28/06/2026: She refused to serve us a glass of water in 31°C heat because she had just washed the dishes and couldn't be bothered to do the dishes and wash the glasses at 7:00 PM!!! Unacceptable and disrespectful during this heatwave!

31/07/2026: We were lucky enough to celebrate our wedding in early July at La Demeure d'Ogust, and we cherish the memories. This place is simply magnificent and proved to be the perfect setting for the bohemian wedding we envisioned. Everything was perfect: the reception room for the meal, the dance floor under the veranda, and especially the superb outdoor cocktail reception under the arbors, which created a magical atmosphere for our summer day. But what truly made the difference was Jean-Michel and Patricia. Available, attentive, and professional, they guided us throughout the preparations with great kindness, always ready to answer our questions. On the big day, their invaluable help with the setup and their attentive presence contributed to making it absolutely perfect. A huge thank you to them both. This place will forever be etched in our memories.

18/06/2026: Very bad experience with Domino's Pizza Bain-de-Bretagne. When I ordered delivery, one pizza was missing. When I contacted the restaurant to report the error, no satisfactory solution was offered. The person on the phone simply replied, "It's your word against mine," questioning my honesty instead of trying to resolve the issue. A mistake in preparation can happen, but the way the situation was handled is unacceptable. As a customer, I expected the restaurant to check the order or offer some kind of compensation, not to be treated as if I were lying. Very disappointed by the customer service and the lack of consideration given to my complaint.

22/08/2026: A disgrace! A 40-minute wait for an incomplete order with instructions ignored, a passive manager who doesn't seem to care, and a team that is clearly untrained and incredibly slow.

28/08/2026: Nice decor, but there's a downside: it seems the taste quality has declined at McDonald's. The nuggets are less flavorful and the Big Mac is practically tasteless... What a shame!

15/08/2026: This bar, located in the city center, boasts a lovely terrace and generally professional and pleasant service. However, the interior decor is a bit over the top. Another minor drawback: credit cards are not accepted below a certain amount, which can be rather inconvenient.

14/08/2026: Here are two medium pizzas pictured. One with a thin crust. One with a pan crust. At no point during the ordering process were the diameters of the pizzas specified, nor was the size difference between the two crusts mentioned. Selling a pizza that's already not very big and a small appetizer for the same price is ridiculous. The pizza dough is fine, but I would have liked some toppings to go with it.

14/08/2026: First and last order at Pizza Hut: we ordered 3 medium pizzas with the 3 Medium for €28 offer: two with thin crust, one with pan crust. We received 3 boxes, one of which was significantly smaller than the others. Well, let me tell you, the "medium" with pan crust arrived in a tiny box, with a minuscule size (10cm smaller than the others), 6cm of bread on the edges, and a measly 15cm center of toppings. So, in the end, it was the "2 Medium and 1 Small-with-lots-of-bread for €28" offer. LOL. The explanation? "It's normal, it's the pan crust, it's smaller"... Which is absolutely nowhere mentioned. Anyway, it's funny to make fun of your customers, but once is enough ❤️

27/08/2026: I tried to place a Drive order this Thursday, August 27, 2026. When I arrived at the kiosk, I was the second car. Next to it, another car had been completely forgotten. In fact, the driver ended up leaving without placing an order. In front of me, the car, clearly annoyed at having to wait, also drove off. When it was my turn, I was asked to wait via the intercom, OK. After what seemed like an eternity, she finally took my order. Then I went to pay, and there was no one there! More long minutes of waiting... She finally arrived and took payment. Then came the moment to pick up my order, and I had to wait some more! At one point, I received my order and left. In the end, I still waited more than 35 minutes... When I got home, I discovered that one sandwich and one sauce were missing... Seriously?! They should probably check that everything is there before handing it to the customer, shouldn't they? The fries weren't cooked, and as for the rest, if you don't like salt, forget it... Completely disrespectful to customers! I agree with another commenter who said that this McDonald's in Vern-sur-Seiche was much better a few years ago. They need to ask themselves some serious questions. I won't be going back anytime soon.

27/08/2026: Avoid at all costs! One hour at the drive-thru, fries forgotten, double cheeseburger ordered but only one patty in the burger. The Coke was clearly water; given the wait, all the ice cubes had dissolved. Ugh...

09/08/2026: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for the show, it's a shame there isn't a category for that. 45-minute wait for a Happy Meal. They tell me it's coming... then that it's coming... and that it's still coming. At this point, I was practically waiting for GTA 6 before my kids' meal. The best part, though, was the crisis management: 3 employees wanted to reorder my meal, since it had been half-forgotten. But apparently, national priority: whatever you do, don't reorder. The manager was rude to them because they were a little too concerned about the poor Happy Meal that had been sitting there all alone for 45 minutes: 🧍🏻‍♂️ She told them to wait, as if my order had just been placed and it was perfectly normal for a Happy Meal to take an existential pause before reaching its owner. Finally, after realizing my order was clearly never going to arrive on its own, I went to see the manager herself. And then, a miracle: she... remade it for me. 😭 You were so lost that you ended up giving me a cheeseburger and a Croque McDo. So I accidentally won a cheeseburger, thanks for this impromptu loyalty program. And because we have to give credit where credit is due: medium fries instead of small, and two Creamy Deluxe sauces instead of one. In short, a 45-minute wait, a forgotten order, an abandoned Happy Meal, an internal battle between the employees and the manager, and finally, a free cheeseburger. I came to eat, I left with a whole episode of Kitchen Nightmares. Too bad about the losses, but at least I had a good laugh and ate better than expected. 😂

03/08/2026: Very disappointed. The apple pie was cold, and so were the nuggets. When I pointed this out, I was told they were "too hot," which wasn't the case at all. A minimum of quality and consideration for customers would be appreciated. I won't be back.

29/07/2026: Avoid at all costs! Deplorable and outrageous! Just two weeks ago, I went there for the umpteenth time with colleagues, and after a while, everyone else (three other people) decided to leave except for me. After that, I finished my drink and went to pay the bill. A few days later, I went back again with even more colleagues (for at least two hours), and once again, I went to the bar to pay. However, a few days later, one of my colleagues came to me furious, claiming I hadn't paid for my round, and even told me the servers had almost called me! Of course, it's the customer's responsibility to pay for their drinks, BUT at no point—neither the first nor the second time—did they tell me to pay! As a result, I almost got punched by my colleague, who accused me of dishonesty. The only thing everyone agrees on about this bar is that the prices are good and very attractive (and even then...). Since we started going there, we all agree on the following: the servers are as unpleasant as the gates of Fleury-Mérogis prison.

23/07/2026: For me, it's simply the best PMU bar in Rennes, impeccable service, everything is clean and the managers are very polite.
