03/10/2026: Visiting in mid-September in the afternoon, all the pools were the same temperature. There was absolutely no pleasure in relaxing in lukewarm, almost chilly water. We only stayed 30 minutes out of the two hours because it was so cold we were practically shivering and sick. Many other customers that day shared this sentiment, hearing "Oh, that one's cold too" every time we entered a pool. This place is way overrated and feels more like a municipal swimming pool than a place of peace and relaxation. No joke: the warmest water was the shower afterward.

09/09/2026: Business lunch during the week, warm welcome, varied menu, impeccable service, pleasant premises, although a bit more natural light would be welcome in this spacious, old-fashioned interior decorated with Toulouse red bricks. With so many tables, you're almost guaranteed a seat even if you haven't had time to book! A very fair price for everyone. A very pleasant waiter who's quick with a joke, assisted by an equally welcoming colleague. In short, a great find in the heart of the city where I think you won't be disappointed if you're not looking for anything extraordinary. Oh, and I almost forgot, parking is relatively easy and free between noon and 2 pm, all around the square, and there's an underground parking garage right under your feet... All that's left to do is...

Bouchait) In addition to being a chef, he is a farmer and producer with 1400 head of cattle The meat is of exceptional quality, meltingly tender and cooked to perfection The desserts are equally impressive; I recommend the homemade blueberry tart topped with rum-infused whipped cream All this at very reasonable prices Oh, and the chef is a big rugby fan and, incidentally, a fan of the Toulouse club Nobody's perfect! 13/05/2026: We had a wonderful stay for our minimoon. The Saint Martin family are exceptionally helpful and welcoming – truly attentive hosts. They even prepared a delicious dinner for us on Monday evening when the restaurant was closed. A special mention goes to the eggs with bacon at breakfast (a real treat!). Despite the unpredictable weather, they recommended some superb hikes and were even kind enough to lend us a rain jacket, as we weren't properly equipped. Truly lovely people, which makes all the difference. We came on the recommendation of my parents – and we will definitely return. The hotel is ideally located for exploring the surrounding area. Finally, don't miss the Bistrot de l’Abbaye, run by the family: perfect for a more relaxed lunch or dinner, but just as delicious.

14/03/2026: A very nice mountain restaurant, the food is good, the interior is cozy and the exterior has two areas: one for eating and one for drinking. Plenty of comfortable sun loungers.

21/08/2026: Marie Blachère SEMEAC offers three types of baguettes: lightly baked, medium baked, and well-baked (my favorites), all perfectly crusty. The only problem is that every time I make the trip to buy some, they're out of stock. I explain each time that the reason they don't have them is because people buy them, and they need to increase production specifically for these baguettes. No matter how much I insist, no one seems to take my comments seriously. It's a shame because the bread is excellent, but today they just lost a customer. I don't have time to waste. From now on, I'll buy my well-baked baguettes at the Brauhauban market in Tarbes. They also have excellent well-baked bread there, just the way I like it, which is easily as good as Marie Blachère's. It's a bit of a detour, but at least I'm never disappointed there. I still gave it two stars in my review to show that, despite everything, Marie Blachère's bread is still very good, when they have it...
