06/08/2024: We went there on a Saturday evening in the middle of August. The welcome was great, the establishment is simple and warm. Pizza/burger or single menu are at your disposal (except Sunday with a second menu) We took two current menus and they were super good! Really good value for money, and the perfect quantities so you don't leave hungry. Small bonus point: the homemade ice creams are terrible!

16/08/2024: Bel endroit, mais restaurant qui se prend pour ce qu’il n’est pas,un grand restaurant. Le pavé de bœuf demandé saignant, arrive bien cuit et sans couteau à viande, et que dire de ce pavé de bœuf digne d’une mauvaise grande surface. Bref pour la viande préférez Buffalo Grill. Les personnes qui ont pris du poisson n’ont pas été déçues par contre.

16/08/2024: It’s a very nice discovery that we made here! In the heart of the pedestrian street, we had dinner on the terrace. A great welcome! The waitress is super professional and smiling. The establishment offers a catering service and takeaway meals. We had a starter, a main course and a dessert. A cold zucchini and coconut soup with goat cheese and lavender ice cream for the lady, super fresh; and for me, a crispy hot goat cheese, and a small salad. Very good! For main course, a good fish and chips, and half a duck breast to die for! Small disappointment for the desserts, decent chocolate mousse, and French toast with no surprise flavors, even a little too toasted. We recommend this establishment twice as much. You will not be disappointed with the plate and it is good value for money.

22/08/2024: Today, I went to the hostel with my parents. It was a birthday present for my mother. Very welcoming staff, top cuisine 👍👍👍. I even asked to recook the duck breast and no problem. We ate very well, it was plentiful. We took the menu for 32 euros, the quantity and the cuisine justify it 👌👌

20/08/2024: Great ! After a walk around the St Genest Malifaux dam, a meal at the Auberge du Grand Bois. Quality/Price: 👍👍

07/09/2024: C'est la troisième fois que je mange dans ce restaurant. Jamais déçu. Le cadre est agréable, les plats sont savoureux, copieux, et bien présentés. Le service est souriant et efficace. C'est une très bonne adresse à partager en famille.
