05/04/2026: Discovered last night for my birthday, a lovely, pretty, and quiet setting, well located, with very warm and friendly staff. The food is excellent, a very good place to eat.

23/03/2026: A very pleasant evening this Sunday, March 15th. Pasta and pizza were on the menu. The pasta all'arrabbiata was a generous and delicious portion. The pizza ficchi was excellent. We'll definitely be back. And we did return! Pasta with salmon and mussels was on the menu. Nothing to complain about, another great meal.

24/01/2026: Good restaurant, very friendly owners, everything homemade, very pretty setting, very inexpensive. Only the plates for the main course aren't quite right, otherwise I highly recommend it.

06/01/2026: This restaurant tries to be original, but the appetizer portions were incredibly small. Since we were still very hungry, we went to order a main course, but our choice was already sold out, even though the restaurant wasn't crowded. So we went straight to dessert, which was very disappointing! The Breton cake was just a plain, dry, and completely ordinary cookie with a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top. Furthermore, the waiter was extremely unfriendly and his humor was borderline unpleasant. He seemed rather annoyed by our questions. He also needs to rethink how he interacts with young children. His remarks to them were outdated and a bit old-fashioned. I was truly disappointed by this restaurant on every level.

05/04/2026: My family and I came to this restaurant a year ago and we were very happy, but this time the service was truly awful. The wait was endless (an hour between the appetizer and the main course). The staff were unpleasant and dismissive. And the food wasn't good. Very disappointed.

12/12/2024: We tested this concept of protein pizza: the bean-based dough is a change from “classic” pizzas but the whole thing remains tasty. The staff is pleasant. The prices are perhaps a little above average but Pure Vitaé Café & Proteines justifies them with fresh products and a menu displaying the Agriculture Bio logo as well as the French chicken logo. Are you ready to spend a few euros more to choose products that are healthier for you and the environment?

27/04/2026: Very good. Friendly welcome with helpful and welcoming staff. Wide selection and very good quality (especially not too greasy) with a good selection of fruits and vegetables as well. The wok cooking is really good.

09/04/2026: Tourist restaurant with a nice setting, but incredibly slow service: a 45-minute wait between the starter and the main course. How will they manage in peak season? The portion was particularly small, perfect for a diet. A spoonful of mashed potatoes with half a duck breast and a wild garlic leaf for decoration, finished in three bites—a plate fit for a 10-year-old. A 20-minute wait at the till, and drinks were never served. The waitress was smiling, which is something, but I won't be back. The restaurant business is a profession; please, change careers and leave this pleasant place to professionals who know their trade and do it well. Avoid at all costs.

The restaurant is beautifully decorated, and the dining room reflects the staff's warm and welcoming nature—a truly fitting tribute to "Mamy." It's a fantastic place! We'll definitely be back on our next trip! (With some Saint-Nectaire cheese 😉)
