16/01/2026: A terrible disappointment. We went there for dinner, and although the service was quick and polite, the food was very disappointing. The celery starter was very basic, but the worst part was the oysters prepared three ways. No one explained what was being served, and the description implies the oyster prepared in three ways: tartare, tempura, and aspic. However, the tartare was simply meat tartare in an oyster shell (which wasn't specified on the menu), and the aspic was a kind of strawberry jelly poured over the oyster, drowning it, rather than an oyster in aspic. In short, it was nowhere near the level of either the price or the "gastronomic" (or even "bistronomic") designation. The flavors of the dishes were poorly balanced. The whole thing lacked any finesse. The waitresses, however, were very efficient and friendly.

24/12/2025: I must admit I was the first to be surprised by the subpar service. We had booked for 12 people (a company event) on December 18th. We waited for ages, without even being asked if we wanted appetizers. After an hour and a half, we'd barely received the starters; I had to leave for a meeting and return at 2:45 pm for my main course… no explanations were given about the dishes, and worst of all, the wine wasn't even offered for tasting (even the local bistro does that!). There were stains on the tablecloth, and the dishes were served at different times (the duck arrived after those who had ordered fish had already finished). And at no point were we asked if everything was alright, not even when we paid. In short, the service was catastrophic that day; for an €800 meal for 12, we expected better.

30/01/2026: We were quite disappointed by the waiter's welcome. We ordered a crepe and a milkshake to go, and the interaction was rather cold. Despite several goodbyes from us, he didn't respond, even though he looked us in the eye. The location, however, is still beautiful, and the crepe we ordered was good.

28/01/2026: I found it expensive for what it was. The tartare was very ordinary. It was supposed to be served with salad, but they forgot. We were cold.

02/12/2025: I had a wonderful stay at this hotel; it was a truly delightful experience. From arrival to departure, everything was simply perfect. The room was lovely, comfortable, clean, and practical. It's a place I'll remember, and I sincerely plan to make it my home away from home when I return to Sète. Thank you to Estelle for her beautiful smile and kindness, and to the rest of the staff who work behind the scenes to make this hotel a true gem. The view and location are simply perfect. A superb restaurant is adjacent to the hotel, making it ideal for a meal, a coffee break, or an evening out. 🌊☀️🙏

30/08/2025: A wonderful discovery, just the way we like them. From the welcome to the food, everything was perfect. Dishes prepared with fresh, quality ingredients. Warm and friendly restaurant with a lovely terrace. I recommend this establishment; it feels great. We'll be back.

18/08/2025: We spent the day at Domaine De Pradines for my daughter's christening. I was particularly impressed by the waitress, the owner's wife, who, believe me, knows her job very well. Thanks in large part to her, the day was perfect. Thank you again a thousand times, Madam.

27/11/2025: Nothing to say except that it's excellent and very filling. An open kitchen where you can see everything the staff are doing. An impressive wood-fired rotating oven. The managers are fantastic and always smiling (special mention to the boss ❤️❤️). If you want to eat a good pizza 🍕, you can go there without hesitation... I highly recommend it!

03/11/2024: Je connais très bien ce restaurant et sa réputation, mais celle-ci a fortement chuté. En effet, j’ai pris des calamars 27.10 € et après avoir pris une bouchée je me suis très vite rendu compte (confirmé par mon frère) qu’ils n’étaient pas frais. La serveuse s’en est rendu compte à pris mon assiette en cuisine et il ne s’est rien passé. On est passé au dessert, j’ai pris un coulant et celui-ci n’avait rien de coulant. Comme vous le comprenez, je suis très déçu. on aurait pu au minimum s’excuser et me proposer un autre plat.

18/01/2026: The atmosphere was passable and gloomy. Good service, friendly and helpful waiters. The fries were probably homemade but soggy, and the ribeye steak was as advertised by weight but of mediocre quality; admittedly, it wasn't very expensive either...

12/12/2025: It's fine, but they're terrible with deliveries. They're consistently at least 60 minutes late; today it's an hour and a half late! Taking orders is good, but respecting delivery and customers is even better. The whole company used to order from them; we're going to switch to someone who will actually make a point of delivering on time.

18/11/2025: Beautiful menu. Knowledge of wines and wine culture. Lovely decor. As other reviews have mentioned, the waitress wasn't very friendly. But it wasn't the waitress, it was the manager who sorely lacked a sense of humor. To ruin such a lovely lunch over a misunderstanding proves that even with remarkable work, conviviality can't be faked! It was the end of the season...rest up and keep going. Reflect the quality of the food in your dining room.

12/11/2025: We came last Saturday and had a wonderful time! The dishes were delicious, original, and comforting, with unexpected flavors that were well worth trying! A big thank you to the amazing waitress, who was so attentive and absolutely lovely. The service was excellent in general... We'll gladly come back when we're in the area! We wish you all the best. 21/09/2024: Tijdens onze kampeervakantie gaan we 2 avonden hier eten op het terras. Altijd zeer verzorgd gepresenteerd en zeer lekker. Als ze je drank brengen is er ook steeds een lekker hapje bij (olijven, wulken,…). We nemen meestal de inktvis, maar de mosselen op hun wijze zijn ook heel lekker. Een eerlijke prijs voor wat je krijgt. Bij winderig weer is een trui aanbevolen om op het terras te zitten.

28/08/2025: The best pizza I've ever eaten in my life. On vacation in the region, I ordered from Miss Pizza and there was a nice surprise: the dough was good and well cooked, the ingredients were fresh and good quality. A real treat, this pizzeria deserves its crown.
