20/04/2026: We stopped for one night on our way to our holiday destination, and received a very warm welcome at this restaurant.

11/03/2026: The ribeye steak, priced at €23.60, was full of gristle. I reported the incident to the waiter, instructing him to mention it to the manager, who was present. At the checkout, there was no compensation offered, with the cashier even claiming it wasn't their fault. If you're looking for quality meat, you'll have to look elsewhere.

07/04/2026: April 7th, 10:30 PM. The man at the kiosk either didn't understand anything or was pretending not to. I ordered Mario star-shaped cheese nuggets, only to leave with chicken nuggets. Obviously, I wasn't going to come back and wait in line again; it was far too long.

13/04/2026: The positives: Helpful and smiling staff, the meat wasn't dry, and the sides and sauces were unlimited. A water fountain was available with ice if needed, the coffee was freshly ground, and the cups were kept warm. The place was clean, including the restrooms. The negatives: They didn't refill desserts in the evening, so we couldn't have a coffee or a gourmet tea, and there was no cheese or yogurt.

01/01/2026: I've lived in Le Coteau for three years. I sometimes order pizzas. At Domino's Pizza, everything is perfect, from the initial phone call to the delivery. The pizzas are generous and arrive hot. The whole team is fantastic. Don't hesitate!

20/11/2025: Sharp opinion… Arriving at noon with friends to get pizzas, we saw a menu on the TV advertised at €6.99 called "Mydominos Box," so we decided to order two. After paying, we realized we had paid €8.99. We asked a member of staff at the register why we hadn't paid the price shown on the TV. The staff member replied, "It's an old poster." We explained that we work in retail and that this person legally owed us €2. Embarrassed, they reiterated that it was an old poster and left. Later, another person gave us our boxes. We explained our situation to him as well, and like the first person, he told us it was an old poster. We suggested he simply turn off the TV. He replied, "I don't have the remote." So we asked him in turn if it would be possible to get €2 or a can of soda as compensation. He explained again that it was just an old poster, nothing more… We weren't worried about €2, but the gesture itself wasn't very professional… According to Article L.211-1 of the French Consumer Code, "in the event of a difference between the price displayed and the price at the till, the customer may demand to pay the lower price displayed, unless there is a clear error." So, for a real €7, we highly recommend the chip shop and their "box" (a type of snack bar), which are reasonably priced, good, and at least you leave with a nice smile.

15/01/2026: The welcome and friendliness were nonexistent! I don't recommend this place and won't be coming back. If you're so unpleasant, you should find another job.

During our phone conversation, you initially indicated that a second delivery attempt would be possible, before reneging on your commitment, essentially saying that "here you do what you want." No, as a manager, unfortunately or fortunately, often fortunately, one cannot do as one pleases... Regarding your "loyalty" policy, it varies depending on the individual present and whether the order is for pickup or delivery, with conditions and terms changing at the time of ordering. As a business owner, the rules must be clear, displayed, and applied equally to everyone, without inappropriate remarks. I therefore stand by my opinion: the lack of respect was not on my part. Between the different rules for home delivery and dine-in, the smoke when you arrive, and the rudeness of the manager and his son, what a fiasco this establishment is! Avoid it!

(Being hit on by drunk old guys doesn't make you feel safe.) I want this place to flourish! I want techno to resonate! We need F2 in Saint-Étienne! Young people need to go and dance there!

25/04/2026: I don't understand the negative reviews. I went there this morning for a coffee while I worked on my computer for a bit. The staff is very friendly, the young man who served me was smiling, and the restaurant is clean. I don't know what more one could expect?

16/04/2026: I got a pizza, a Belgian pizza from the vending machine in Violay, and it was a disgrace! €12 and €13 hot for the €1 deal, which is perfectly normal, I don't understand. But honestly, the pizza itself was a disaster. I didn't even finish it, it was so awful. I ended up with a single olive, even though the pizza I ordered didn't have one to begin with. Anyway, the ground beef was practically nonexistent, and even at Netto, it's 100 times better. The mozzarella... I don't even know what to say, it was like chewing gum, if that. The dough was a catastrophe, a disgrace. I don't usually like leaving reviews, but this is beyond disgraceful. I always support local businesses, but in this case, I'd rather starve!

02/04/2026: I ordered a classic CBO meal tonight with an extra McChicken. Not only did I wait 25 minutes for my order, but they also made a mistake! I received a Raclette CBO, which I couldn't eat because I don't like raclette! What a waste of time, money, and McDonald's points!
