25/01/2025: I have been using drives at Leclerc for over 10 years now. I have almost never had any problems like the one in Roanne since my arrival 4 years ago. I therefore always advise those around me to use this type of very practical service. But on Leclerc Riorges' Drive for the past one or two months it's been a disaster. On all my last 5 orders there were errors. Bags with part of my shopping missing, shopping bags that I did not order, omissions, inversions or products replaced by products of lower weight or brand without my consent and without changing my order form . Every time I checked carefully I found errors. Twice in one month my shopping was mixed with that of another person. This was still the case today. I was still missing 3 products and at the same time, I had 2 bags full of products that don't belong to me. Fortunately we are honest. I also add the loss of time each time between checking the claim. There was even one time when I gave up because I didn't want to waste time going back and forth. Likewise there are more and more waits, not counting the two times recently when I saw around ten cars arriving after me to be served. And yet it worked very well before but now it has become a disaster. So my advice was if you are not in a hurry, check your bags carefully before leaving, this will save you from wasting more time on your way back or simply go elsewhere. Because right now it's deplorable.

23/03/2026: The hotel is perfectly adequate for the price, and the staff are friendly and accommodating. The room was average, fine for resting halfway through a long journey. It's a shame the exterior isn't more inviting.

17/03/2026: I used to come to this restaurant often, sometimes in a group, sometimes just as a couple, and I always loved the traditional cuisine they served; it was truly the best thing about the place. I just learned that it's closed and that the chef has left… Honestly, it's a shame. The food was really the only thing worthwhile, and I'm going to miss it a lot.

18/03/2026: We went to the hotel restaurant, which was excellent, both in quality and quantity, at a reasonable price. The bread even seemed homemade! I highly recommend it! 😁

12/03/2026: A haven of peace on the outskirts of Roanne. The welcome is always warm and the food delicious. Le Dahu has reconciled me with andouillette sausage. It was a festival of flavors.

21/03/2026: Unlimited fries are fine, but you still have to be able to ask for them. Staff not available/proactive.

01/03/2026: Very good restaurant, high prices, but unfortunately, we're used to it now. I recommend this restaurant; the staff is efficient and the service is quick.

17/02/2026: L'Armorique is a very good crêperie, a Roannais institution. Friendly and efficient service. The galettes and other crêpes are made to order. Everything is excellent, not forgetting the cider, served in small bowls.

29/01/2026: Arrived without a reservation on a Saturday evening, waited about 30 minutes. No salad, the crepe was a little dry. But still just as good.

23/03/2026: Disappointed with the croque monsieur with blue cheese or Roquefort, as we weren't informed beforehand about the cooking time and the presentation was rather shriveled... the bread remains the favorite at this establishment. The service is quick and rushed, despite the polite sales staff. Taking care of customers is fundamental to the business, I believe. I understand the need to be fast, but a little more empathy would be appreciated.

01/02/2026: Everything is awful: bread, pastries, pizzas, sandwiches. Feuillette is BETTER.

14/02/2026: A lovely little stop at La Table! Warm welcome, quick and efficient service. Everything is delicious. We had the daily special and the tartares that day, and the gourmet coffees too! We'll be back. The owner is very friendly.

18/03/2026: Nothing to report, it's McDonald's, one day it's fine and the next it's a disaster.

22/02/2026: Is the upstairs ever open? No children's play area? It's a far cry from the McDonald's of the 2000s.

11/03/2026: It was a beautiful sunny Sunday, so we decided to enjoy the terrace... first, there was a long wait to get a seat (it was almost empty). And then, to order drinks, another looooong wait. The servers weren't smiling, even rather unpleasant. On the other hand, the beers were good and the building (the facade) is quite pretty.

01/03/2026: A first for me. I ate very well, the portions were generous, I couldn't finish. What I appreciated was being seated comfortably in a comfortable chair.

21/03/2026: How can I put it? A very arrogant woman, who acted like a high-ranking boss, spoke to us with exaggerated arrogance. We got a quote for 10 pizzas and 3 tarts at €30 each, so we asked if it would be possible to get a small discount, as most chains do. Even one pizza would have been enough for us, considering we often cater events. But no, absolutely not. That only applies to orders over €1000, and you have to ask at headquarters. So, she preferred to lose two customers, an order worth over €150, for a small discount, knowing that she throws away a huge amount of food every evening… I think she should change careers, or never start a business; it would go under very quickly. Sometimes, it's better to lose €10 than €150 and two customers. It's such a shame for your business. We usually organize events once a month for 50 to 60 people. We typically use another bakery that's closing down; this was a trial run before we became regulars. I hope the actual manager will take back their team and train them in the business. Sincerely,

09/01/2026: A welcoming bakery where the delicious aroma of pastries wafts from miles away! A wide selection of choices. The cashier I met was very warm, professional, and attentive. The prices are very reasonable. Very clean and well-presented. The signage is well-placed. On-site parking. Accessible to people with disabilities. Quick checkout. Excellent organization where everyone is clearly responsible for their tasks. In short, I highly recommend it. Kudos to this bakery. Plus, they value young people, which is rare.

26/02/2026: A good meal and good value for money.

12/02/2026: Run away!!! Tourist trap! It's 9 am, we order two large coffees (long espressos). Once served, the owner, not quite awake, sits down—or rather, sprawls—at the end of a table to stare at her phone and order bread for the lunch reservation for the elderly (according to her). I ask for the bill and, surprise, it's €5.60! Surprised for such a small town!!! I pay, and as I leave, I check the price displayed outside, which was cheaper, of course! No big deal, we leave, but we don't forget to leave them a review.

25/03/2026: Discrimination against customers by staff and the manager. Rude language. Bad experience.

25/03/2026: Unacceptable experience. I went to this restaurant with several people, some of whom are sensitive to noise. However, an employee was using a balloon pump in the middle of the dining area, making a very loud noise. We simply asked calmly if it would be possible to do this elsewhere or later. The situation immediately escalated: the employee behaved disrespectfully, even resorting to profanity! Then the manager intervened, but instead of calming things down, he became aggressive. Some of the comments and behavior were clearly inappropriate, even discriminatory. I know it's a McDonald's and not a gourmet restaurant, but the bare minimum one expects is respect and a decent environment. Completely unacceptable behavior.

24/03/2026: The employees were very welcoming and respectful. The manager is extremely professional; you can tell she has a lot of experience in the field. It's refreshing to have managers like her these days.

09/02/2026: This place is almost always closed. When it finally opens, it's completely deserted, and you definitely feel like you're bothering them. The manager is about as friendly as a prison guard. The selection is very limited, the crepes aren't very good, and none of them are particularly indulgent. In short, we went somewhere else after finishing our meal because we were still hungry. Avoid at all costs.
