07/12/2025: We stayed at the hotel for one night and overall it was a good experience: the hotel is well located in relation to the train station and also to the city center (it's about a 10-minute walk). The room was clean and bright, except for a slight musty smell. That's why I can't give it 5/5 and I'm deducting one star. What's also very important is the customer service: the team is always available by phone and stays in touch to handle any problems or concerns you might have. Thank you very much!

02/11/2025: Just 20 minutes from the city center, the hotel is very well located. The smell in the lobby, situated at the foot of a restaurant, isn't very pleasant, but it dissipates as soon as you go up the stairs. The single room was clean, but less spacious than the photos suggested. Finally, the rooms aren't very well soundproofed: the return of some guests during the night disturbed my sleep. The quality, especially considering its location, is sufficient for a simple overnight stay, but the price seems a bit high for the service.

11/12/2025: I came a few months ago and the service was truly appalling; this time it was the same. No smiles and the politeness left much to be desired. I don't understand how the team wasn't better briefed, given all the negative feedback regarding their friendliness and customer service. I think a serious review of their approach would be beneficial.

08/12/2025: When we arrived, there were no more potatoes (which I can understand, but it wasn't even 9 pm...). It's a shame, because because of this, we had to pay more by buying them individually. And why? No menu was available because of this shortage. We'll remember to go directly to the counter next time (if there is one...) to ask for a discount. Oh! Speaking of which, many of the sauces were also unavailable. What a shame. Now, let's talk about the food. The tenders were good, no complaints there, and thankfully so, because that's why we came. However, my daughter's burgers weren't very generous. A tiny piece of tender fighting for space with a minuscule slice of cheddar... could be better. My brother-in-law, on the other hand, ended up with a rather... unusual burger. A slice of cheddar decided to make a run for it and live its best life ON THE BUN, I tell you. My sister, on the other hand, ended up with ice cream with a stale topping. And my wife got a random topping that didn't match what she'd ordered. What's more, she didn't get her drink right away when it was finally served, which forced her to get up again. The service was reasonably adequate, but the staff could be a bit more cheerful. I understand that a potato shortage can be disheartening, but even the smallest smile is nice. In fact, the place was rather sad. Almost deserted. I can't wait for the potatoes to come back.

21/01/2026: The staff were very friendly and efficient, and the service was quick despite the restaurant already being full. We received excellent service. We'll be back!

17/02/2026: There are still some small, friendly restaurants outside the big chains, yes indeed! I discovered this place for lunch today after reading all the previous reviews. It's unpretentious, with a varied menu and a daily special on the chalkboard. The manager is very friendly and always smiling, and the young waiter deserves a thank you for his kindness. PS: The mayo is homemade...😉

18/12/2024: Since the return of the old card, I find the experience even better! The burgers are always just as tasty, with fresh and well-balanced ingredients. The brioche bun is soft and golden, the meat perfectly cooked, and the cheese delicately melts in the burger. The fries are crispy and served in generous portions, which perfectly complements the dish. The atmosphere remains friendly, with fast and pleasant service. A great address for lovers of gourmet burgers.

26/12/2025: A truly awful experience at this establishment. The staff were beyond disgusting, disrespectful, and their behavior was completely unacceptable! There was absolutely no appreciation for the work done by a poor intern who was just starting out in the professional world. A few years later, I feel compelled to share this experience, which has clearly traumatized me! I find it utterly horrific to subject a poor 18-year-old who is learning and did absolutely nothing to deserve this. I remind you that an intern is supposed to learn, not be your servant! There was no compassion, only gratuitous cruelty, and the staff were filled with vices! They took advantage of my young age and my kindness. I hope the staff has changed by now. I apologize to those who weren't affected, but I have very bad memories of this experience and I felt I had to share them.

15/02/2026: Nice hotel in a good location. Very complete breakfast. Very friendly staff. The only downside was the bathroom; the water pressure in the shower was very low and it was very difficult to adjust the temperature—either too hot or too cold.

16/01/2026: A complete waste of time if you want to book with a Wonderbox! I called to request a reservation and was told they don't accept weekend bookings! However, the dates offered were outside of weekends, which I pointed out to the very unpleasant person I spoke to. She hadn't even bothered to check before she was already looking for a reason to refuse. Caught off guard, she told me to send my information by email, as she didn't want to take it over the phone (I've never seen that before). Which I did. I received a reply stating that Wonderboxes that include a meal were no longer accepted and therefore my reservation was refused. Yet, it's one of the services offered by Wonderbox, which is unacceptable! In short, avoid them at all costs; the staff and methods are simply not worth the hassle!

02/06/2025: A charming little restaurant where you immediately feel welcome. The staff's friendliness is as warm as their wood fire! And what about the pizzas... simply delicious, with fresh ingredients and perfect dough. A truly wonderful discovery, we'll definitely be back!

On the other hand, the waitress was lovely! Find another restaurant, Mademoiselle; there are plenty of friendly owners in Rennes!

Well done, finally a competent employee at this Subway! Edit September 24: 12:45 PM, I arrive, 3-4 people ahead of me. The employee tells me, "I'm stopping service after the lady here! Why? I'm alone with a new trainee." This Subway is ridiculous! Refusing to serve customers in a fast food restaurant at 12:45 PM! 👏🏼 June 2020: 9:30 PM, I arrive to get 2 takeout meals. The guy was tidying up when he told me, "No, it's closed." He sounded really annoyed. It's supposed to close at 10 PM. Great! 👏
