02/04/2026: Good value for money in low season. Excellent on-site restaurant with a la carte or etape menu. Delicious and plentiful buffet breakfast. The only downside is the bathroom, which could use some renovation. The carpeting could be removed.

19/03/2026: This establishment is completely unprofessional! We stayed for a company seminar for 5 nights with approximately 10 people, which is equivalent to 50 nights' accommodation. We paid for the seminar room, lunch and some dinners on-site, drinks at the bar—in short, a significant expense for the company. It's outrageous that the final bill (with no possibility of negotiation or even speaking to the manager) included the room of a colleague who had to leave at 6 PM (and therefore didn't stay overnight) for personal reasons, without him even setting foot in the room. We will quickly forget this place for future stays.

08/04/2026: The best tacos and kebabs that my wife, our children and I have eaten in a very long time, we went back the next day, I found the service very fast, nothing to complain about.

18/04/2026: The welcome, service, and hygiene need improvement… I came to try the trompe-l'œil cakes: ordering was difficult, and they didn't even give me a plate despite my request (for a €7.50 cake!). Two cakes were served on a tray, with a wooden spoon, and I had to pick them up from the display case. I expect at least a minimum level of service, especially for cakes at this price. I was very disappointed with the trompe-l'œil cakes: they were just mousse, with little texture, and the cream was cloying. It's a real shame, but I won't be back…

31/03/2026: Very disappointed. I ordered a full galette, but I don't like tomatoes. I asked if I could replace them with mushrooms, and the waitress said yes. But when I got to the till, they charged me extra for the mushrooms. If the waitress had just said, "Well, it's two euros more," I would have refused. Instead, they made me pay without even asking me. I was very disappointed. I used to come here often, but I'll never come back.

22/03/2026: It took almost two hours for delivery in Rennes. It's a shame because we were good, regular customers despite the drop in quality and the excessively long delivery times.

22/03/2026: Ordered online. Over an hour and a half wait. We called several times and each time received the same answer: "It's being delivered." After an hour, still the same answer. If the restaurant can't fulfill orders, they shouldn't take them. It's unacceptable. I was a very good customer for three years, but I will never order from them again. Furthermore, the quality has significantly declined in the last year.

19/04/2026: We had a wonderful meal at La Pignatta 😀 The service was quick and the staff very friendly. Plus, the menu was varied with several set menu options.

The attractively priced set menus are actually very small in portion size. The fries were frozen and the mussels weren't very good. We also ordered a "complète" (a type of seafood platter) which contained a shrimp antenna. However, the server offered us a discount for this inconvenience. The crepes were of very poor quality and extremely greasy.

28/01/2026: It's always a pleasure to come here. The welcome is perfect, the homemade dishes are high-quality and very tasty. I highly recommend it! Remember to book, it's often full at lunchtime. They also have a good self-service area on the ground floor with very reasonable student prices 🤩🥰

03/05/2026: During the May Day weekend in Saint-Malo's walled city, we had the pleasure of having lunch at this fantastic place. The meal was delicious, with homemade products and excellent seafood, though a bit pricey. The staff is friendly, accommodating, and enjoys a warm and welcoming atmosphere with their customers. PERFECT, DON'T CHANGE A THING.

29/03/2026: Quick service due to low customer volume. Very good meal in terms of quantity and price. The manager was very stressed and was stressing out his kitchen staff. I felt very uneasy!

01/05/2026: An incredible discovery. Truly Michelin-starred. In my opinion, every employee must have graduated from a top-tier hospitality school! The menus, with their unparalleled boldness, delighted the palates of both young and old. The only downside was the urine in the toilets; there was also some on my trousers and shoes…

29/04/2026: I went to this McDonald's restaurant where I waited an hour and a half at the drive-thru without ever receiving my order, before finally leaving to go to another location. At first, I remained patient, thinking it was a technical problem. However, the situation was very concerning: there were few staff members, and some seemed to be struggling, including one employee who was visibly very unwell, on the verge of collapsing. Beyond the abnormally long wait, what struck me most was the state of the employees. I felt sorry for them. It's clear they are working in difficult conditions, and this is unacceptable for both customers and employees. I called the manager today to report the situation. I sincerely hope that measures will be taken quickly, because it's not normal for an employee to be in such a state at their workplace.
