25/10/2024: This superb restaurant is situated in part of the old abbey in the most delightful village. The restaurant is quite small giving it an intimate feel without feeling overcrowded. The food is of the highest standard. As far as I could see there was just the one chef and the waitress but somehow they managed to deliver the food , beautifully presented, to everyone. We started with an aperitif and amuse-bouche: a celeriac puree topped with a thin slice of radish, humous and a goats cheese “custard”( I’m not sure how best to describe it). All three were delicate and finely flavoured. For entrée I had a pumpkin soup with a poached egg in it. The soup was delicious and surprisingly the egg added a richer flavour to it and worked very well. There was a small rectangle of a type of bread accompanying the soup which likewise was delicious. My husband had a pork “pressé” a type of paté accompanied by salad which he also said was excellent. Both of us had shoulder of lamb for our main course accompanied by several small different vegetables, some n their original state ( a piece of cooked beetroot and a new potato) others made into mousse. All of the highest standard, extremely subtle and delicately flavoured. Finally I had a meringue pudding with poached pear and my husband a tart tatin. Everything was beautifully presented but not at the cost of taste which was delicious. The restaurant also has an impressive wine list of both local wines and others from further away. I cannot recommend this restaurant highly enough; from the friendly efficient service to the extremely high quality of the food. We had been there a year ago when it was equally good.

08/09/2024: Avec un accueil très chaleureux et un service très cordial, nous nous sommes vraiment régaler. La cuisine vraiment de haute volée, la carte des vins plus que suffisante et le tout dans un cadre et une terrasse pleine de quiétude. Une bonne surprise pour finir le repas, le choix des café est très éclectique avec différent café Brésilien, Colombien etc. Quand a l'addition pour une telle soirée, dérisoire. 18/12/2024: Je n étais pas venue depuis longtemps, j ai été déçue car le Bobun a été servi avec des nouilles très froides( juste sorties du frigo) et la taille des nouilles ressemblaient plus à des spaghettis, qu à des vermicelles. Moins de légumes également que lors de mes précédentes visites. Seul le nem, était très bon. Dommage.

17/07/2023: Run away : The bar's early Happy Hour is only there to make up for the worst waiter of your life. (gray beard / gel in hair / protruding ears) Instead of kindly telling you that the Happy Hour slate is exhaustive, he takes the liberty of sending you off with a “do you see your drink written there?” Don't look at you when you put down your glasses, Does not show you the TPE/does not give the amount by taking your card and proceeds contactless without your consent (always without looking at you) Run away.

17/09/2024: Nice little bar with outdoor seating and good views of the surrounding areas. Beer is very reasonable for the location and a glass of wine great value at €3 a glass.Toilets at the top of the building are fantastic training for mountaineers and potholers alike 🤣😅😂

09/09/2024: We visited the original bar in the afternoon to have a drink outside. The environment is pleasant and interesting, the prices are reasonable, the staff is friendly. However, the toilet on the second floor needs renovation.

15/07/2024: Très sympathique accueil et service. Rouille du pêcheur et daurade : une tuerie. Banana Split généreuse et Très bon rosé.

21/03/2024: Très bien, cuisine simple avec de bons produits maison. L’andouillette, une tuerie. Pâtisserie excellente. Bon petit repas, j’y retournerais.

02/09/2024: Mérite toujours son mauvais classement. service interminable, amabilité limite des serveurs. Terrasse pourtant bien remplie à 19h pour l'apéritif.

08/09/2024: Very very good kebab! The meat is excellent, as is the bread! The fries are industrial but that's not a problem because they're very good! Offers a fries option in the sandwich so fewer fries which is not bad for those who eat less and therefore want to pay a little less as a result! In short, great kebab, thank you very much for the work!!!

04/04/2024: Pleasant surprise at this place!!!! Sports course, children's game with giant insect, trampoline, original swing!! Show stage and a MAGNIFICENT setting!!! Ideal for walking with the family to do sports or simply to take a walk and recharge your batteries. I highly recommend: not to be missed 👍

22/08/2024: Ayant pris la peine de réserver 8 jours avant pour 7 personnes nous avons ete surpris et tres déçus d'apprendre que notre réservation n'avait pas ete enregistrée .. Un accueil tres décevant. Un personnel faisant preuve d'incompétence et de mauvaise foi . Nous sommes allés manger ailleurs ou nous avons eu un accueillis avec le sourire

24/07/2024: A classic town square restaurant - warm and welcoming with an excellent menu. The set menus are excellent - and particularly good value for children. Needless to say Moules Mariere plays a central part. The entrecôte was excellent. Try a glass of the local vin rouge - Clairette D’Adissan. This our second visit over two years - we will return….
