08/12/2024: Not knowing Montpellier, I decided to stop to eat at NaturElle. I deeply regret this decision: between the display problem, the unpleasant servers and the meal that was not only cold, but not even cooked, the experience was disappointing. I forced myself to eat because I was really hungry, but considering the price and quantity, I would have been better off going to McDonald's. I strongly advise against this establishment.

06/12/2024: I strongly advise against it. We came to eat this afternoon. When ordering, there are display errors which are not even rectified. The employees speak curtly. We manage to decide, we have country paninis. We ask the waiter to sit at the table, he replies curtly that we should say so before next time. Are we supposed to guess? In short, when we arrived at the table, the paninis were cold, and the cheese had not melted. Advice ; go spend your money at Starbucks, at least they have learned to smile there.

05/07/2025: Unfriendly welcome. Servers not attentive to our requests. Ordered a kebab without tomatoes and another without onions, both had everything in them.

17/06/2025: The best kebabs in the world are so nice. It's amazing, come straight away, it's the best kebab in Montpellier. Come straight away.

08/12/2025: Avoid this place at all costs! It's a real tourist trap since the change of management/ownership. Above all, they don't pay their employees; the tips you give are kept by the bosses and not given to the staff. Avoid this place to avoid encouraging them. Thank you.

02/01/2026: A relaxed and welcoming atmosphere, perfect for hanging out with friends! The waiter was fantastic and very friendly! What's really disappointing is the frozen pizza dough... for a pizzeria, that's just okay!

17/12/2025: Arthur, his son Arthur in the dining room, Fred in the kitchen, and a lady whose name I've forgotten, make this little restaurant in Palavas one of my favorites. Open year-round. Undoubtedly the best wood-fired pizzeria in Palavas. The welcome and service are top-notch. A very good and satisfying daily special at an unbeatable price for weekday lunches. A very pleasant terrace in the summer. Note: only the terrace is wheelchair accessible.

18/11/2025: Review for the club section, not the hotel. A rip-off. The security guard has no concept of respect; some training would do him no harm. On the other hand, we were warmly welcomed by the receptionist who asked if we were following the dress code (pink party). Upon arriving on the rooftop, almost no one was wearing it. Heels were required for entry, but some women weren't. Most of the women were completely in their everyday clothes, making absolutely NO effort to dress up for the event. We therefore assume these people are staying at the hotel of the same establishment. This means that if you arrive in the attire required by the establishment for the evening, you will quickly feel out of place because most of the other guests won't be following the dress code and they will look at you as if you've wandered in. Never again.

10/11/2025: We had an excellent stay, the rooms are really comfortable and the spa is pleasant, the facilities are top-notch and we got along very well with the other guests and staff.

31/12/2025: The place is filthy and the atmosphere is like a cemetery. The owner is only friendly enough to boost sales, but if you want a truly pleasant experience with more humane and less depraved service, there are better options on the esplanade... Happy New Year!

30/08/2025: The setting was pleasant, the budgets were to die for. And a special mention to the waiter, who was extraordinarily kind and saved us from the wasps.

19/12/2025: Great café/bar that also serves a little food. The owner is absolutely lovely 🥰 always smiling, friendly, warm, and helpful. She even takes the time to chat despite often being very busy. The atmosphere is very friendly, thanks to the locals who are easy to talk to. The drink selection is very reasonable for a small village bar, with excellent draft beer compared to what you usually find. I highly recommend it 😊

07/09/2025: The Sunday lunch here is divine.This is a little gem and I loved the karaoke night.Claire is great fun and goes to a lot of trouble to make it really congenial.

11/01/2026: Eight euros for two very bland cappuccinos (without a cookie) in a paper cup. There was no coffee flavor to be found; it felt like a second rinse. I can't imagine there was no coffee flavor, since they grind the beans there and the machine is very professional. There was a flea market, so after browsing around, we went for a coffee. It was ridiculously expensive, and the service was absent; no hello. Next time, we'll have coffee at one of the two mobile bars; a good feeling is important. A delicious cup of coffee for a reasonable price, too. Kudos for the wear and tear (from use) on the bar; I think that's really great.

18/08/2025: The place is nice. On the other hand, disposable cups, even for indoor service, are a bit much... but toilets that are fake-clogged every Sunday are ridiculous.

10/07/2025: Some problems with forgetting many orders, more than doubtful quantity on the whole (even having two napkins for 4 is a miracle) sometimes we even have to come and collect the order at the counter even though we are indicated on the parking lot...

07/07/2025: I wasn't sure if I'd ordered a burger or a worn-out couch cushion. The top of the bun? It looked like it had survived a war and then been fished out of an empty swimming pool. Flat, sad, and featureless... it looked more like an old pancake that's been sitting behind the fridge since 2008 than a burger bun. The bun had literally gone on strike. Even the sesame seeds wanted to leave. It was as if it had been squeezed between two bales of administrative mail and a forgotten pair of underwear. One thing was certain: this CBO had lost all dignity... and I had lost a little hope.

08/07/2025: ATTENTION! When I came for my birthday, they pretended to scan my QR code, so I didn't get the cake or the points! I should point out that it was the cow they hired in June, it's unacceptable! By the way, your puree is plaster! And thank you for cleaning the tables, especially outside, it stinks of pigeons, and there's no cleaning, Flunch Perols, they're sick of taking us for sheep

02/12/2025: I've been eating there for 18 years, and it's true that the catigo is an exceptional dish. I've been making it for 20 years, and I've eaten it about twenty times, and it's always just as good. Never disappointed. I've taken about ten people, and everyone was delighted. Thank you to the team at the restaurant, from the waitress who has been there for so long to the cooks. Keep it up!

23/06/2025: The hotel is very quiet and comfortable. I had a pleasant weekend there. The only minor criticism I could make would be the lack of a coffee machine available.
