Few people, a serene atmosphere, pleasant clientele... you can eat in peace, without stress or having to worry about your belongings. Quick and efficient service, orders always perfectly prepared, and a clean and well-maintained place. For those who like to enjoy a peaceful meal without feeling rushed, this is definitely the place to go. A McDonald's like this is the kind you wish you could find everywhere. I highly recommend it!

09/05/2026: I've been to McDonald's several times and every time something's missing!! Between the kitchen staff not wearing hairnets and them scratching their faces... Today I ordered a double cheeseburger with one meat and one cheese, There are always, always things they forget!!!!!!!

26/04/2026: A somewhat mixed experience We opted for the tasting menu; the dishes were refined, beautifully presented, and above all, the table setting was simply magnificent. The plates were truly superb with lovely decorations. No complaints about the menu itself, but we were disappointed by the service. The head waitress (I believe) gave us a frosty and impersonal welcome, the presentation of the dishes was very brief, and there was no warmth in either her words or her gaze. After forgetting the bread, she returned with the basket, imposing the country bread on us without even asking our opinion. She also forgot to refill our water glasses; we had to do it ourselves—unheard of for a Michelin-starred restaurant. However, thank you to the sommelier and his wife (I believe) for their kindness and attentiveness. ✨ In short: no complaints about the food, just the service was lacking.

10/04/2026: I placed an order with a "buy one, get one free" offer, and in the end, I only received one item. This is simply unacceptable. Not only was the promotion not honored, but there was also no order verification before shipping. You pay, you trust them, and then you end up with an incomplete order without any explanation. It's truly disappointing and feels like a rip-off. I absolutely do not recommend this service if the offers aren't even properly honored. I expect a refund or some form of compensation, because this is clearly a bad experience.

18/02/2026: Years ago, I ordered from there and ended up with food poisoning. I didn't leave a review out of respect, and now I'm thinking the place must have been renovated, so I'll give it another try. But I'm sorry, it's disappointing. We ordered yesterday, and the order was rushed; everything was prepared haphazardly. If you could have seen the state of the bread, fries, and escalope—it was all crumbled into pieces, impossible to hold in your hand to eat. It was soggy, soggy, and squashed, with no vegetables at all. I specifically asked for vegetables, but just escalope with cream sauce, and I couldn't eat it! Honestly, I don't recommend it at all. Last time I'll ever set foot in that place. That's it, I advise against it.

19/04/2026: Friendly and welcoming, whenever I want to unwind, you can be sure to find me there. I go dancing alone, and it's the best place where you can feel completely safe. The welcome and service are impeccable; all the employees, as well as the owner, are incredibly pleasant. I highly recommend it. After posting my review, I saw a comment below from a woman who said, "If you're alone, never go there... you have to be easy or something..." Well, I've always gone to the balafon alone, I've always danced alone from beginning to end (yes, I love to dance) without being bothered during the evening (yes, sometimes people ask me to dance, but a simple NO is enough). I've always gotten home without any problems, even though I live more than 15 km away and had to catch the first bus. I'm the tall, slim brunette who arrived first and left last. See you very soon 🤗

08/02/2026: This place is fantastic, pleasant, and friendly. The owner and all her employees are very helpful and welcoming. Good atmosphere. That's why I don't understand why they were closed last night, February 7th, 2026. If anyone has an answer, please let me know? Hoping it's a temporary closure.

27/03/2026: For me, I'd say "the only Italian restaurant where everything is real and authentic." A lovely atmosphere, fresh morning produce, simplicity, and good food. No lies here to lull the customer into complacency. It exudes respect and kindness. And all this at more than reasonable prices for the quality of the ingredients and the cuisine. For lovers of good food and homemade dishes...

04/03/2026: I highly recommend this restaurant. I celebrated my birthday there last Friday with friends, and the welcome was absolutely fantastic! Of course, the food was delicious (it truly transported you to Italy), and the tiramisu was divine :) Finally, I sincerely thank the owners for their warm welcome and their desire to make us feel comfortable throughout the evening, creating a friendly atmosphere! I had a wonderful evening, full of laughter and great memories. Thank you again for your kindness, and a special shout-out to FC Saint-Étienne!

07/03/2026: Very good pizzas. No problem changing the base or cheese 😁 Friendly staff. 😉 I didn't have the chance to eat in, but from what I saw, the place was warm and welcoming. Always a beautiful decor and a window display that changes with the seasons and holidays.

15/05/2026: The welcome was always up to the standard of the mountain inn, the local produce was perfect, with a particularly successful casserole of lamb shoulder pieces in a sauce worthy of a top chef. The service, with the owner always attentive to customers, will be back next time (with sunshine).
