10/07/2025: Some problems with forgetting many orders, more than doubtful quantity on the whole (even having two napkins for 4 is a miracle) sometimes we even have to come and collect the order at the counter even though we are indicated on the parking lot...
07/07/2025: I wasn't sure if I'd ordered a burger or a worn-out couch cushion. The top of the bun? It looked like it had survived a war and then been fished out of an empty swimming pool. Flat, sad, and featureless... it looked more like an old pancake that's been sitting behind the fridge since 2008 than a burger bun.
The bun had literally gone on strike. Even the sesame seeds wanted to leave. It was as if it had been squeezed between two bales of administrative mail and a forgotten pair of underwear. One thing was certain: this CBO had lost all dignity... and I had lost a little hope.

The sandwiches (when they are not missing) are more twisted than the Tower of Pisa, the ice creams are soup (but only in half portions), the sauces and napkins are either for a regiment or non-existent.
Whatever happens, no matter how long the order is, something always goes wrong.

24/01/2025: Honestly a golden menu, 4 fries in the box a wrap I've never seen a wrap this small a drink half filled a big tasty two meats you only have one two days ago my brother came we completely forgot the chicken in the burger maybe you should review your staff.

13/12/2024: Nous étions allés manger au Massilia il y a quelque temps et il est vrai que nous avions été déçu, MAIS, nous y sommes retournés avec une belle tablée de 10 personnes. Nous avons passé un moment incroyable ! Le nouveau chef nous a littéralement régalé les papilles, le service est agréable et rapide, le patron est très touchant. Le restaurant est propre et chaleureux contrairement à ce qu’il a été dit précédemment.
Un vrai renouveau pour ce restaurant phare de Béziers !!
Nous y retournerons avec grand plaisir.

27/08/2024: Don't go!!! My wife ordered a fish salad. Two of the prawns were so bad that they were in the right place when they were opened. So horrible that she vomited in the toilet. The desolate, wilted lettuce was then found underneath the salmon, which was no longer quite as fresh. There was no concession from the restaurant. The hygienic conditions in the store were also a disaster. E.g. the rusted and rotten ice chest. Awful.

I agree with the recent comments, the salespeople are simply execrable. The smile and the sympathy are forgotten but that's at the limit on a bad day, politeness on the other hand remains the basis. When you don't want to do business, you do something else.
If these sellers have direction, it would be time to act. If ladies are the directors, education and professionalism are to be learned!
Taste-wise, the ice creams are expensive and inedible.
If a competitor wants to set up shop, there is market share to be seized!
