30/11/2024: En terrasse pour boire un verre, le personnel ne s’est pas senti concerné de venir voir ses clients et de leur demander ce qu’ils souhaitaient. Après 20 mn, malgré un passage furtif d’une jeune femme du restaurant par 2 fois, cette dernière n’a pas daigné regarder les autres tables et offrir ses services. Donc, nous avons mis « les Voiles » Résultat : accueil 0 - service 0 - passez votre chemin.

20/09/2024: While in Montpellier for a few hours, we discovered Anga via the Michelin website and decided the day before our visit to reserve a table for lunch there. The experience was truly flawless from start to finish, from the room, to the service and of course the kitchen... everything was impeccable. Excellent products offered with technique and a very beautiful finish on the plate, you will have something for your taste buds I assure you. Served in the dining room by Valentin and his good humor, he took great care throughout the lunch in addition to providing very good advice on wine. The concept of the restaurant with a local and environmentally conscious approach is also a real plus which allows it to stand out. All with excellent value for money. I can only recommend this address if you want to get away from it all for a moment.

18/09/2024: Everything was perfect, both the dishes were delicious and very original, the wine matched perfectly, and the service was impeccable and very friendly, we were given perfect details of the different flavors. The atmosphere was calm and cozy, exactly what you need to enjoy the different dishes. A great time.

04/12/2024: J'y ai mangé aujourd'hui comme environ une fois par mois depuis des années. C'est toujours aussi bon, bien préparé, savoureux et bio. La carte n'est pas très longue, justement parce que c'est manifestement fait sur place. Le service est sympa et efficace. Je recommande vraiment cet endroit.

22/08/2025: It was early August, and the wait was far too long, about an hour and a half between the starter and the main course. We didn't even dare order dessert.

22/07/2024: Déçu...repas enfant commandé nuggets/pâte, repas servi par la serveuse steack/frite! Aïoli poisson pas cuit!!! Commandé Dorade riz/légumes servi par la serveuse dorade trop grillée avec des frites... Trop cher pour ce qui est proposé

20/05/2024: Attente interminable...1h pour 6 salades alors que nous avions prévenu à la commande qu'il fallait que l'on parte à 14h. Salade burrata jambon cru sans burrata mais des billes de mozzarella. 2cm d'eau au fond d'une des assiette de salade . Les serveurs courent ,ils font leur job .Le problème est à la cuisine et la direction qui n'a pas voulu venir à notre table ( d'autres choses à faire à t il répondu) Qu'en sera t il en juillet août ?? Nous avons refusé de payer une partie de l'addition. Le seul point positif de ce restaurant le sourire des serveurs qui sont débordés !!!

01/11/2024: Understaffed and disrespectful to customers. Results: we paid for an imaginary pint, and two pints paid for in duplicates. No professionalism when explaining the situation. In the end, "to not worry anymore", the waiter reimburses us a sum at random, far from the excess 19th. The fault is not so much the server in the middle of a rush, but rather the manager who is twiddling his thumbs and in an unpleasant tone, making us understand that he has nothing to do with it, and that we are making him lose his time. He didn't try to understand for even a second. The server, even if annoyed, at least made the effort to take into account and manage the situation. + the hygiene is obviously as deplorable as the attitude. EDIT: At the time for me, the person cited was not the manager and the situation was resolved the next day. But I stand by my comments on the lack of respect from the evening staff and hygiene to be reviewed.

25/08/2024: Chaque année, depuis des années!, je reviens au Maeva avec ma famille. Un service parfait (bravo aux serveurs ET serveuses de porter ces plateaux, un spectacle en soi!), de l’eau fraiche servie dès notre arrivée, toujours avec le sourire, et une qualité et variété des plats excellentes. Le midi comme le soir, on n’est jamais déçus, ce qui n’est pas le cas d’autres restos de cette rue. Bravo à toute l’équipe, vraiment, à chaque fois vous êtes à la hauteur. Bon travail! Une fidèle cliente annuelle ;)

24/08/2024: We unfortunately ended up in this terrible tourist trap of a restaurant. Staff were friendly at first when taking our orders. We waited for our drinks which finally arrived, we had to ask 4 time for extra water before it was served. I’d ordered 6 oysters, but our mains started arriving with no sign of the oysters. My kids both ordered fish and chips, which turned out to be the worst kind of frozen fish, but identical in shape with crap mass produced batter. My partner ordered mussels which were over cooked and dried up. I ordered a sea bream which turned up RAW! Yes RAW. I sent my order back to be re cooked , then my oyster arrived which were tasty enough. My family had finished there meal by the time my freshly cooked sea bream slapped down in front of me with no apology , only it wasn’t freshly cooked it was the same piece of fish that had clearly just been left on a hot plate which while cooking the fish had completely dried out the clams and mussels and rice which accompanied the sea bream. To say I was disappointed was an understatement. I tried to complain to several members of staff but was told they either didn’t understand what I was saying or would call a manager, who never came over. I you are looking for a decent meal with good service I’d suggest going elsewhere
