25/01/2025: I have been using drives at Leclerc for over 10 years now. I have almost never had any problems like the one in Roanne since my arrival 4 years ago. I therefore always advise those around me to use this type of very practical service. But on Leclerc Riorges' Drive for the past one or two months it's been a disaster. On all my last 5 orders there were errors. Bags with part of my shopping missing, shopping bags that I did not order, omissions, inversions or products replaced by products of lower weight or brand without my consent and without changing my order form . Every time I checked carefully I found errors. Twice in one month my shopping was mixed with that of another person. This was still the case today. I was still missing 3 products and at the same time, I had 2 bags full of products that don't belong to me. Fortunately we are honest.
I also add the loss of time each time between checking the claim. There was even one time when I gave up because I didn't want to waste time going back and forth.
Likewise there are more and more waits, not counting the two times recently when I saw around ten cars arriving after me to be served. And yet it worked very well before but now it has become a disaster.
So my advice was if you are not in a hurry, check your bags carefully before leaving, this will save you from wasting more time on your way back or simply go elsewhere. Because right now it's deplorable.

01/01/2026: I've lived in Le Coteau for three years. I sometimes order pizzas. At Domino's Pizza, everything is perfect, from the initial phone call to the delivery. The pizzas are generous and arrive hot. The whole team is fantastic. Don't hesitate!

Arriving at noon with friends to get pizzas, we saw a menu on the TV advertised at €6.99 called "Mydominos Box," so we decided to order two.
After paying, we realized we had paid €8.99. We asked a member of staff at the register why we hadn't paid the price shown on the TV. The staff member replied, "It's an old poster."
We explained that we work in retail and that this person legally owed us €2.
Embarrassed, they reiterated that it was an old poster and left.
Later, another person gave us our boxes. We explained our situation to him as well, and like the first person, he told us it was an old poster. We suggested he simply turn off the TV. He replied, "I don't have the remote." So we asked him in turn if it would be possible to get €2 or a can of soda as compensation. He explained again that it was just an old poster, nothing more…
We weren't worried about €2, but the gesture itself wasn't very professional…
According to Article L.211-1 of the French Consumer Code, "in the event of a difference between the price displayed and the price at the till, the customer may demand to pay the lower price displayed, unless there is a clear error."
So, for a real €7, we highly recommend the chip shop and their "box" (a type of snack bar), which are reasonably priced, good, and at least you leave with a nice smile.

20/04/2026: We should collaborate with students to make the place less "dark." I loved the experience, but I was in good company; it would have been difficult on my own. (Being hit on by drunk old guys doesn't make you feel safe.) I want this place to flourish! I want techno to resonate! We need F2 in Saint-Étienne! Young people need to go and dance there!

29/05/2026: We ordered two couscous dishes, both with far too much semolina, very few vegetables (it was basically the bottom of the container), and overcooked pieces of meat—the whole thing was tasteless. We're used to the Flunch in Béziers where the couscous is excellent. Luckily, the staff who served us were very friendly, which made up for it.

05/05/2026: This establishment, I imagine, has a problem with its smoke extraction system. The reception isn't welcoming but is still fairly adequate. The loyalty card only applies to pizzas... which is a shame.
The restrooms are clean, but you have to constantly ask for liquid soap because the dispenser is always empty.
The sandwiches aren't expensive, but the bread is a disgrace, and the kefta is dry and tasteless, only kefta in name.
The tacos are ridiculously small; you order a meal deal, and no one at the table gets the same portion of fries.
Please, gentlemen, get a grip: smile at your customers, include tacos and sandwiches in your loyalty program, invest in a smoke extraction system as soon as possible to avoid poisoning your customers, use quality products (especially bread), serve customers equally, and light up all your dining areas to brighten up your establishment. Change quickly and admit your mistakes instead of responding dismissively to customers who have left comments.
Change because you risk being reported to the health department for your pizza oven, which apparently has a problem, and you also risk losing the few customers you have left. A disappointed customer who nevertheless gave you three chances to prove them wrong by returning despite their initial negative impression.
11/01/2026: I ordered a mich kebab and they gave me a baguette with sauce and kebab meat. It's a rip-off. My friend ordered a taco, and the taco was just a sheet of paper. Don't go there; I advise against it. It's a scam.

16/04/2026: I got a pizza, a Belgian pizza from the vending machine in Violay, and it was a disgrace! €12 and €13 hot for the €1 deal, which is perfectly normal, I don't understand. But honestly, the pizza itself was a disaster. I didn't even finish it, it was so awful. I ended up with a single olive, even though the pizza I ordered didn't have one to begin with. Anyway, the ground beef was practically nonexistent, and even at Netto, it's 100 times better. The mozzarella... I don't even know what to say, it was like chewing gum, if that. The dough was a catastrophe, a disgrace. I don't usually like leaving reviews, but this is beyond disgraceful. I always support local businesses, but in this case, I'd rather starve!
07/01/2026: We ordered standard-sized 26cm pizzas, but the ones delivered were tiny, only 23cm, and all for €13 each. Avoid at all costs!

02/04/2026: I ordered a classic CBO meal tonight with an extra McChicken. Not only did I wait 25 minutes for my order, but they also made a mistake!
I received a Raclette CBO, which I couldn't eat because I don't like raclette!
What a waste of time, money, and McDonald's points!

Too long a wait, and the amount of ice cream needs to be reduced.
I can't wait for another fast food place to open in the area so this one closes down and we can go somewhere else.
