05/12/2025: The customer service was awful. Two customers were stuck waiting for 15 minutes because two salespeople were laughing together. Staff like that damage the brand's image.

16/04/2026: Too long, no organization. No more 9 am breakfasts, no more crepes… the organization needs to be reviewed. Otherwise, the waiter is nice.

14/04/2026: It's dirty, noisy, and vulgar. Avoid it. One wonders how the town hall can tolerate such an image for tourists who mistakenly stumble into this dive.

07/06/2026: I went to this Monoprix twice in 10 days. At the checkout, the employees didn't say hello, thank you, or even goodbye. And to top it all off, they were talking amongst themselves and didn't even look at you. Really disappointing.

15/05/2026: There are some nice young people and others who discriminate based on gender and race. Thanks Monoprix for always surprising us with your abysmal mediocrity. I'll never go there again!!!!

15/05/2026: Change of ownership - no longer sells Gambetta lemonade (loses a star), impeccable service! But the owner is rather gruff (loses half a star), the toilets are a bit of a disaster: the toilet seat falls off by itself and is poorly attached, the hand dryer is extremely difficult to use, the toilet paper holder is also poorly attached, and when you reach for a sheet of toilet paper, the roll immediately falls on you. The door doesn't lock properly, and there's only one toilet. (Loses half a star) The place is very pleasant, and the aesthetics are well thought out (except for the toilets). I've never eaten there, but it seems quite enjoyable to do so.

28/01/2026: Enjoying the sunshine on the terrace, excellent coffee, away from the crowds and cars, near the courthouse and train station, impeccable service, very good value for money, and a tempting menu – I highly recommend it. Still enjoying the sunshine, I savored pork ribs with barbecue sauce and homemade potatoes! I recommend it.

31/12/2025: This is nothing like an inn, it's more like a flea market. The hygiene is appalling, and the clientele is off-putting... in short, steer clear to avoid gastroenteritis at all costs. A shame, considering the previous owners. We'll wait for the next restaurateurs worthy of the name.

22/03/2026: A very disappointing experience. We expected a higher quality of service given what was advertised and the price. The room was dirty and outdated, with mold in the shower and on the bathroom furniture. The mattress was old and sagging due to its age. There was very little hot water for a shower. There were no shutters, only curtains that weren't even blackout. The heating seemed to turn off during the day because it was cold in the room when I woke up in the morning (7 am). The service was definitely not up to the standard of a "4-star" hotel! The continental breakfast was very limited, with few savory options. The pastries were dry, and even the bread was of mediocre quality. The waiter cleared everything away at 9:55 a.m. and cleaned the coffee machines…you're subtly given to understand that he's going to close breakfast service. The bistro service in the evening was rushed; they brought you the starter with the aperitif, so you can imagine the pace of the other courses… Even though the waiter remained smiling, it wasn't a relaxing experience. You barely put down your fork before your plate was taken away…. In short, a stay that was far from restful and pleasant in this “hotel.”

21/03/2026: CATASTROPHIC Having a job that requires many nights in hotels, this is a first for me with a place like this. Supposedly a 4-star hotel, it really needs to rethink its standards. Worn bath towels, dirty bed linens, an unmade bed with a crumpled duvet in the closet, no soap, signs of dampness, a dirty refrigerator, a view of a garbage dump from the room—in short, AVOID AT ALL COSTS. The receptionist said they would pass the information on to management… I should have read the reviews before booking or trusted the star rating!

24/02/2026: Some people really should retire if they're going to serve customers like this!!! But when you're the boss, you do what you want. It's a shame, the place is nice.

10/11/2025: The service was generally quite fast, but I was disappointed by the staff's attitude. I ordered a pistachio milkshake and was served a strawberry one. The waitress simply replied, "Oh, you said strawberry," without offering to make it again or providing any solution, even though my companion and I were certain I had specifically asked for pistachio. A complete lack of professionalism; I do not recommend this place. Avoid it.

03/01/2026: I came for a crepe and tea with my wife. The table was dirty, and the waitress put everything on it without even cleaning it. The waiter didn't even know what kind of tea or herbal infusion he had. The music was loud, the waiter was smoking an e-cigarette, and the young woman preparing my crepe ran her hand through her hair before taking a handful of the (pre-cooked) crepe to reheat it. In short, avoid this place.
