29/04/2026: An idyllic setting, perfect weather, and exceptionally attentive service. We savored a truly refined meal before our orchestra set the Demeure d'Auguste ablaze. A magical interlude filled with joy and conviviality.

21/04/2026: We had the opportunity to celebrate my cousin's wedding at this venue, and it's beautiful. Overall, we had a wonderful time. However, several aspects were very disappointing. When you book a venue for an entire weekend, it's unacceptable for the owners to organize tours on the day of the wedding itself. This creates an intrusion with strangers during moments that should remain private. There was no hot water or heating upon arrival, which is unacceptable for this type of event. The venue has a lot of potential, but the organization and services need improvement.

08/04/2026: Exorbitant price compared to the overall quality (food + setting). The food was really bad, soggy, probably microwaved (and that was the "royal" fish and chips!). The setting was barely clean and really run-down! Luckily the service was friendly...

22/03/2026: How sad to see amateurs trying to pass themselves off as restaurateurs. Stale bread (maybe even two days old), supermarket-quality soup, and a tiny chicken cutlet straight from the freezer. Not to mention the €17 burger and the €22 royal chips, which were far from satisfactory. And then there was the dust, the marks on the cutlery, and the high chair. In short, very disappointed; the value for money is terrible. Perhaps a career change would be a service to the community.

05/12/2025: Another order placed that's taking over an hour to arrive. I called the first time and told him we'd been waiting for an hour... he said it would be shipped right away... still not 40 minutes later! We cancelled the order! Once again, we're so disappointed we won't be ordering from you again. We understand that things can be complicated some evenings, however, a phone call to let us know about the delay would be a bit more professional. If Greg is still in charge, perhaps you could change the staff or hire someone, since apparently Thursdays are completely full!

25/02/2026: Great experience! The New Yorker burger was delicious and the iced tea was excellent too. The value for money is fantastic; the only slight downside was the fries being a bit cold, but otherwise, I highly recommend it!

09/02/2026: I'm writing to you live from my toilet, where this "experience" ended for my wife and me. The food was served cold, a measly bit of meat and fish in a stale piece of bread... the drink wasn't much better, iced tea or rather flavored water. Avoid this place; no hygiene standards were respected.

24/02/2026: Never disappointed by the quality or the friendliness of the staff at this bakery. As loyal customers when we're in Saint-Malo and fans of specialty breads, we've always found them excellent. It's difficult, however, to please everyone, especially the grumblers who are quicker to voice their opinions!

02/05/2026: Congratulations to this restaurant, unable to fulfill an order of 20 nuggets in one hour. Four delivery drivers showed up and left without the order. I had to cancel after waiting for 1 hour and 15 minutes! Congratulations to this restaurant.

05/04/2026: What kind of McDonald's makes you wait over 20 minutes for apple pie, while people who arrived after you are served before you? I don't even understand how it can still be open with all the negative comments. McDonald's management needs to intervene because it's shameful.

08/04/2026: Honestly, the team was super friendly. Sunday, the day before a public holiday, and the atmosphere was amazing. They didn't hesitate to play our music. The bouncer was very kind and attentive (we felt safe), and the team behind the bar was smiling 😃. Thank you, we had a fantastic evening.

30/04/2026: Very satisfied with this McDonald's. Fast service. Excellent staff. The indoor play area is great for my 3 and 5 year old daughters!! I recommend it.

29/04/2026: May 16, 2025, I went to try the new Big Mac. 364g with the packaging. I tried it, it was good, and I ate enough. Today, I got the regular meal. WITH fries, it was 310g, Big Mac PLUS fries... If that's not a huge rip-off, I don't know what is. They don't care about the customer! McDonald's is finished. Bye.

07/04/2026: A pizza ordered at 10:30 pm, without even leaving my name, ready 20 minutes later, hot and still just as good: bravo!

18/03/2026: It doesn't even deserve one star. I ordered and never, ever received my order. I asked them for a refund, but nothing at all, so far. €48 down the drain 🤦🏾‍♀️ I hope you get what you deserve.

12/12/2024: There are times when we overlook mistakes, or when we don't take the time to leave a review, because to err is human, but tonight, you really did well. Please note that order 9A00 22 dated Tuesday December 10, 2024 was a total fiasco. I order in click and ready in the parking lot, being in a wheelchair, it was my friend who went to collect our orders. It has already happened SEVERAL TIMES that we have had to go to the counter because something is missing. And this evening, as usual, there were (again) missing items. So tonight it was a bag of tomatoes, one of apples, a drink and a toy. All this for a happy meal, which means that I only had the sandwich. My friend, realizing the error, friendly went to the counter to ask for the missing dues. The employee at the counter received it by questioning her word, maintaining that he was sure he had put everything in the bag and insinuating that she had removed the missing food from the bag! At this moment, my friend goes to pick up the orders received in the car to show her good faith (and that she is not A THIEF! We are talking about tomatoes, pieces of apple and a fruit juice + a toy) To justify that the “error” came from her (LOL) he says that she moved the things in the bags (there was just one toy that had changed bags). Normal, because if you did your job well, we wouldn't need to move the items in the bag to check them. My friend then explains to her that she just moved the toy and invites her to come and see in her car that she is not lying! The employee replies that that’s not all he has to do. And ended up giving him the apples and tomatoes. I point out that she must have insisted on having the toy and I didn't get my drink. (Unbelievable, but true) So, I will let you congratulate this employee (blonde hair, worn long with a red tie), because thanks to him, we will never set foot in your home again. And above all, don't come and tell me to call your number that I already tried to reach that same evening, because it is impossible to leave a message there. After the manager's response, I expected nothing less than a blunt response, which once again proves the total lack of consideration of this company towards its customers.

10/12/2024: I came to eat there, potato nuggets, hamburgers…. Everything was cold, the waiter was in a bad mood I guess because he violently put the tray on the table, said “enjoy your appetite” and left straight away. The people in the kitchen were chatting among themselves... while another rather well-looking gentleman was doing nothing apart from being on his phone opening Pokémon boosters, it would be a question of getting to work, McDonald's is above all a job not fun. When I eat at McDonald's I mainly come here, I wouldn't go anymore if it's to see young people talking and having fun, just go to another fast food chain that won't serve cold or with missing food!!

25/02/2026: I don't know if she's a manager or someone else, but the little redhead with the bun speaks terribly to her colleagues, and then we're surprised when people burn out or refuse to work anymore. But from what I've seen with my own eyes among the staff, it's unacceptable; you can't speak to your colleagues like that.

06/12/2025: I ordered a Golden 280 meal with ice cream on Uber Eats. Unfortunately, I never received the ice cream, the 280 didn't contain tomatoes or onions, and the ground beef tasted grilled and was indeed grilled, with no flavor whatsoever.

06/12/2025: I live in Vernon, and the longer I wait, the more the quality of the food deteriorates... Once I got home, I discovered the fries were undercooked, soggy, and cold, even though it was only a 4-minute drive away... I threw them in the trash; it was impossible to eat; they were raw. The wait was long, even though there weren't many people at the drive-thru... It's a shame.
