06/02/2026: The vegetarian dish was very disappointing, both in terms of quantity and quality, especially considering the price of €25 for a starter and main course. It's a real shame, as this restaurant used to be one of my favorites, and the quality has dropped considerably in recent months.

04/10/2025: We had a wonderful time celebrating our birthday. It was our first visit to Pézenas, and we decided to have lunch at this restaurant. The staff were very kind and friendly, and the meal was excellent, with perfectly portioned dishes. We ate outside, and the setting was truly fantastic. We highly recommend the experience and will definitely return on our next trip to Pézenas.

13/09/2025: Reservation made at 7:30 pm for the first seating. The dessert on the sign at the restaurant entrance tempted my wife (fig tartlet, among other things, of course). We were seated upstairs, no complaints there. The waitress came to take our orders! We ordered an aperitif and told her our choice for the main course. We'd barely started our aperitif before the main course arrived! Butternut ravioli! Drenched in a greasy sauce! Hardly any filling inside! €30 for that! I ordered the stuffed pork loin; nothing extraordinary, but not bad either! Then came dessert, and the waitress said to my wife, "You must have misread. You must have looked at the lunch menu!" My wife insisted that the tartlet was listed on the starter's menu! The waitress said, "Oh well, we're out! Would you like something else?" No way! As for the salted caramel panna cotta! A runny, slightly runny cream covered in bits of lace, and that's it! We ended up with a bill of €89 for two for that! Well, it's not a place we'll be keeping or recommending!

27/03/2026: I've been recommending this place for years. I get my tandoori from them; the bread is so soft and delicious, and the owner is very kind. They always offer a complimentary drink. ☺️

25/05/2026: As a resident, I shop at this store regularly. Today at noon, I was very disappointed by the behavior of the person operating the self-checkout machines. His lack of cheerfulness and unpleasant demeanor were unbelievable. This gentleman's bad mood made me want to never go back. From now on, I will shop at a competitor, even if they are much more expensive, because their service is far more friendly.

13/03/2026: I do not recommend this hotel. I would like to clarify a few points. I did not actually have the opportunity to stay with you. Despite making a reservation through Booking.com, not out of conviction, but because, after checking just now, if we search for your establishment on Google Maps, the first room that appears is on Booking.com. I did not wish to cancel my reservation but to modify it. And after a back-and-forth between Booking.com and you, this is no longer acceptable. I told you on the phone that if I were to pay €350 for a hotel night and not stay there, I would certainly leave a negative review, urging you to offer a commercial solution, which I thought was possible given the standard you claim to maintain. Since no solution is possible, I feel compelled to share my dissatisfaction and have no intention of removing this review.

25/04/2026: Disappointing meal. We ate at this restaurant for a birthday celebration, choosing the €28 set menu. Contrary to the reviews we had read, we were very disappointed. The dishes were bland and lacked flavor. The mussels were swimming in a sauce that could have been good if it had been more flavorful. The truffled chicken fondant served with every course was completely out of place as an accompaniment, whether with meat or fish. The only positive aspects of the meal were the quality and cooking of the ribeye steak.

24/03/2026: For a birthday celebration with over 30 guests, we enjoyed a truly personalized service. All the staff, both in the dining room and the kitchen, were incredibly attentive. They allowed us to fully enjoy the event. We would particularly like to highlight the professionalism and kindness of the owners; they were attentive to our needs throughout the entire event. We were very satisfied with the quality of the meal prepared for us. We highly recommend this establishment and will definitely return.

01/06/2026: Hello, I spoke with a woman this morning who was very arrogant. She didn't take the time to look for information, automatically refused to help, and offered no solutions. I'm very disappointed and wonder how a first contact could be so poor. I absolutely do not recommend her.

15/05/2026: We visited Château Hermitage de Combas a year ago when we were looking for a venue for our wedding. We fell in love with it during that visit, and our choice was confirmed during our wedding weekend there. A huge thank you to Marie for her professionalism, support, and availability during the organization of our wedding weekend and on the big day itself. Our families and guests were equally charmed by the enchanting setting. The record number of accommodations allowed us to spend a full weekend with most of our guests. The facilities also allowed the rest of our vendors to work in optimal conditions! Everything was perfect, and we highly recommend a stay at Hermitage de Combas. We left with wonderful memories!
