15/05/2026: We booked this guesthouse during our Canal du Midi cycling trip. We received a very warm welcome and a friendly, family atmosphere. Our e-bikes were safely stored and recharged. A luxurious room with a sitting area and a spa bath! It's a shame we only stayed one night.

03/07/2026: Our wedding on June 27, 2026. We warmly thank Joël and his team for their professionalism and availability. The hall is large, superb, and functional. It's a magnificent venue with its shaded outdoor area. The service and the meal were perfect, from the cocktail hour to dessert. Congratulations to the chef for a meal that delighted our guests. 23/08/2026: A huge disappointment. The spring rolls were bland and soggy, the chicken tasteless, and the noodles sticky and unappetizing. Even more off-putting: a persistent fishy taste permeated every dish. I do not recommend it.

29/08/2026: Honestly, this is the worst McDonald's I've ever had. This is the second time my order has been missing items, and when I simply ask for what's been forgotten, I almost feel like I'm being criticized for doing so. It's unbelievable that you have to constantly check your order and, on top of that, feel uncomfortable when you point out the omissions. A little more professionalism and respect for customers would be truly appreciated. And to top it all off, the Coke is awful every time.

27/05/2026: We ordered 6 pizzas to take away. The bottoms of the pizzas were burnt. We ordered 2 pizzas with prosciutto, which arrived without, so we ended up with a Margherita. We paid €15 for them. The pizzas were bland and very watery. I do not recommend them.

23/05/2026: We had a table reserved for 9pm on a Saturday night. We waited 15 minutes to have our aperitif order taken, then the waiter arrived and told us there were no more pizzas. Ten minutes later he came back and said there were no more ribeye steaks or duck breasts either; basically, all that was left were salads. It's appalling for a pizzeria, and the waitress was surprised when we told her we were leaving because there was nothing to eat. We were extremely disappointed.

17/04/2026: A warm and welcoming reception from the moment we arrived – it was truly delightful 😊 The restaurant is very pleasant; we felt right at home. As for the food, it was a real treat! Special mention for the pork spring rolls and the caramel pork… absolutely delicious 😍 I highly recommend it!

18/08/2026: A superb experience every time I go. I come from Paris and it's a place I never miss when I'm in town. The food is excellent and the staff—what can I say? So kind, helpful, and attentive—in short... I'll stop there because you might think I'm being paid, hahaha! Go without hesitation, hahaha—but don't open your eyes to admire the beauty of the dishes! I recommend it a million times over!

16/07/2026: This restaurant is definitely worth a visit. The dishes are excellent and very generous. I've been going there regularly for several years and I always order the most expensive set menu... at €34! Local charcuterie as a starter, tripe à la salvetoise as a first course (a real treat for tripe lovers, but you can also have a mushroom omelet), spit-roasted leg of lamb as a second course (yes, a second course!), cheese, and dessert. All that for €34, honestly, don't hesitate!

18/07/2026: ⭐ AN EXPERIENCE… LET'S LET'S SAY, UNFORGETTABLE 😳 There are restaurants you remember for their food. And then there are those you also remember for the show. We had simply reserved a table for two. Upon arrival, the owner couldn't find the reservation. It happens, no big deal. My friend politely insisted, making sure she had indeed made a reservation. And then came the first gem of the evening. The owner, referring to his waitress—who is also his wife—announced loudly enough for everyone to hear: "She's the one who messed things up again, so she can sort it out herself." 😳😳😳 Welcome. So there we were, standing there for a good ten minutes, probably while we figured out whether "she was going to sort it out herself" or if we were supposed to set up a table ourselves in the parking lot. Finally, my friend went back to the owner to remind him we were there. After the owner's approval 👑, we were finally seated. And then, a complete turnaround: The infamous waitress who supposedly "messed things up" was absolutely lovely. Smiling, pleasant, and professional, she did everything she could during the meal to redeem the rather... unusual welcome. 👏 Madam, respect. Fortunately, another excellent surprise: the food was delicious. Really. Kudos to the kitchen, because we thoroughly enjoyed it. But the evening still had a few surprises in store. I ordered a Perrier with a slice of lemon. I was brought a glass already filled with sparkling water and a slice of lemon. What's more, the water wasn't nearly as fizzy as Perrier... The Perrier bottle? Missing. Perhaps she'd gone to get our reservation. 🤷‍♀️ After dessert, seized by a sudden burst of audacity, I asked for… 🥁🥁🥁 A CARAFE OF WATER. A waiter came back to tell me that the water was filtered and… cost extra. So I clarified that I simply wanted tap water. Another consultation behind the scenes. Verdict: No. It'll be filtered water for a fee. Or nothing. When I got to the counter to pay, I simply pointed out to the manager that it was rather surprising not to be able to get a simple carafe of tap water in a restaurant. Immediate response: "You want to drink hot, bleached water with a nasty taste?" 😂 No, sir. At that point, I just wanted to go home. What a shame, because this establishment has some real merits. The food is excellent. And above all, the waitress was fantastic: smiling, friendly, and professional from start to finish. She clearly raised the bar as best she could, and she truly deserves to be recognized for it. 👏 Bravo to her and bravo to the kitchen. As for the rest… Between the phantom reservation, the impromptu marital spat upon arrival, the Perrier that wasn't actually Perrier, the impossible quest for a carafe of water, and the imaginary tasting of "hot, bleached water with a nasty taste"... **We came for dinner. We ended up getting dinner AND the show.** It's a shame we didn't think to reserve a front-row seat. ⭐ Special mention to the waitress: keep smiling! Because clearly, in this establishment, you're also the one serving up friendliness. 😉
