01/09/2024: Friendly atmosphere and team. I recommend.

01/09/2024: Discovered this place last night, the outdoor terrace is just magnificent, the atmosphere is great as well as the staff. We had an excellent evening. Friendly place, for white wine lovers the Nectardiff is delicious.

21/07/2024: We chose the Auberge de Thelis as a place to spend the night and sleep during a 2-day cycling trip. What a good idea. Everything was perfect, the welcome, the kindness of the staff, the setting, the room. And what about the pizzas which are among the best we have eaten! And not to spoil anything, the breakfast was plentiful and varied. We loved our time at Thelis la Combe.

18/08/2024: I went there today around 11 a.m., 9 months pregnant, I had never seen such a long queue (at the same time normal week of August 15, most of the bakeries in Feurs are closed). I take my seat while waiting for my turn, wondering if I will be able to wait that long and miraculously a saleswoman speaks to us: "we were informed that there was a pregnant woman in the queue", I raises your hand embarrassed, and very kindly reminds me that I have priority and thanks the rest of the customers for their understanding. It may seem banal but his behavior goes straight to the heart... It's so rare especially in Feurs, not once do people let us pass in the queues (I will say that they even pretend to be not having noticed that you were up to the neck pregnant)! So a big thank you for this civic-mindedness!!! And for the rest everything is perfect as usual

12/08/2024: Very poorly served, the saleswoman speaks like a dog. She looks like a pitbull as soon as there is a lot she screams and speaks badly. We should choose the staff better because the customers have nothing to do if this person does not know how to manage when there is a crowd And even towards her colleagues she is borderline.

04/12/2024: My stay in your establishment could have been pleasant, but I was deeply disappointed by the behavior of an employee. On several occasions, this person made fun of me in an obvious way, notably when I came to ask for a drink, and even more so when she saw me with her colleagues outside. These disrespectful attitudes are not acceptable in a professional setting and harm the image of your hotel. I would like to report this experience so that measures can be taken to avoid this type of situation in the future. Sincerely, A disappointed customer

10/09/2024: I Order on the site I receive a confirmation email and when I go there I am told that the order was canceled without warning me and that if I see my pizza it makes me wait 30 minutes, no commercial gesture despite the error either a shame on your part. Response to your feedback: I cannot post another comment so I will respond directly here. To begin with the confirmation email I showed it to you upon my arrival then we can very well place an order and pay on site right?!?! So I stay 10 minutes in your pizzeria you can't find my order you give me a huge slot even though it's crazy who is doing it (since you call me back and tell me that my pizza is ready) so you have the nerve to call me back 30 minutes later to tell me that you have found my order so it's a big lack of organization or you have just opened and you are just discovering how your applications work or else you take people for idiots! I give you both names and you try to find nothing and instead of recognizing your fault and apologizing for the inconvenience caused you respond to me by trying to find someone to blame but I'm dreaming!!

08/12/2024: It's not very expensive for those who have a little purchasing power, however the manager is very unpleasant, almost aggressive.

21/09/2024: L'accueil de la patronne très froid pas très agréable frites pas cuite paella réchauffer on aurait dit de la purée pour ma part j'ai pris des moules au bleu à volonté je cherche encore le goût du bleu restaurant vraiment à éviter

14/01/2025: 1 star but if we could give zero + a finger! A so-called manager as kind and warm as a prison door, looks at you with her big eyes and almost attacks you while saying hello. We ask her without ham on a pizza with a topping advertised as "ham OR bacon" and not both. In addition to learning kindness, madam should also develop her IQ equivalent to the outside temperature and learn to read the composition of the products she sells. Maybe she can't read either. So we ask without ham and we end up with a pizza... with BACON! "I didn't make a mistake you told me without ham not without bacon" firstly there are not both in the topping it is OR and not AND, and if we ask without ham by definition without pork, common sense would also dictate that we don't put bacon on it either. Maybe common sense is a foreign concept to her. We call her, 75th pizza, not an excuse but instead a disdainful and haughty tone from a hussy who sends us packing. Never again.

21/09/2024: I never went before last week (September 15) I have never seen such good burgers with impeccable service. Nothing to say.

14/09/2024: Too bad, drop in quality compared to that of Tréfilerie. We take takeaway while living next door, everything cold but frozen, pay extra for bacon and cheddar on the fries to not have any, knowing that it's not cheap either in terms of price, it's really disappointing

29/12/2024: The menu is really nice, there's something for everyone, lots of choice, it's a pleasure! The pirate theme decoration is very beautiful, the only downsides are the music which is too loud and the place which is too small. Otherwise in terms of cocktails it's super good, the Bubble Tea is deliciously sweet, it's literally candy!! I will come back

06/07/2024: I order maxi tacos and I get a mini kebab and when I go to ask them that you cheated, the lady starts speaking Chinese I'm really disappointed and it's expensive I paid €9.50 for a mini kebab and it's not good disgusting 😒😒

16/06/2024: I always order from this kebab, I am never disappointed, the plates are excellent, the kebabs too and the welcome is top notch! I recommend 100%! ❤️👌🏽
