01/03/2026: I'm giving one star for the manager who apologized when she handed me my order. However, the person I dealt with—and I hope it wasn't a manager—told me that my order, 6130, was the same as order 4230 (according to her, only the last two digits matter, so why call it four digits?!). I told her that my order had been waiting for 15 minutes and that I would like it remade. She said she would remake it and that it would be the first and last time. After a few minutes, I was given my order and the manager apologized. But five minutes later, when I got home, my order was cold (I'm not sure if the products had been remade) and instead of nine nuggets, there were only six.

26/02/2026: A long wait between ordering and being served, all for cold burgers. The music was way too loud. And the hygiene of the restrooms? Don't even get me started.

01/02/2026: Since Océane and Romane are no longer here, it's not the same anymore…. The atmosphere and the welcome are no longer the same, but Django still manages to deliver.

25/02/2026: I don't know if she's a manager or someone else, but the little redhead with the bun speaks terribly to her colleagues, and then we're surprised when people burn out or refuse to work anymore. But from what I've seen with my own eyes among the staff, it's unacceptable; you can't speak to your colleagues like that.

06/12/2025: I ordered a Golden 280 meal with ice cream on Uber Eats. Unfortunately, I never received the ice cream, the 280 didn't contain tomatoes or onions, and the ground beef tasted grilled and was indeed grilled, with no flavor whatsoever.

06/12/2025: I live in Vernon, and the longer I wait, the more the quality of the food deteriorates... Once I got home, I discovered the fries were undercooked, soggy, and cold, even though it was only a 4-minute drive away... I threw them in the trash; it was impossible to eat; they were raw. The wait was long, even though there weren't many people at the drive-thru... It's a shame.

25/01/2026: Very disappointed with both of our dishes: 1) Steak tartare mixed with an improbable sauce, unappetizing appearance. 2) Seafood sauerkraut served lukewarm, the potato definitely straight from the fridge, and a scallop with a questionable taste that made me stop eating immediately. By the time we got home with stomach cramps, we were headed straight for the bathroom!! Help! Avoid this place! 🫣🫣🤮

11/01/2026: Avoid at all costs. €3 for the chef's suggestion when we hadn't ordered anything. We ordered medium-rare ribeye steak, but it arrived completely burnt and cooked in oil. After complaining, we ordered a second ribeye steak, still oily and bloody, and full of fat and sinew, making it inedible. At the register, there was no attempt at compensation. I don't usually complain, but this is truly a place to avoid. January 11, 2026, lunchtime

23/11/2025: A man from the service on Sunday, November 23rd at 7 PM. He was carrying a tray of bread. We said good evening to him twice, and he didn't respond. He also behaved this way with the man behind us. I find it regrettable to see such a lack of politeness.

16/11/2025: Unfortunately, it's not the tastiest McDonald's I've been to. The service is often pleasant and you don't have to wait too long. I like the menu options. But the quality of the dishes remains very low. The fries are always served cold and not crispy (which is very strange for this restaurant chain!), the burgers are "so-so". I would also like more options for vegans.

22/02/2026: He ate fries at the drive-thru during his shift, asked us to wait, and then forgot an order… appalling. There are three of them and they can't even take a proper order in under 10 minutes.

14/02/2026: I ordered with my friends. We asked to split our order into three portions at the drive-thru, which we agreed to, but in the end, the employee didn't know how to do his job. I paid more than for my meal because I ordered a fish fillet meal for €7.50 and ended up paying €9.50 because he didn't know how to divide the meals into three portions. I asked for a refund, which they refused. I advise you not to go there unless you want to get ripped off!

11/03/2026: It's appalling; it's dirty, and what's worse, items are missing from my order. Zero stars.

10/03/2026: The first time I came, they refused to serve me (it was around 4:50 am). I understand that the employees are tired and can't restart everything for just one customer, but they told me, "Our screens are currently undergoing an update, we won't be able to serve you." =_= What a blatant lie! Nevertheless, I'm giving it 3 stars because a few days ago I went back around the same time, and it was clearly a different team, and this time they agreed to serve me (was it thanks to the other people with me?). Anyway, it was good, hot, and the employees were smiling.

20/02/2026: After numerous attempts to order delivery, we're disappointed every time. Order error, sauce in the ice cream. Ice cream barely filled. Delivery with someone just throwing the bag at us, and of course, no response from McDonald's, so we resorted to Uber Eats to get an explanation, a refund, and just to eat normally. Who told us to call McDonald's? 🤡
