15/01/2026: The welcome was cold, the restaurant didn't look like the photos, we waited 10 minutes, found hair in our food, and the young cook was serving in uniform in the dining room. The waitresses were drinking during service and were unprofessional. I don't recommend this restaurant.

24/12/2025: And what a fantastic place it is! No frills, but incredibly efficient. The food is delicious, very generous, and inexpensive—a set menu at €16.50 including coffee and wine. The andouillette sausage with mustard sauce was as long as a June day, while the Lyonnaise salad was perfectly prepared. The desserts are quite good, as is the wine. In short, go there immediately! I haven't seen a place like this in years!

08/05/2026: We were delighted to find this little crêperie open on May 8th. A wonderful discovery! Delicious galettes with a lovely presentation. Be sure to stop by if you're ever in Roanne.

16/05/2026: When we went, it was busy but not overcrowded. We got a hot meal, which is rare in a McDonald's. The staff were friendly and smiling. The only downside was the lack of table service. But otherwise, it was great.

10/04/2026: Very disappointed for a short afternoon break. Long wait, the waiter didn't seem to be managing his terrace... more in a hurry to take payment.

10/04/2026: Tonight, we went to the drive-thru, placed a large order, and added a Happy Meal so our child could get the current Mario toy (even though I specifically asked for the Mario toy). No one said anything. We left the drive-thru, and when we got home, it was a crappy cardboard Asterix toy, fit only for the bin, and our three McFlurries weren't even a third full! 😡 For the price we paid (€74), we expected much better. It would be nice to let customers know the current toy is no longer available before they realize it once they get home. Don't be fooled, that's partly why parents go to McDonald's (to please their children who are happy to get a real toy, not some cardboard/paper junk that will go straight in the trash). Furthermore, if you don't sell the product you're advertising, it's false advertising. For the price, we also expect our ice cream/sandwiches/fries to look like what we see in McDonald's commercials. In short, it was very expensive for what we got, and it's not the first time this kind of problem has occurred, especially since we only come once a month to treat ourselves. In short, I'm very annoyed with this visit to this McDonald's.

08/04/2026: Ordered via the McDonald's app on March 28, 2026. Upon receiving the delivery, a McFlurry was missing from the order. I contacted the restaurant to report the problem. During the first call, the connection was disconnected very quickly after I explained the situation (9:28 PM). I then tried calling back, without success despite waiting several minutes. This experience was particularly disappointing, both because of the error in the order and the unprofessional customer service.

13/06/2026: 5 stars because everything was top-notch, from the main courses (Niçoise salad with a crêpe, and the Océane crêpe) to the desserts (caramel crêpe and Norman pear caramel cream), everything was perfect: the taste, the presentation, and the very pleasant welcome. Thank you ;)

07/06/2026: Unpleasant staff throughout. Before ordering, I asked if it was possible to have the eggs cooked through in the crepe. I was told yes, but that they would be scrambled. Knowing what scrambled eggs are, I specifically asked for confirmation that they would be cooked through. After three confirmations, I ordered my crepe. The egg white was runny and transparent. I went back to point this out. The response: "Well, they're scrambled eggs." I was treated condescendingly and had to insist they cook it again. (I'm pregnant, but that's irrelevant to my personal reasons). We had to wait 30 minutes for water. Unpleasant from ordering to payment. I recommend trying the other restaurants on the street.

11/01/2026: Ordered pizza Saturday night and it's still as good as ever! I recommend it. The only thing is the prices, which I find quite high, but hey, the pizzas were super delicious.

21/05/2026: The pizza dough, which is the foundation of the pizza, was dry and hard. I ordered two pizzas to go, and the quality wasn't the same as the quality I experienced in the restaurant last year. Furthermore, the mozzarella on the Margherita was really bland and didn't have the expected texture. The bacon on the other pizza wasn't cooked. I have no particular complaints about the service; like in many places, you have to wait before being addressed, but if the food doesn't make up for it, it's deplorable. I would no longer recommend this restaurant/pizzeria.

20/04/2026: We stopped for one night on our way to our holiday destination, and received a very warm welcome at this restaurant.

11/03/2026: The ribeye steak, priced at €23.60, was full of gristle. I reported the incident to the waiter, instructing him to mention it to the manager, who was present. At the checkout, there was no compensation offered, with the cashier even claiming it wasn't their fault. If you're looking for quality meat, you'll have to look elsewhere.

18/02/2026: I celebrated my son's birthday on Wednesday, February 18th. Ilian was the entertainer and looked after the children. Thank you so much for his patience and kindness; my son had a wonderful time. Thank you a thousand times! ☺️

12/02/2026: After reading all the reviews, I honestly wonder why this McDonald's is still open… I went there with a friend for an afternoon snack. Despite the restaurant being almost empty, the wait was endless. When we finally got our order, the hot chocolate (which was supposed to be served with whipped cream and chocolate sauce) was just plain hot chocolate, with nothing else. The muffin and the donut were still frozen. The server even explained that they had just come out of the freezer and that she didn't know how to defrost them. She seemed completely helpless. Some items were out of stock, and I practically had to insist to get a replacement. In short, a very disappointing experience and totally disorganized service. We certainly won't be going back. This only confirms the negative impression I already had of this chain.

31/03/2026: The saleswomen are really dishonest. You ask them for bread that's not too well-done, and they give it to you fully cooked. Or you ask for a slice of brownie without the middle, and they tell you, "I didn't put the middle in." You go home because you trust them, and boom, there's a middle! They're really, really unprofessional. It's a shame.

13/03/2026: To be perfectly honest, for the little I order from them, it's okay, but when it comes to cleanliness, that's another story. The floor is dirty, and the eating area is even worse: the tables aren't cleaned, the floor isn't swept—in short, it doesn't make you want to sit down and eat. It's a shame because, overall, the pain au chocolat, croissants, etc., are very good, but the cleanliness leaves much to be desired.
