26/06/2026: Very disappointing service, long wait, hair found in our pasta, uninteresting salad, and bland pesto pasta. Luckily, the burger was good! We don't know about dessert because it hasn't been offered yet!

30/11/2025: We made a reservation on TheFork with a 50% discount, but upon arrival, we received a cold welcome. The waitress said she didn't have the codes for TheFork and that she didn't have our reservation. (The restaurant was empty.) I showed her the confirmation email, but they told me they wouldn't honor the discount after all. We didn't stay.

27/11/2025: This place shouldn't even be called a restaurant! Everything was frozen, undercooked, and poorly presented. The seafood platter consisted of four whelks and five shrimp straight from the freezer bag, and the mixed fish, also frozen, was either completely dry or raw, like the salmon, without salt or oil! The menu was incomplete, with no red wine, and to top it all off, they told us they don't accept credit cards, so we had to rush to the bank to withdraw cash. We had a rough night, with stomach pain and frequent trips to the bathroom. The French consumer protection agency (DGCCRF) should pay them a visit. In short, don't go there!

26/07/2026: I wasn't paying attention; I bought a Sodebo pizza that expired on April 19th... and it's now April 24th... and it's not the first time I've found expired products on the shelves. Avoid this place!

30/01/2026: The food (croque monsieur and panini) wasn't fresh (you could tell just by looking at it, and then your stomach would tell you the same thing), and the cashier couldn't even print the receipt. He asked me to wait "while he saw what he could do," then ignored me, hoping I'd leave. Which I did. Oh yes, one last problem: I ordered a chocolate éclair and got a coffee one. I went in trusting the overall rating, and I regret it. Incomprehensible.

02/07/2026: Run away, you poor fools... I've never been treated like that in my life. I'm still reeling from the attitude of that person, if you can even call them human. The aggression was unbelievable! What's your problem? I simply wanted to drop off a package at a DHL depot, and a truck literally ran me over... because I wasn't there at the right time... Okay, but couldn't you also say things calmly and respectfully?

25/06/2026: A tobacconist I frequent. Christophe, the owner, always has a joke ready. He's also recently started offering PMU betting, which delights my horse racing friends.

30/07/2026: Great restaurant! I highly recommend their salads, their pizzas, everything is delicious 🤤 The service is perfect, their pizzas are truly excellent, and that's coming from a former pizza maker 👨‍🍳

30/07/2026: Very friendly welcome. We went as a family this Sunday. €25 for adults, €10 for 5-year-olds, and €13 for 6-year-olds. For that price, we were able to enjoy oysters, shrimp, whelks, grilled squid, and other grilled dishes. For the children, there were chicken nuggets, fries, ice cream, etc. Lots of choice. We all enjoyed it very much. The only downside was that someone was smoking a cigar behind us.

13/05/2026: The manager was friendly, but the same couldn't be said for the sales assistant... She made mistakes (which can happen), but she was borderline unpleasant, which is a shame because the pastries were very good.

22/04/2026: The manager is extremely dishonest with her unfriendly, irresponsible, and disrespectful employee. I called to put things aside, but nothing was taken seriously when I arrived... a disgrace, as I made the trip for nothing. Very unpleasant, completely unprofessional. Furthermore, the loyalty card isn't offered to everyone! Not only is nothing put aside, but they don't even seem to want to serve you. I dare say the employee even accused the customer of being picky because she was waiting for the discount... a disgrace, and it's unacceptable to hear such things. Where is management?! I observed the hygiene very carefully: no gloves, they clean and serve you without washing their hands, and they even clean the display case while there's food underneath (see your security cameras). Truly dishonest, and we won't be returning. Better places to go. [The last sentence appears to be a fragment and has been omitted.] If this is how you speak to all your customers, it's a disgrace! I had to contact customer service, but I wasted my time and they don't care. It's worse than ever. I also reported everything about the hygiene, but nothing is taken seriously. To future customers, go elsewhere... just look at the negative reviews... Run away!

10/03/2026: The opening hours are never up to date. It's a 50/50 chance it's open! And when it's closed even though it says it's open, there isn't even a sign on the storefront. Response: There's an option on Google to indicate that the establishment is closed; it might be helpful to use it in this case.

17/03/2026: Thank you for your hospitality! The journey to Saint Jean de la Blaquiere was magnificent 🌄, but very difficult 😓. A truly unforgettable experience nonetheless!

14/07/2026: Getting worse and worse... I placed my order for click and collect. I arrived at the parking lot and saw a group of five sit down at a table and be served less than five minutes later. I waited 23 minutes for my order. What's more, a McFlurry Kit Kat without a Kit Kat. A cheeseburger without cheese. And that doesn't even include the number of calls we had to make because items were missing from our order. This McDonald's has hit rock bottom, and it's still digging.

03/08/2026: Great experience in the morning before 10 am. We left the bar and returned late morning, simply asking to use the restroom, but were refused (we had already spent over €150 before 10 am). What a shame.

06/07/2026: Always my little moment of comfort before my meetings in the building! The coffees are good, and the raspberry-mint iced tea is too. The milk and dark chocolate truffles are delicious. But what I love most here is definitely the service. The baristas are ALWAYS so kind, always friendly, always attentive, and quick. It's truly a pleasure. I hope they're treated with the respect they deserve! The young guy who seemed to be just starting out was also super energetic and kind. :) The little chocolate that always comes with our drink is always a lovely touch (but don't forget it in your bag during a heatwave! 😩).

23/05/2026: I was very disappointed with my experience at this store. I'd wanted to try Coffea for a while, and I came in one morning to do some shopping and explore the products. Unfortunately, the reception from the three saleswomen completely put me off. They were deep in a personal conversation, which seemed so engaging that they completely forgot about the only customer in the store: me. I waited, looked at the products, and hoped for at least some assistance or advice, but nothing. What's most surprising is that they waited until I was leaving the store to ask if I needed any information or assistance. This kind of welcome and attitude make me absolutely not want to return or explore your brand further. Thank you nonetheless for this experience; at least it will give me something to talk about with others.
