01/12/2024: J'ai passé une commande pour une baby shower. Dès le 1er appel la personne m'a dit qu'elle me rappellerait d'ici 10 min. Faisant preuve de compréhension, j'attend. 1h après je la rappelle n'ayant pas de retour. Elle me demande d'envoyer des photos de gâteaux pour qu'elle ait une idée de ce que je souhaite. 3 jours avant la baby shower elle n'avait toujours par répondu à mes photos. Je la rappelle plusieurs fois sans réponses et laisse un message vocal. Peu de temps après elle m'indique qu'elle a reçu les photos. Une amie me rassure en me disant que c'est dans ces habitudes de ne pas être réactive. Le jour de la baby shower au moment de récupérer la commande, elle dit qu'il n'y a pas de gâteau parce qu'elle a soit disant essayé de me joindre à plusieurs reprise mais que je n'avais jamais répondu alors que c'est elle qui ne répondait plus... quelle honte de faire passer le client pour une mauvaise personne, de ne pas assumer ses responsabilités, ses erreurs et d'être malhonnête !!! Ce n'est pas tout de faire des gâteaux qui présentent bien, il faut savoir être fiable et comme vous le voyez c'est loin d'être le cas. Face a un tel comportement, je ne conseillerai jamais à mes proches d'aller la bas par manque de confiance.

18/09/2024: We ordered a birthday cake for our 2 year old daughter, to share with the family. We all had a blast. Following a confusion between us and another customer, the order was delayed in terms of collection by us on the big day. The store staff immediately offered to deliver the part to our home on time for tasting. We would like to point out that we are not next to the store and that it was a Sunday. Thanks again to the staff for being able to find a solution. The cake was very beautiful and it was a treat!

11/10/2024: On n’est venu en famille pour passer du temps , nous avons pris le menu du jour mais il n’y avais plus l’entrée ensuite viande trop dur et pour le dessert il y était plus !! Je ne recommande pas

30/09/2024: Bon accueil. Menu à 25 € : souris d'agneau avec radis et pommes de terre (délicieux) (24 € si plat seul) + tarte au citron meringuée (7 € si dessert seul) (délicieux aussi).

11/11/2024: Très agréable surprise et heureux hasard lors d’un séjour entre amis. Pas forcément convaincus devant l’ enseigne qui nous indique un " petit bistrot " alors qu’il s’agit en fait d’un véritable lieu gastronomique où le chef ( et patron) cuisine de délicieux mets presque sous vos yeux et visite chaque table après dégustation accompagné de sa joyeuse équipe. Ce Restaurant mérite amplement 5 étoiles 🌟

11/05/2024: We entered the restaurant, no one having heard us enter, we waited and had to move towards the kitchen so that our presence would be noticed. Amazement when we see a woman smoking in the kitchen. The rest of the meal was ruined by what we saw when we arrived. At the time of addition, we ask questions about this and the answers given do not correspond to what we clearly saw. It would be a question of a regular customer who smoked in the courtyard when she was indeed in the kitchen and smoking there. It's difficult to have a good time after seeing such a lack of hygiene. As a reminder, according to the CE 852/2004 standard, a professional kitchen must be well maintained, provide sufficient space and allow for good sanitary practices in order to ensure consumer safety.

30/08/2024: Si vous cherchez un restaurant à touristes, passez votre chemin. Les plats étaient succulents, très frais, très copieux, préparés avec beaucoup d’application. les desserts étaient à la hauteur des plats. Et mention spéciale pour les frites 😜

30/08/2024: Excellent dîner au Poisson bleu Un vrai bon restaurant bistronomique excellent et accessible Nous avons beaucoup apprécié les plats très bien réalisés avec des produits frais Nous avons partagé avec bonheur avec l’apéritif une salade de poulpe à la provençale qui nous a réconcilié avec le poulpe Le turbo très fin avec une excellente fondue poireaux champignons et un beurre blanc parfait Les ravioles et saint Jacques délicieux Les linguines tellines et gambas plein de saveurs Nous avons cédé aux desserts par pure gourmandise et c’était également très bon Un cadre très agréable en retrait du passage Une très bonne adresse à La Grande Motte

17/08/2024: Place to flee and avoid, boss (person with the pineapple on his head) totally out of his time, in bad faith and disrespectful. We were coming out of the gym with my girlfriend and we decided to have a drink on the terrace afterwards. I then showed up to pay, except that the TPE was not working. I wait a few minutes, but still nothing. The boss then told me to go and withdraw money with my credit card, except that I only had my phone to pay. The boss then had the audacity to tell me that it was my fault if I couldn't pay, that young people spend their time on the phone and the computer, in short, nameless hypocrisy knowing that it's ITS TPE which was not working. So instead of accusing a customer for something they are absolutely not at fault, it would be good to have tools that work within your establishment as well as to avoid throwing around stereotypes of grumpy old people for no reason. Too bad it's not possible to give negative stars.

12/08/2024: Friendly staff, charming little town, great atmosphere - the best coffee for miles around and a perfect way to start your day. Combine with the market on a Friday or the Sunday brocante for a lovely non-touristy, authentic matin au sud.

22/08/2024: Ayant pris la peine de réserver 8 jours avant pour 7 personnes nous avons ete surpris et tres déçus d'apprendre que notre réservation n'avait pas ete enregistrée .. Un accueil tres décevant. Un personnel faisant preuve d'incompétence et de mauvaise foi . Nous sommes allés manger ailleurs ou nous avons eu un accueillis avec le sourire

24/07/2024: A classic town square restaurant - warm and welcoming with an excellent menu. The set menus are excellent - and particularly good value for children. Needless to say Moules Mariere plays a central part. The entrecôte was excellent. Try a glass of the local vin rouge - Clairette D’Adissan. This our second visit over two years - we will return….

16/11/2024: Excellent Italian ice cream! I have never seen so much flavor in Italian ice cream, the ice cream is creamy and delicious, I come to Palavas on purpose to eat it!
