06/09/2024: The delivery man didn't bother to come and ring the doorbell. When we call for information on the delivery, there is verbal aggression from the manager.
We were forced to come get our pizzas ourselves, being insulted in the process. We enjoyed our cold pizzas.
06/09/2024: Order paid online for delivery but the delivery man never came.
Manager who attacks us on the phone and calls us thieves when we just want to get back the pizzas we had paid for.
Worst customer experience, to avoid.

26/07/2024: First and last delivery experience, 1 hour 40 minutes of waiting, not warned before pressing the delivery option. I call the manager he offers me three euros reduction, a big joke
Edit: we reached 1h50, cancellation of the order, first time this has happened to me. The best would perhaps be to have an order quota so that it doesn't happen anymore...

25/08/2024: Obligation to put the bag, even a small one over the shoulder, in the locker room... No pocket, we are left with our credit cards and locker room cards in hand, they necessarily re-invoice after losing the locker room card. It’s a well-established system to extract money from us!!!! Very unpleasant person at reception/locker room, no compassion. TO ABSOLUTELY AVOID!
28/07/2024: What can I say... the obligation to leave your handbag in the locker room has never been seen before. Even if it's very small and slung over the shoulder...Don't you have any pockets? Well too bad for you manage with your phone your credit card + locker room card and your hygienic protection etc. mixed toilets.. and tiny so the girls while you wash your hands 10 cm from you the gentlemen pee in the urinal. .. and I'm not exaggerating about the proximity, it's extremely annoying. Unacceptable! Well honestly if the music is good the atmosphere is meh... not great

28/08/2024: We were a group of 6 friends, ordered several dishes, and wanted to share/taste some among us, but the waiter said that is forbidden. He was the most arrogant and rude waiter we have ever met. He also refused to express even a word in English, which was odd, considering it is a tourist area.
28/08/2024: Bad attitude, not at all welcoming, the weiter has nothing to do with customer service.
Message to the owner of the place: be aware of this guy (the waiter)
