02/08/2024: Kebab quite good, on the other hand it's better not to be in a hurry order place at 11:30 a.m. by phone for 12:30 p.m. and served at 1:30 p.m. 😓

02/10/2024: We were very well received as usual, the beer is top notch. Unfortunately the sauerkraut is no longer as good as before because the one served today was not cooked in beer and was sour, the cold meats had no taste. Too bad because we came on purpose for that... Not to mention the acid reflux that this caused us! 🤢

02/10/2024: I am extremely disappointed! I arrived at 8:30 p.m. to leave at 10:15 p.m.!!!! I went there for a special family occasion and it ended very badly because the waiter was absent... He passed by from time to time without paying attention to us even though we had finished our dishes for a while! It’s very unfortunate because there are other excellent waiters and waitresses that we are happy to have, unlike him where it always ends badly… When it was time to pay, he hid behind the bar after another long wait, another waiter took the initiative to cash us even though he had no obligation to do so!

14/12/2024: Pourquoi ne peut on pas passé une commande par téléphone,on nous dit qu'il faut ce déplacer,j'ai appelé marie Blachère Grabels qui eux ont pris ma commande de pizza par téléphone Sans problème

22/10/2024: Accueil téléphonique des plus désagréable et déplorable. Je souhaitais savoir si une commande de 40 viennoiseries pour le lendemain matin 8h30 était envisageable, avant de passer directement chez eux, pour m'assurer de ne pas passer pour rien. Il était 17h30. J'ai eu le droit à une réponse sur un ton méprisant, m'indiquant je commandai trop tard, qu'il fallait si prendre plus tôt, qu'ils avaient déjà une commande de 500 viennoiseries et que de toute façon ils ne prenaient aucune commande par téléphone. Un simple non nous ne pouvons malheureusement pas, aurait suffit et j'aurais tout a fait compris. Pour finalement me demander quand je passer ou quelque chose d'autre que je n'ai pas bien entendu. J'ai donc dû faire répéter la personne car qui a alors employé un ton encore plus excédé. Je n'ai pas donner suite en indiquant à cette personne qu'elle était bien trop désagréable sur le même ton qu'elle. Elle m'a répondu "très bien bonne soirée Madame" sur un ton ironique. Alors je peux comprendre que l'on soit fatigué en fin de journée, débordé, agacé et tout un tas d'autres choses. Et je conçois que le service client soit parfois pénible. Mais c'est triste de voir comment certains employés ternissent l'image de l'endroit dans lequel ils travaillent. J'étais cliente régulière, j'irai désormais ailleurs et au Marie Blachère à côté de mon lieu de travail. Un accueil téléphonique et physique bien plus sympathique et tellement plus respectueux.

02/10/2024: The places are beautiful with beautiful colors Spacious and comfortable rooms Small downside with the presence of stains on a few seats, cleaning could be carried out more thoroughly The cinema is not more expensive than any other (well €40 for a couple with some popcorn has become almost a luxury) The games room located at the entrance is small but does the job of relaxing and having fun

27/09/2024: Nothing is right The price, 15.60, is a joke.. Dirty rooms and disgusting chairs WC or toilet rollers are so big that they are blocked And you give credit if you want to buy a bottle of water or popcorn 3.50 euros per badoit... It's gold in a bottle And again this time I was lucky I didn't have to go and ask to turn off the room...

27/06/2024: It's not bad but the doses (of meat and fries) are far too low for the price (13€ per menu)

18/06/2024: Kebab to avoid absolutely really not good no resemblance to the kebab displayed in the bread too expensive for poor quality

27/10/2024: Staff took great care of us this morning, incredible! I wanted a “savory” breakfast and I got it with calm responsiveness from this team, and what a breakfast, thanks to the chef too! The reception and maintenance team in our room was very pleasant, warm and gave good advice! Thank you 🌊
