The waitstaff is incredibly pleasant and perfectly conveys the passion, heart, and talent that the chef pours into each dish. Attentive service without being overbearing, exquisite and refined cuisine, and a truly perfect wine selection. 04/07/2025: A nice little pizzeria right across from the station, as the area is really short of places to take a break, so if your connection is late, go for it!!! With the heat, I had a well-garnished salad with warm goat cheese on excellent pizza dough straight out of the wood-fired oven 🔥

The atmosphere right on the Etang is fantastic – especially in the evenings! Excellent value for money! It's best to reserve in advance – the restaurant is always very busy.

26/01/2026: I was already familiar with this place, having visited in 2022 with a supplier. This was my second visit with my partner, and the portions were generous and just right, even though I have a hearty appetite! The bread was excellent, which is also very important. I should point out that the €47 set menu is very reasonably priced compared to other restaurants where the food really isn't up to par. It was an excellent experience, and I'll definitely be back with friends.
