01/07/2025: We had lunch on the terrace along the Royal Canal, well protected from the sun with a breeze to cool us down. We enjoyed the oysters from the Thau lagoon and the sardines in escabeche served as the daily special, both generous and excellent, all washed down with a chilled Picpoul and a little municipal water.

In times of crisis, the managers understood everything, simplicity with fresh products, very well prepared with taste and flavor, family cooking, with dishes in the French brasserie tradition and of course very reasonable prices, like their menus where nothing is to be criticized, without forgetting a very kind staff, so in a single word, BRAVO, and see you very soon.

09/07/2025: The welcome is very warm, the breakfasts are as hearty as they are refined, the accommodations are tastefully decorated, surrounded by nature, and everyone's privacy is preserved.
The only mistake we made was spending only one night there during our first stay. Since then, we've taken more time to savor this exotic getaway and recharge our batteries over several days.
01/07/2025: While the location is superb, set in wooded and well-maintained grounds, the grounds could do with a bit of a makeover. The woodwork, statues, and poolside beds seem to be out of date.
As for the €25 breakfast per person, it's a robbery.

03/10/2025: We always enjoy pizzas from Bill Pizza! The tomato sauce base is super good, the pizzas have a very thin crust just how we like them and the topping is delicious whatever the pizza you choose and the best part: delivery to Combaillaux! I highly recommend 😋
