30/12/2023: Cet avis s’adresse au chef de cuisine et non au service ni au lieu qui restent sans comparaison. Pour information nous aimons beaucoup cet endroit et y venons régulièrement. Devons-nous nous adresser à vous en français ou bien en anglais ? Car votre cuisine n’existe pas en France, pas de chou rouge chaud à la moutarde espagnole, pas de buratta frie, pas de purée de marron sucrée…alors peut-être que vos audaces culinaires ravissent les palais peu aguerris des étrangers au porte feuille bien rempli par contre elles nuisent sincèrement au lieu que vous représentez . Nous attendons avec impatience les avis des locaux et épicuriens bitterois qui se réjouissent certainement de leur dîner du 31 à « SAINT PIERRE DE SERJAC »

09/09/2024: We had lunch there this afternoon with a friend. Excellent restaurant that we recommend without any reservation. The welcome is pleasant Very good service with appreciable non-standard offerings Ex: modification of the content of the plate, additional plate... Acceptable wait which allows for good discussions with friends. As for the contents of the plates Beautiful presentations Quality ingredients Variety of products to accompany the main product on the plate itself and in the accompanying bowl (vegetables, puree, etc.) Numerous desserts on the menu, each as attractive as the next. Difficult choice but always a winner Exemplary cuisine As for the wine, our bottle was remarkable. The restaurant's wine merchant must be a great professional. You will have understood that we enjoyed ourselves in an excellent environment (professional and environmental) Well done and we recommend this excellent establishment called L'Horizon at Cap d'Agde

30/11/2024: Just an exceptional stay! Everything is perfect, down to the smallest details (bed made again during the day, treats that follow one another in the room, etc.) Staff attentive and attentive, while being discreet! The spa is magnificent and the massage received is EXCEPTIONAL, and being in the profession, I am very demanding!! Thank you to the whole team for this rejuvenating stay in this magnificent and relaxing setting!

23/11/2024: My friend and I stayed there 2 days ago. Not sure how they got such good review. The experience didn’t meet five star hotel standard at all. This was the worst for our whole Europe trip. Firstly, the room is big but very basic, even the door is brokering. Then, the service is very unprofessional. We checked in the first night, the reception was cold; then, they tried to charge us for included breakfast, and we waited almost 1 hour for our breakfast and they kept forgetting our order. We didn’t end up having it as we had a tight schedule, but they didn’t do anything with it (only said sorry). The management is very unorganised. Some people are nice to talk to, but I don’t think we would go back again.

06/12/2024: The service and atmosphere are pleasant and contrast with the dishes which are just good and not very refined. Big downside for the “foie gras” which is in fact shredded duck with a small piece of not very tasty foie gras in the center. We are far from a memorable culinary experience.

21/11/2024: Magnificent restaurant, located on the Rooftop of the hotel, the view is magnificent by the pool. The restaurant is very well decorated with quality placemats and decor. The menu is small with plenty of choice. The waitress listens. The dishes are delicious and the desserts even better. I advise you

09/10/2024: I have been to many pizzerias and eaten many pizzas and I challenge myself to find better ones elsewhere. Impeccable service, short deadlines and always a smile! To go there and return there with your eyes closed!

08/12/2024: Discovered by chance during a stroll, this place is a delight for the eyes, the taste buds and the mind. On the seafront, the main room is literally built on the water. A beautiful view whatever the table, attentive service, remarkable dishes, particularly over a wood fire, and little touches throughout the meal make it an ideal place to spend an excellent time as a couple, with family or between people. friends.

26/11/2024: Very nice restaurant. professional server, despite the difficulty of the two rooms cut by a passage and stairs. The place is tastefully decorated. The wine is excellent. And the perfect dishes. I recommend

21/09/2024: We just wanted to eat a little something and then came across this restaurant that also offers food late in the evening. We chose tapas, fried chicken fillet and mozzarella with tomatoes, both were very tasty and we were also surprised by the relatively large portions

29/09/2024: Regular customer for several years now, and always an absolute treat. My friends and I are happy to come every time; this restaurant has become our regular lunch/dinner spot. The service is great, the waiters are great and I salute their courage and patience during complicated services (even if some complain about the waiting time, you also have to put yourself in their shoes! Summer can be particularly busy and they literally do what they can!!! But patience is a virtue... 🤭) I've been trying to vary my choices for some time (being a big ramen fan), and I'm never disappointed... Except when I can't finish, and I'm disappointed in myself!! But it doesn't matter, we can take the rest, so it's all good!! 😂 In short, thank you for years of laughter, fun and absolutely perfect hospitality... Is this good for you? 😉

16/09/2024: Tried in July, in August during St. Louis and last visit this evening. Superb restaurant, whether hot or cold dishes. Intense flavors that truly take you on a journey. Obviously a bit of a wait given the size of the premises, the dishes are almost prepared one by one but the quality is there, the service very pleasant. Take the time to appreciate the setting and the cuisine. This is not a fast food establishment, remember to reserve a table if you have enough time! We will happily come back next year

17/08/2024: Place to flee and avoid, boss (person with the pineapple on his head) totally out of his time, in bad faith and disrespectful. We were coming out of the gym with my girlfriend and we decided to have a drink on the terrace afterwards. I then showed up to pay, except that the TPE was not working. I wait a few minutes, but still nothing. The boss then told me to go and withdraw money with my credit card, except that I only had my phone to pay. The boss then had the audacity to tell me that it was my fault if I couldn't pay, that young people spend their time on the phone and the computer, in short, nameless hypocrisy knowing that it's ITS TPE which was not working. So instead of accusing a customer for something they are absolutely not at fault, it would be good to have tools that work within your establishment as well as to avoid throwing around stereotypes of grumpy old people for no reason. Too bad it's not possible to give negative stars.

12/08/2024: Friendly staff, charming little town, great atmosphere - the best coffee for miles around and a perfect way to start your day. Combine with the market on a Friday or the Sunday brocante for a lovely non-touristy, authentic matin au sud.

28/12/2024: Personnel débordé 45min pour être prendre la commande..un cumul de clients en attente avec les portes qui restent ouvertes avec un vent froid qui rentre dans le restau.. un hot-dog pour ma part avec du pain qui part en morceaux et s’effrite… beurk…
