your sandwich with lots of salad I couldn't eat it, maybe an error in the preparation or on the part of the team. This is not the first time this type of error has happened.

03/07/2025: My husband and I came to eat yesterday at lunchtime, when we got home we didn't feel very well... I went to the toilet, 5 cockroaches above the door and 1 next to the toilet, we won't be coming back 😡 I don't recommend it

06/10/2024: J’ai passé une excellente soirée pour mon anniversaire avec un très bon repas ainsi que des serveurs plus qu’agréable. J’ai déjà hâte d’être à l’année prochaine pour re fêter mon anniversaire là bas!!

The waiter disrespected us and spoke to us very badly because according to him we were obliged to take more paid drinks. This dark-haired, long-haired waiter with an old beard asked us to leave the place after being familiar with us. This is unacceptable, we do not treat customers this way. SHAME ON THIS “MAN”.
