14/09/2026: I went today and wanted to order a vanilla matcha and a large pistachio cookie. Unfortunately, the woman who served me made a mistake and gave me a small one. It's an error, of course, that can happen to anyone. She may not have heard me say "a large pistachio cookie." After that, we were seated, and the service was quite quick. However, the person who prepared my matcha had forgotten the vanilla I had specifically requested (I had mixed it thoroughly beforehand to be sure; there was no vanilla flavoring). Of course, another woman added it at my request. It's not a big deal, but two things happening in quick succession is quite unacceptable. They should be more attentive to service and customer expectations to ensure a better experience and encourage repeat business. Please take this as helpful advice, not as unconstructive criticism.

19/09/2026: The Ricard was very poorly mixed, the service was more than questionable, and the bartender's offer was inappropriate. A bad experience; I do not recommend it.

19/09/2026: There were six of us who were refused entry because, supposedly, there were too many people in the bar. Literally 20 people were allowed in the second we were turned away. I should mention that in my group there was a Black woman and an Arab woman. Then another group was refused entry, oddly enough, also with a Black woman in their group. We asked for an explanation and were told it was a bar frequented by regulars. We asked people who were leaving, and it was their first time at the bar. It's disgusting that we're still dealing with this in 2026... you're pathetic.

28/10/2026: The sandwiches were cold, the meat was burnt. The tables were dirty, and no napkins were provided. I do not recommend it.

27/10/2026: How can I put it? It had been a long time since I'd set foot in there... Every time we went, the floor was dirty and slippery, there was never a clean table to sit on, and items were always missing... After a period of canceling my membership, I came back for a McDonald's meal and an extra cheeseburger with my order... How can I even describe how something was missing from such a small order? And don't even get me started on the look of the cheeseburger... Honestly, it really leaves much to be desired... Take a page from your competitor, Burger King, which is welcoming, fast, never has a missing item, and their sandwiches are actually quite impressive because they're generously filled. I won't be back anytime soon... And unfortunately, seeing how few people were there, it's clear that this opinion is shared by many...

25/10/2026: We waited 40 minutes just at the kiosk to order, even though there was no one there.

25/10/2026: Once again, the restaurant is filthy. The toilets are awful. 🤮 Change the manager or check the staff. Cold food, no visual presentation. Unanimously voted the worst McDonald's in the region. Do something!!!

12/10/2026: The trays are a bit dirty and still need to be left lying around on the tables.

11/10/2026: I waited 15 minutes (table service) for a mini milkshake and a McFlurry even though there was no one else there. After 15 minutes, I went to the counter and was given a milkshake, but the quarter-liter of ice cream was missing, and the KitKats were frozen 🤡 I pointed it out to the woman, who didn't care… 1 star only because I have to, otherwise it would be 0!

18/10/2026: Unfriendly staff. Always mix-ups with orders. Wrong products, poorly made, cold... They always apologize, which is great, but it doesn't change the fact that we pay for things we don't receive.

12/10/2026: We waited almost 20 minutes to pick up our order. When we got home, there were no drinks (we had two large sandwiches and two kids' meals) and no desserts for the children. It's outrageous to wait so long only to be disappointed with half of it. On the plus side, the sandwiches were good and hot, and the staff was helpful.

08/09/2026: Sorry, but this person is really racist. There's a French man who really lacks a sense of humor. He didn't even say thank you, hello, or goodbye. Shame on him! Honestly. He needs to be fired. People like that shouldn't be kept in the restaurant industry! 😡😡😡😡😡

14/08/2026: First and last order at Pizza Hut: we ordered 3 medium pizzas with the 3 Medium for €28 offer: two with thin crust, one with pan crust. We received 3 boxes, one of which was significantly smaller than the others. Well, let me tell you, the "medium" with pan crust arrived in a tiny box, with a minuscule size (10cm smaller than the others), 6cm of bread on the edges, and a measly 15cm center of toppings. So, in the end, it was the "2 Medium and 1 Small-with-lots-of-bread for €28" offer. LOL. The explanation? "It's normal, it's the pan crust, it's smaller"... Which is absolutely nowhere mentioned. Anyway, it's funny to make fun of your customers, but once is enough ❤️

