Generous portion of beef carpaccio, perfectly seasoned. Excellent fries! Very tender veal. Dessert: warm apple crumble with vanilla ice cream, a delight. We will definitely be back!

01/05/2026: A wonderful discovery during a few days' holiday with a friend in Pélussin. Excellent vegetarian bo bun! We even came back today just for the "Chocolate Love" dessert – it was divine!! If I'm ever in the area again, I'll definitely return. Thank you for the delicious flavors and the warm welcome.

08/02/2026: In an unlikely setting, we had the pleasure of meeting Marjorie and Edouard… generous and loving hosts in their inn nestled among fir trees… originally from the Basque Country, they invited us to savor the local flavors! A night immersed in silence, far from the city and technological distractions… no TV, which encourages meditation and inner peace! A place to give as a gift, to share (the possibilities are endless for sleeping, dining, and even games)… thank you both!

22/03/2026: Absolutely avoid this place. We were very disappointed. No quality ingredients. We question its Gault & Millau rating. Lacking flavor, tasteless food. Amuse-bouche: a parmesan lollipop—bizarre—two mussels in an unidentifiable jelly—really not good. For the starter, a greasy sausage with small pieces of pork on top. A small piece of fish with lots of greens. The only redeeming feature was a pleasant and smiling welcome. Too expensive for the set menu. We will not be returning.

12/02/2026: A magnificent culinary experience at this new restaurant! The Bistrot de la Gare, which opened today replacing the station buffet, offers a truly timeless experience. The decor is elegant and tasteful! The cuisine is authentic, featuring local products. I'm vegetarian and I thoroughly enjoyed it! Thank you to the chef! 21/12/2025: Excellent service! The dining room is pleasant with tables thoughtfully arranged to ensure comfort. Cloth tablecloths and napkins (a feature becoming increasingly rare in many establishments). The €22 set menu included a starter, main course, and dessert. Everything was excellent; presented with great care and friendly service. A very welcome surprise: a small ramekin of crème brûlée with fennel and peppers as an amuse-bouche, and after dessert, another delightful surprise: a platter of various treats to choose from! Bravo! I highly recommend this restaurant.

Dinner was excellent: homemade, generous, and truly delicious. A big thank you to the hosts, who were particularly welcoming and friendly, making the stay even more enjoyable.
