16/06/2026: Just wanted to mention the kindness and consideration of the lady who served us. I was afraid of the dog, so we went to the next bar for coffee. The lady came to pay for our coffee and explained that the dog doesn't like hats. In reality, he was simply reminding us that it's not very polite to keep your hat on. Thanks again.

14/06/2026: We returned to Le Central for dinner during our visit to Roanne. We received a very warm welcome, the service was good, and the restaurant is beautiful, spacious, and traditional—not to be missed. The food is good and prepared with care using fresh ingredients. The menu is small, which makes choosing easy and ensures homemade dishes. The orange risotto with curry cream was very creamy. My husband and I would have appreciated an extra minute of cooking time, as the rice was much too "al dente." It's a shame the rice is served spread out on a large plate, but the waiter told us... that's how Mr. Troisgros prefers it. The confit sturgeon was cooked to perfection; we simply added a pinch of fleur de sel. The strawberry dessert was light. As last year, we had a lovely evening.

03/07/2026: Employees openly mocking another employee with a disability, making him do chores throughout his shift and laughing behind his back. I've been here four times and I've noticed this all four times. It's harassment, shame on them! Aside from that, the manager is very nice, so I won't hesitate to go see him next time.

03/07/2026: I'm a regular customer at this establishment, and I've seen the same thing several times: staff members, and I assume managers, assign the most unpleasant tasks that no one else wants to do to vulnerable people (I assume disabled individuals), such as cleaning the parking lot, clearing tables, and taking out the trash. They then mock them behind their backs. They clearly harass them when they're seen from the outside, even though this person is very kind and pleasant with the customers!

30/06/2026: Charming little village restaurant. Home-style cooking using local ingredients. Impeccable service. We unexpectedly met some regulars and had a pleasant chat. Don't hesitate to book a table. The local wine is worth the trip.

06/06/2026: The staff were very pleasant and friendly. The pizzas were delicious, no complaints at all. Special mention goes to the sausage pizza, which reminded me of my childhood.
