19/05/2026: We spent four days at this establishment. The surroundings were wonderful, the welcome was warm and friendly, the staff were very attentive, the cleanliness was excellent, and the meals were very good and prepared on-site – everything was more than perfect. We have absolutely no complaints and will definitely return. Plus, they accept dogs – everything you need for a great stay. Thank you!

17/05/2026: After reading previous reviews, it's clear our room hadn't undergone the renovations mentioned by other guests: + Decent welcome - Outdated room (wallpaper, woodwork, furniture...) - Unwelcoming bathroom (paint stains, dampness...) - Toilet paper not replenished (had to ask for a roll) For over €100 a night, one can expect more from the quality and appearance of a hotel room. PS: Regarding the photo of the bed, we used it before the picture was taken. It was properly made.

01/04/2026: A fantastic find in Saint-Étienne! The restaurant has a truly warm and welcoming atmosphere, with amazing decor that will delight all Naruto fans. You immediately feel at home! 🍜🍥 As for the menu, it's simple yet incredibly effective. The ramen I had was very good, but my absolute favorite was the karaage. It's incredibly authentic; it tastes and has the exact same texture as what you'd eat in Japan! 🇯🇵🍗 A real treat. I did notice two minor issues with the service: they forgot to give me chopsticks with my meal (I had to get up and ask for them at the counter), and when it came time to pay, the young woman at the register didn't even glance at me, too engrossed in her phone, until her colleague came to take over and ring me up. But honestly, the overall experience, the setting, and especially the quality of the food were so incredible that I'm giving it 5 stars without hesitation. I highly recommend it!

12/03/2026: We had such fond memories of this restaurant from our first visit. So we came back for a second time. And it was just as wonderful!! The service was provided by a very pleasant and attentive young apprentice. The chef was accommodating and eager to please. And the hostess was as kind and passionate as ever about her work and...plants... ♡ We look forward to our next visit.

01/05/2026: Disappointed with this place. Nothing to eat in the evening, and the karaoke night was monopolized by the owner. The sound system was terrible, and the organization was poor. Beers were €6 and bruschetta €10 – far too expensive. I do not recommend this place.

03/05/2026: An excellent choice in the Roannais region: perfect cuisine, tastefully presented; the taste buds are awakened by the diverse aromas! The wines by the glass are perfect accompaniments to the dishes (1 glass of St-Joseph red; 1 glass of Mâconnais white).

18/05/2026: Passing by this hostel during a trail run, I stopped to politely ask, "Hello, would you mind if I filled my water bottles? It's just 500 ml." The response was, "Yes, I don't mind!" in a very cold and unwelcoming tone. I can understand an establishment refusing certain requests, but the way people are spoken to matters too. It's a shame for a place meant to welcome the public, especially passing athletes. A truly unpleasant experience.

29/04/2026: Rubbery pizzas! Few ingredients and watch out for runny cheese, I almost ended up in the emergency room, a real rip-off at 15 euros a pizza...it's not that hard to put yourself in the customer's shoes and you don't need a degree to make a good pizza, absolutely avoid.

28/02/2026: Honestly, well done Mega Pizza 👏 I'm a super loyal customer here: almost one order a week, I should have a VIP card by now. But tonight, an exceptional experience: I called from 6:30 pm until 8 pm… and then, unbelievable… nobody answered! Total radio silence. Okay, yes, it's Saturday, fine. But if the concept is "Mystery Pizza: will you manage to reach us?", you should warn people. This isn't even the first time this has happened. It's a shame, really, because your pizzas are good… if only you could actually order them 😅 Keep it up and you'll end up winning over… my competitors.
