16/08/2024: Very good time, a very smiling waitress and dishes that delighted us. I recommend 100%.

11/08/2024: Dish of the day correct but not transcendent. Served too early, 5 minutes for an aperitif. Pleasant service especially from one of the people.

16/07/2024: Repas de midi avec des collègues en terrasse, lieu agréable. Mais bémol et très gros , on a attendu 1h15 avant d'avoir nos plats et on nous a reproché de ne pas avoir prévenu à la réservation qu'il fallait qu on parte à une heure défini. Alors oui on a pas prévenu mais on savait pas que cela serait aussi long. En général quand on va dans les autre restaurant (notamment le garagna) en 1h30 on a terminé. Je ne pourrais pas noté le plat car on l' a mangé vite et on a dû annuler la commande de dessert...

31/05/2024: This was such a cute and cosy spot! We had the pancakes, which were INCREDIBLE and probably the best ever. I also had a chai latte; I'm not sure there was any chai in it -- it was pretty milky. Regardless, it was a great place to stop in during the rain and we were satisfied with our experience.

16/07/2024: A really very nice place to stay. Food is only available at lunchtime but it is open until evening. The boss and the staff are very nice and friendly. You can stand quite easily with the truck. Unfortunately no shower either but very idyllic with a beautiful view.

12/09/2024: I cannot go against nature in rating this establishment on the quality of its rooms, its kitchen etc etc....because unfortunately I did not stay there to my great regret in view of this innocuous experience that I had.. .I stopped there to use the amenities and consume in return. Cleanliness, order and a warm welcome emanated from this establishment. Sublimated by my host, certainly an involved collaborator or even the owner of these places driven by the joy of living and an exacerbated sense of commerce....he kindly offered me coffee and it was most certainly not for this commercial gesture that I am rave about him. But for his customer-oriented altruism and his refined humor....sure that I will stay there during my next business trip!!! With the deep conviction of corroborating this first impression and finally being won over.

10/09/2024: It's expensive, 65 e for a night for 2 people but the service is up to par. Good bedding, friendly staff, shower and toilet in the room, cleanliness of the room, free parking, TV with Canal + channels, upgraded room on arrival. Don't be surprised by the ruin of the tower when you arrive the first time which has no connection with the hotel. Big scare for nothing. Very quiet hotel to recommend.

12/09/2024: Very nice surprise, relaxing setting, a little music in the background. Perfect couscous. Mixed mixed salad. Friendly welcome. The only downside is no aperitif or wine, too bad.

23/08/2024: The last experience, a Saturday in August, is complemented by a downside which does not detract from my culinary satisfaction. With teenagers who are picky eaters it is better to take them to a cafe! I am of course exaggerating and with a plate of cheeses it's possible to make up for it Short team so tight flow if you plan a standard time: respect it otherwise it's normal; the other tables are filled and they will be served before! Plates that keep the veal chuck at the right temperature; a delight! For the sweet potato and smoked salmon dessert it's the opposite and for my taste the cold was; a bit frozen same as! A touch of spices would have enhanced everything... Overall, for “white heads” during the week, the establishment remains a safe bet; on weekends too of course if you don't go out of your way. I will come back without qualms. Ah I forgot the cellar: in Côte Roannaise no choice; here too I understand but if we fall for a wonderful Blanc de Viré Clessé du Maconnais between Lamartine and Frère Roger de Taizé it is a pearl which embellishes the table and enhances the pleasures! PS: the Baba au Rhum revisited by the Nouveau Siècle has a nice effect of alcoholic moderation and a success in the mouth, Bravo!

19/07/2024: Very good pizzias Every month there is a new one in season. The pizzas have become more popular from year to year. The Pizzaielo (the boss) is passionate and he loves pizza 🍕. We can since then consume 3/4 people on site.

We were very well received knowing that when we arrived there was no more room, we waited on the terrace with an aperitif, as soon as a table was available we came to get us, we had a great time eaten, a clumsy but very friendly waiter! We will come back to taste this famous chocolate dome, a victim of its success during our visit! Again thanks to you !

04/08/2024: French cuisine: authentic and generous, in a friendly, family setting. Large portions with quality products. A very welcoming, “good-natured” setting. The menu is served to us in dishes, in a family meal atmosphere. Please note, the restaurant does not take the credit card but it is indicated everywhere and they will tell you again when booking by telephone, no bad surprises possible. Friends who are traveling in the area, you are more than invited to stop by!
