08/09/2026: The welcome was incredibly unpleasant and the service equally disappointing; the large chocolate was the size of an espresso. We should have left when the waitress sighed as we asked for the menu.

02/09/2026: The staff weren't very friendly, and we asked for a carafe of water, but they didn't provide one; we just got a small, half-filled glass, even though we ordered beer and fruit juice. A shame.

06/07/2026: Unfortunately, I wasn't able to leave a review. Google says the pizzeria is open, but it's July 6th, 2026, and it's closed!

09/06/2026: Takeaway pizza. Very friendly welcome and conversation. The pizzas are EXCELLENT! Crispy and soft. My daughter and I loved them. I don't usually eat the crust of pizzas, but I didn't leave a single bite this time. Plus, the dough is sourdough!! So it's much easier to digest. And for those who don't know: This sourdough fermentation also helps reduce the amount of phytates! (Phytic acid is an anti-nutrient) There's a small park nearby where you can sit and enjoy them.

02/06/2026: I highly recommend them after discovering several of their pizzas during a get-together with friends. Don't hesitate to order from them; they offer good value for money, and it's always handy to have a good takeaway pizza place.

29/08/2026: We had booked a table for the tapas and cocktail area. There are forms to fill out to facilitate ordering. There was little waiting, and the service was pleasant and friendly... thank you to the waiter! The tapas were delicious, and the truffle cream pizza was amazing. The place is pleasant and relaxed.

17/08/2026: Very good restaurant, the mussels and fries with Roquefort cheese were excellent, and the waiter's recommendation of the white wine was perfect. Good value for money. I recommend it.

23/06/2026: 🆑 May 2026 > New owners, new name, new decor, and even a stronger team!! ----------- We're starting fresh this year, 2025, with a new chef and a brand new, original tapas menu. And DJ Nico Sanchez will still be there every Friday night, bringing his signature mixes to create a great atmosphere. The team is friendly and efficient despite the unpredictable fluctuations in customer numbers; respect and hats off to them! 🙏🏼 🙂‍↕️ The latest tapas menu is a welcome change from the classics and is affordable for food lovers (for example, the roasted Camembert on a slice of garlic bread with a surprising and delightful tomato slice 😋). And the squid in virgin sauce, drizzled with olive oil and herbs, was an absolute treat! 😋😋 And to finish, the chocolate fondant was a big hit with my sweetheart, and I had the shrimp soufflé 🤔. And yes, for dessert, it was fabulous! 👌🏼😁

08/09/2026: This is a far cry from the old Social du Quartier Haut. The name remains the same, but neither the atmosphere nor the food has. As for the value for money, it's a disgrace!

29/08/2026: And to think this was my favorite place in Sète for years… but I was lucky never to have run into the owner, who is incredibly rude… you just want to tell him to find another line of work! The food has gone downhill too, while the prices have skyrocketed… in short, I won't be going back. It's a shame to ruin such a great place.

01/10/2026: As a regular customer of your bakeries (particularly in Albi, Ganges, and Juvignac), I used to appreciate the quality of your products. Unfortunately, the taste has changed in my opinion, spoiled by the atmosphere. The employees work like an assembly line, stressed and rushed. They barely have time to look at the customer, so intense is the drive for profitability. For us, it's just as stressful: we have to rush through our orders, without a smile or time to ask a question. The warm, human connection of a real bakery is nonexistent here. This bread lacks a sense of sharing, of giving, of social connection—in short, of humanity. It lacks the joy of employees who are valued and customers who are respected beyond their wallets. It's a shame, but I won't be coming back. Bread deserves time and respect.

09/09/2026: We came to this café for three days during a business trip. The first two days were fine, but the service on the last day definitely put us off. We arrived very early, with about forty tables available. We were criticized for not saying hello to the man at the reception desk, when we simply hadn't heard him. We sat down and ordered a coffee before hitting the road again. A woman then came to tell us that we needed to "order more" and that I had to remove my bottle of Cristaline water from the table because it came from the bakery next door. With so many empty tables and customers who had been patrons for several days in a row, a little more customer service and courtesy would have been appreciated. It's a shame, because out of three days, this last experience is what we'll remember.

09/09/2026: Very disappointing. We really didn't enjoy the experience, and instead of trying to understand what was wrong, we were simply asked to leave. The welcome and the way the situation was handled were frankly unpleasant. It completely ruined the experience. I do not recommend it.

21/07/2026: Beautiful location but disappointing stay. The room had no air conditioning, making it impossible to sleep in 33°C heat. We requested an accessible room when booking, but it wasn't provided. The meal was mediocre. The service was poorly organized, with very long waits between courses. The starter was served before the aperitif. We were asked for salt and water right after the starter, which were only served just before dessert! A quick sweep in front of the reception area and removing the dried-out plants from the planters would make the experience more welcoming.

19/07/2026: Hello, first of all, Mas de Beaumes is truly a magnificent place, with beautiful stonework, and is very peaceful and ideal for large events, in this case, a family member's wedding. The entire estate was booked with the accommodations so we could enjoy the celebration until the early hours. Upon arrival, I was quite disappointed with the room: no air conditioning, only so-so cleanliness, and a fan available. There were only two outlets in the room! One for the fan and the other for charging a phone, so we had to take turns using them. The bathroom faucet was poorly installed. As for security, I was a bit skeptical; there was no way to lock the door from the inside other than with the key. There were no motion detectors on the stairs, so you had to be very quick going up or down to avoid being left in the dark. Plan to take turns going up so someone could press the light switch again. Other guests didn't have their beds made; the sheets were just lying on the bed (having to make your bed at 4 a.m. isn't very pleasant). During the meal, given the heat, we constantly had to ask for bottled water—one bottle of still water and one bottle of sparkling water for tables of 8 to 10 people, including children. There were no ashtrays available, and given the current fire hazard, we had to ask for them and place them around to prevent everyone from walking around with their cigarette butts. Breakfast was extra, which wasn't a problem, but the manager demanded payment as soon as we'd finished, as if we were about to leave, even though it was the morning of the wedding and we were staying until the next day. The pool, a welcome amenity in this heat, had a footbath that wasn't installed, a shower that didn't work, and a pool that wasn't very clean and was infested with wasps. The furniture was outdated, the fabric on one of the chairs was worn out, and we fell right through it, resulting in two nasty bruises on each arm. The manager had a haughty attitude, the staff were unprofessional, and the service left much to be desired. A final example: at the post-wedding brunch, there were no paper napkins, so we raided the hand towels in the restrooms. In short… On the plus side, the meal (the food was very good), and the guests made this event a success! This beautiful venue deserves to be brought up to code and managed more professionally.

17/07/2026: New management, restaurateurs for 25 years, warm welcome and excellent cuisine, both in quality and quantity, especially the couscous on Fridays, I highly recommend it

08/05/2026: A superb experience, the food was good and the service was top-notch.

22/09/2026: A 35-minute wait for… absolutely nothing. No bottle of wine, no appetizers. The waiter was clueless, unable to explain a dish on the menu or the grape varieties in a wine. The terrace was infested with mosquitoes. For a supposedly 4-star establishment, the best decision was to leave without being served. Only 1 star because zero wasn't an option.

05/09/2026: We went last night, the waiter was very polite. The service was very quick.