10/09/2026: Mussels 👍🏼 Fries perfect 👌🏼 Service top (the 2.9⭐️ rating is incomprehensible)

06/09/2026: The food was extremely questionable... Four hours later, I'm still trying to digest the fries, which were undercooked, soggy, and oily, but brown?? (I don't even want to imagine the color of the frying oil). And the bill was astronomical for the poor quality. 60 euros for a grilled dish, a disgusting mussel and fries (dry, from the day before?), and a beer... that's outrageous. Sorry, but run away and go somewhere else.

08/09/2026: I went to the McDonald's in Chartres-de-Bretagne. They made us wait an hour at the drive-thru, and I realized at home that all the fries were missing. They should check the orders before handing them out; it's not our job to check. What kind of work is this?

07/09/2026: The terrace wasn't cleaned, with cigarette butts on the ground. The children's area was littered with wrapping paper, and the recycling bins were rusty and poorly maintained. Inside, three self-service kiosks were out of order, and the other printers were broken. Note the time, 12:35 PM, and there were few people around. Apart from that, everything was fine.

19/07/2026: The owner was unpleasant, but the waitress was super nice.

28/06/2026: She refused to serve us a glass of water in 31°C heat because she had just washed the dishes and couldn't be bothered to do the dishes and wash the glasses at 7:00 PM!!! Unacceptable and disrespectful during this heatwave!

30/09/2026: The two sisters who run the bar are so unpleasant that it makes me want to leave and never come back. Customers come to relax and enjoy a drink in peace, but it's the complete opposite. I really hope there will be a change of ownership, and soon! A VERY, VERY UNPLEASANT EXPERIENCE!

11/08/2026: Working on aggressiveness and how to speak to clients seems justified to me, otherwise one should consider changing careers.

21/09/2026: They must have been having a bad day. First, they brought the wrong appetizer. The fish soup my wife ordered took a while to arrive and was then served lukewarm. It tasted good, though. My husband's steak tartare was good. The main course, however, was a disaster. The entrecote, ordered medium, was just a slightly thicker slice that was completely overcooked and tough as shoe leather. I didn't eat it because I was so disappointed. At least the waiter was accommodating and deducted €19 from the bill. I didn't want to argue, but for a French restaurant, that's bordering on fraud. My wife's John Dory tasted good but was also served lukewarm. In conclusion: the wine was good (€35 a bottle). Disappointing for such a highly praised French restaurant. The staff seemed stressed but tried their best. Unfortunately.

06/09/2026: We didn't eat at this restaurant because the service was really not great... The waiter didn't know what to do with his hands and the customers seemed to have been waiting for quite some time... I understand the rating and the review, we left quickly.

30/05/2026: They refused to change the sauce despite the server's mistake! The server just laughed and said, "That's how it is..." It's shameful to be so dismissive. Refund refused. I'm a regular customer, but I only had a 20-minute break at work, so I couldn't eat. Thanks a lot, Chicken Place! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 This is outrageous.

11/09/2026: Hi I used to check reviews before going, but I was just passing through and in a hurry, so I decided to get a meal deal. The kebab vendor had long hair without a hairpiece or any other protection, and the welcome was very cold... the inside of the restaurant was a disaster, and the toilet was across the street. Plus, there were very few fries, and they weren't really good. If you're in a hurry or alone, you can still go, but if you have a choice, I advise you to eat somewhere else. I won't be going back there. Sincerely.

31/08/2026: Undercooked meat, greasy fries with a questionable taste, and a terrible stomach ache. In short, HORRIBLE 🤮
