We especially appreciated being able to use the pool after brunch, all for a very reasonable price. Highly recommended!

15/08/2026: This restaurant was a very pleasant surprise! We were a little hesitant because of the prices for a village, but we had excellent and very generous portions, so no regrets! The fries here are exceptional! The servers are energetic, friendly, and professional. The side dishes are a nice change from a simple salad, which is great!

06/09/2026: The owner is very welcoming. The pizza dough isn't traditional, but it's good, and the pizzas are generously topped! Plus, the prices are really reasonable.

27/08/2026: The restaurant and staff were pleasant. The meat wasn't cooked as requested (it was undercooked). The price paid was not the one displayed on the tables or at the entrance (an extra €1 per course for the meat).

27/08/2026: Super bruschetta. Crispy, juicy, delicious cheese, well-seasoned and topped. They only offer light meals and drinks. But the location is unique, under a huge plane tree. Parking is available on the outskirts of town in the large visitor parking lots.

27/08/2026: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a truly wonderful time at Vent de Soleil in Saint-Guilhem-le-Désert 😊 First of all, the welcome was fantastic, with smiling and friendly staff – it was a real pleasure! The restaurant is very well located, right on the village square, with a lovely atmosphere. It's so nice to sit down and enjoy the setting after exploring Saint-Guilhem. We ordered the Caprice du Berger, a croque-monsieur, and a croque-madame: everything was delicious and well-presented. And of course, we finished with a little something sweet 😋 Nutella waffle, Nutella crepe, and whipped cream waffle… we really indulged! A simple, pleasant, and friendly place, with great food and excellent service. We'll gladly return on our next visit to Saint-Guilhem-le-Désert! ❤️
