17/01/2026: The restaurant is far too expensive for the quality offered. The dishes are very good, but the portions are a bit small, and the products and ingredients don't live up to the prices. It's still very good, but not worth the €52 price tag. The service was very good and pleasant, despite the unpleasant and nauseating smell coming from one of the waitresses—not acceptable in a restaurant.

And on the contrary, I was surprised and delighted by all the appetizers!
They made this dinner a perfect meal, perfectly timed and at the perfect moment! ;-)

Finally, from aperitif to dessert, our palates and eyes embarked on a journey of flavors, originality, and rare finesse; everything was delicious, truly delicious.
Bravo, Chef!
I will never forget a wedding anniversary that introduced me to this place.
I highly recommend it.

17/01/2026: We had lunch this Saturday at Les Girards and were completely satisfied with the quality and quantity of the food...from the potato pancakes and charcuterie to the perfectly cooked calf's head (4 slices).
Congratulations to the staff...from the cooks to the three friendly waitresses.
We will return or visit the second restaurant, Le Petit Relais, in Fraisses.
The only downside...the back room echoes when it's full.

Very good food, but the welcome was mixed.

07/11/2025: After a 15km hike from the inn, we enjoyed a delicious country meal. The patia (a regional potato and cream dish) was a real delight.
We received a warm welcome in a welcoming setting. The server was very professional and attentive. We ate very well; we'll be back.
