25/07/2026: We went there twice, five days apart. The first time for a grilled dish and the second for a pizza. The welcome was great, and the food was too. A major drawback, however, was the desserts at €11.50. Having worked in a pastry shop, I find it unacceptable that desserts at that price are covered in a sticky, artificial chocolate that ruins everything. Perhaps the savings are substantial, but it's a serious disappointment that means we won't be going back. I'm happy to treat myself to a dessert for €11.50, but the quality of the ingredients should justify the price!

17/07/2026: The service was mediocre (I had to ask several times for the same carafe of water, and they forgot our coffees, which we had to ask for again several times). The food was mediocre (the macaronade was plain pasta with a pre-packaged, industrial tomato sauce, and a stale, greasy piece of sausage). The white wine was not chilled and was very average. In short, a very average meal in a pretty setting. I won't be back.

07/08/2026: Absolutely delicious. I've finally found "my" pizzeria. The owners are super friendly. The waitresses are lovely. My daughter, my husband, and I really enjoyed it. The pasta, sauce, salads, and pizzas were incredibly delicious. What also impressed me were the generous portions and the flavor of the vegetables. You can tell they're all fresh. And thank you so much for doing everything you could with our mobile home owner in the campsite across the street. Maylisse, Red, and Farah P.S. 07/08/2026: I've worked in the restaurant industry for over 10 years and I've never witnessed such a level of amateurism. We came simply for a couple of beers. Within an hour, the service was catastrophically slow. The vast majority of tables that were there when we arrived still hadn't been served when we left, and customer complaints were mounting. The most shocking thing, however, wasn't the wait, but the staff's attitude. Instead of acknowledging the service difficulties or offering apologies, several customers were met with particularly aggressive responses. At one point, an elderly customer finally lost his temper and became disrespectful. I completely understand an establishment intervening in this kind of situation. However, seeing several staff members yell at him in front of the entire terrace, and then seeing the bartender leave his post to push him while he was sitting on a stool, is totally unacceptable. The situation could have escalated very badly. Understaffing doesn't excuse everything. When an establishment is no longer able to properly provide its service, it adapts its operations: a reduced menu, fewer tables, a temporary suspension of takeout orders… These are management decisions. Internal problems should never be passed on to customers. The most worrying aspect remains the complete lack of self-reflection. At no point did I get the sense that the team was trying to defuse the situation or acknowledge its mistakes. An evening that will be remembered above all as an example of what a restaurant professional should never have to witness.

20/07/2026: We came to have a drink on the terrace with friends on Saturday afternoon, July 19th, simply wanting to enjoy ourselves in this very pretty village. Unfortunately, what struck us most was the appalling attitude of a brunette woman wearing a pink striped t-shirt. I don't know if she was the owner, the manager, or the head waitress, but one thing is certain: she acted like a real little boss! We were seated at the back of the courtyard, far from the bar, and yet we could clearly hear her speaking to a bartender and a young waitress. The tone she used, the incessant remarks, and the oppressive atmosphere were such that we felt the discomfort even from our table. It was frankly awful. We felt especially sorry for the bartender and the waitress. Despite everything, they remained polite, smiling, and professional, unlike her. At our table, we all looked at each other and thought the same thing: in their shoes, we wouldn't last another day under those conditions. With that kind of pressure, it's normal for small mistakes to happen. What's most incomprehensible is that the terrace was far from full: maybe fifteen customers at most. I think everyone would have preferred to wait two more minutes for their drink and crepe rather than witness a manager constantly berating her team like that! When it came time to pay the bill, I calmly pointed out that her attitude had shocked us and that she spoke very rudely to her employees. She didn't even deign to answer me or look me in the eye. Before trying to lecture others, perhaps she should start by working on her management skills… or, more simply, reviewing the basics of respect. You can be demanding without being humiliating. A manager is supposed to lead by example and inspire their team, not create a tense atmosphere that even the customers feel. In the end, we didn't have the enjoyable time we were hoping for at all. Despite the village being truly charming, we left feeling stressed. A huge thank you to the bartender and the waitress, who demonstrated admirable professionalism despite the circumstances. They definitely deserve 5 stars!

19/07/2026: The servers were lovely and welcoming, the setting was beautiful, we had a table overlooking the bay, we ordered two cocktails (a Moscow Mule and a Piña Colada) as well as a charcuterie board to share (very generous) and for our main courses a salad with foie gras and a beef and foie gras burger – the portions were insane! We couldn't finish our meals x) I highly recommend it!

25/07/2026: It used to be one of our favorite bars! But what possessed them this year to turn up the DJ's volume so high??? Now when we're seated, we can't hear ourselves talk, even though it's supposed to be a place for conversation. We hope they'll go back to something quieter.

23/05/2026: We had a lovely time at La Table d’Amis chez Richard in Marsillargues. The food was truly excellent, with flavorful and well-prepared dishes. However, the service was a bit disappointing. The waitress wasn't very friendly, which slightly marred the experience. It's a shame, because the quality of the food deserves a more welcoming atmosphere.

18/07/2026: We had a wonderful time at MG by Maxime. The dishes we ordered were all excellent, beautifully presented, and bursting with flavor. The service was quick, and the servers were lovely, smiling, and very attentive throughout the meal. The setting is also very pleasant, which makes the experience even more enjoyable. A truly great find; we'll gladly return!

18/07/2026: Service was a bit slow, the oyster was very small, and the hanger steak was swimming in fat. There was no air conditioning on in the covered terrace.

Next time better read! • Tiny bathroom without a clean mirror • Located on Mèze’s busiest street (noise and fumes if window is open) • Not suitable for guests with mobility issues • No outdoor lighting at night when returning

05/05/2026: First-time customers. Excellent food, great value for money, generous portions. We had a table on the terrace under a parasol. Coffee was offered by the waiter. 10/10, we'll definitely be back!

05/05/2026: This restaurant doesn't look like much from the street, but it has a quiet terrace with 8 seats at the back. A starter, main course, dessert, and a quarter-liter of wine for under €20—excellent value for money! It was our first time there, and the coffees were on the house. We'll definitely go back.
